I didn't stay at the hotel, but I wanted to leave a review as we ate at the restaurant and it was great! The food was wonderful and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. We went for lunch, and we were the only customers for most of our meal.
The lobby and restaurant area of the hotel were beautiful, and next to Centraal Station is a fantastic location.

Great service (especially the concierge service). Highly recommend the house cocktail.

We called in here to get out of the rain and sat in the bar for a coffee and a bit of lunch. It was warm and comfortable, albeit the chairs a little far away to have a conversation without leaning forward. Staff were friendly.

Hotel is excellent and upscale and close to train station and Dam Square. In my opinion it is considered the best choice in Amsterdam for accommodation.

The location is also perfect, 1-2 minutes walk from Centralstation, and about 5 minutes walk to the red light district.

Great location! Pretty, classic style. Room was clean, carpets need to be replaced. Pool is lovely. Staff is friendly enough, getting the coffee/tea refilled seems to be trying.

Helpful service staff. Hotel is beautiful, has great views, and is located in range of any type of desired tourist activity (including late night fun).

Not up to the Radisson chain. Defective room. Shower door does not close. Broken bathroom door. Damaged parquet. No poster of
request for calm at the spa therefore noise and etc. and no reception. Nespresso room coffee even no cream. Noisy. Self service coffee 2 machines for more than 200 rooms. Disappointing

Great hotel right across the road from central station. Very modern inside so dont let the exterior throw you. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Can get busy depending on what time you go at. There is street noise (window soundproofing could be improved) but its a city centre location. They have quieter internal rooms. Helpful staff and concierge. Room was very clean.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Sewage pipe right in the ceiling of toilet, noisy, smelly, flies everywhere in the toilet and towel.

160euros night, mundane room, small, old, the equivalent of a room has 50euros.ils they put all the money in the hall but the rooms are shabby ... a good point for the pool

Even if compared to the other hotels PPVA is on a relatively high price level.
Generally speaking, I will give 4 stars. Convenient transportation (very close to Hbh or S-Bahn, otherwise called, in the heart), nice employees and complete household items.
Unfortunately no slippers were offered in the room. So the real experience is not as nice as I thought. 1 minus.
What changed my rating is a charging converter from the cash register. An employee really gave me a converter after my request. I already feel a bit surprised.
However, I feel generally satisfied.
So I wish you an improvement.

Very good memories of the rooms and its swimming pool.

The staff is very helpful. The room is nice. I got early check in at 1230. The location is perfect.

I'll stay here again if go Amsterdam.
