I went into Cerberus Technology Solutions when they first opened several years back. At this time I was not pleased. I was not treated very nicely when I entered and my questions although answered were answered rather gruffly. This time around, my husband took my son's phone to be repaired. He needed a new screen. My husband said he had a fantastic experience and did not occur have the same issues I had several years back. So when I was the one to go and pick it up I wasn't sure what to expect, but they could not have been nicer. What a fantastic experience this time around. Not only was it relatively inexpensive but an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely return to and recommend others to use this place.

Fantastic place. Great service. The price can get a little high, depending on service rendered. They do screen work for devices, hard drive data recovery, software work, computer builds and sell some hardware as well. All in all, highly recommend.

This is a truly wonderful place, much friendlier than Big Companies and just as competitive as them as far as pricing goes.

These guys are my go-to for computer issues. My desktop is the lifeblood of my business, as a photographer who edits and stores thousands of images on my computer, having someone knowledgeable I can go to is a must. They are kind and smart. And they really look out for me. Definitely recommend.

I dropped my laptop in the parking lot at MCCC getting out of my car and smashed the screen! I'm a student and don't really have money to replace the whole computer right now. It's literally just over a year old, so frustratingly the Staples warranty was done, and all they did was just tried to sell me a new one. I drive by these all the time on 33, so I stopped in just to see if it was worth fixing. They got me a new screen and put it in in 2 days. It was a third of the price I originally paid for the computer, but was SOOOO worth it!!! I can live with the dent in the case! These guys were great!! Thanks again Sonja!!!

I have used this company twice and they give prompt and honest service at a reasonable cost with no padded bills.

This place is a joke. I was told I would get a call the next day. After over a week in which i called three times and was told they would get back to me and never did, i was told they couldn t fix it and to call Apple. I asked for a refund of the $67 diagnostic charge only to be told no. So the diagnosis was call someone else? For $67 and all this time was they re incompetent and unable to do anything. They couldn t even unlock it let alone figure out why the internet wouldn t connect. But i was still charged? Don t go here.

Went in with an IPhone Xs that was broken after getting the run around from apple and phone carrier. Had a tech named Zach to check out my phone to see if it could be fixed unfortunately it could not but he explained to me on what to do to get it replaced. I will recommend this place to anyone with computer or phone issues in the future

Began having problems with my ancient imac, took it in and they were able to find a simple, inexpensive solution. They could have simply sold me a new computer but they didn't, they fixed mine. How's that for good honest service? Highly recommend them.

Great work! We took a iPad in for a cracked screen and when we got it back, they had ALSO fixed the headphone jack that Apple claimed was impossible to fix. What a great surprise! It shows how strong a local business can be!

I would have happily paid for something I didn't really need.

My iPad had a cracked screen. It was repaired by Cerberus and works great. The folks there were friendly and tech smart. I am planning to see if they can help me with my net book computer.

A great business that helps people with their PCs i would have given a 5-star review if it wasn't for that heavy-set older lady who works there and seems not to know a single thing about computers. The other day I stood in there and asked for a certain cable for my computer and the lady gave me six other cables that were not even remotely close to what I needed. Once again it's a great shop but that's not somebody you should have working the front desk with such a lack of computer knowledge.

Even during these unpredictable times due to COVID-19, they were very hospitable and friendly to me when providing something as minor as M.2 screws for my SSD installation! I highly recommend stopping by even just for technical advice or to chat about gaming.

My son cracked his cell phone so I went here to see what they could do. The price was better then getting a new phone. Had to wait a week before the new screen came in because it is an older phone but once it came dropped the phone off in the morning and got it back that afternoon. College students beware!! I went 2 months without a laptop and the store did not bother to call me with any updates. After spilling liquid on my laptop I knew it would take time but they didn t give me any warning as to how long i should expect my laptop to be. For 3 weeks I did not bother them but then I knew something was not right. I had to have my dad call the store almost every week and show up there in order to get answers. I understand that ordering parts takes time but the least they could have done is give me updates. Every time I called Scott kept telling us that something else was not working and pushed the pick up date. After a week of receiving my laptop, it is back to not working because the hard drive is having issues and now the computer shuts off on its own. When I called to inform them, they advised me to come back but said they didn t know how long they would have to keep it. When I showed up they were trying to force me to pay more money to have it fixed even though i was within the 30 days of service. When I questioned them about this they made it seem like I was the one that damaged it because they tested the hard drive before I picked it up and it was fine. (Yet they never replaced it from the beginning when I spilled the liquid in it.) They eventually gave me a new hardrive without charge because they knew they were wrong, but now my computer is back to making the same noises and shutting to a black screen after only a few days of having it back AGAIN. I will no longer be returning and will take my business elsewhere which is sad because I saw the great reviews that others left. My grandfather is a veteran so I thought i could trust this place since its owned by a vet. I paid close to 400 dollars just for my laptop to still not be working and when I emailed the owner and president of cerberus he did not bother to respond. shameful!!

after taking my laptop to Best Buy to see what Cerberus did , they informed me that I was given a damaged hard drive. Again PLEASE stay away from these people !! I m starting to believe that the parts that they used for my laptop were damaged prior but they still used them anyway. Now it makes since as to why they didn t make me pay for the hard dive because they just gave me another damaged one anyway.

Took a new laptop to get the viruses removed and some protection software installed. Months later I get it back and it won't even stay powered up. Totally unusable. Will not go back or recommend this place.

We bought a product called Rapdemanage from this company with a 2 year service warranty. After out initial setup, they kept explaining that the problems we were having, were going to be repaired in a week or a couple of weeks. Weeks turned to months.The owner would not return phone calls. Ever. They went out of business a couple months later. Rapid Response was the name of his company. It is horrifying to see that a business could open up right down the street with a different name, selling the same products and services with the same owners. Buyer Beware.

The staff is professional and went out of their way to fix my computer. They helped to explain the issue to me, what they did to fix it, and completed the job quickly.

I ve used Cerberus twice now. The first time to try and recover data from an old laptop in order to transfer it to a new one. The second time to replace an iPad screen. The staff was friendly, professional and took the time to explain to me all work that was done. The work was done in a timely manner and there are no hidden fees. What s more, if they can t help you they will let you know and not charge you for a diagnostic on work that they know can t be done. Finally, their dedication to military personnel and first responders is more than admirable in a world that tends to frown on such things. To say I will use them again, and recommend them to friends, is an understatement.

Fantastic operation. I've been having battery issues for MONTHS with my Huawei Nexus 6p, and I wish I and brought it here sooner. Very professional and friendly staff, and a welcoming storefront. The staff stuck to their quote, and did not charge more than initially quoted. The work performed was flawless, and my phone is like new; no more battery issues! Cannot speak highly enough of this place.
