Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam Review

It is a beautiful place to visit, even better in the company of friends because there are many fun and interesting things to see and do.

Excellent staff and service. Prime location across from Amsterdam Central and walking distance to many of Amsterdam's most popular tourist attractions

wanted to move booking in connection with hospital admissions from mother but hotel did not want to cooperate and also did not pay back part of the paid sum

ParkPlaza never disappoint. Nice rooms, sweet little swimming pool and spa, however, could do with more beds at the pool. Sauna is huge, but wasnt too hot at the time. Other than that, everything was fine. Breakfast is good quality. Location just next to the train station.

Hotel has a nice lobby, semi expensive restaurant, and quite basic rooms. However it is in a really good location (directly opposite the train station.. But far enough away you can't hear the trains.

Kindness and efficiency. Good food for both breakfast and dinner. Cute staff. Large room with very clean and warm king size bed. Perfect location.

Great hotel with pool, sauna and fitness. Friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are excellent and equipped with kettles and Nespresso machines. New and clean. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a good breakfast buffet. The location is a dream: 2 minutes from the train station, Madame Tussauds, where the shopping street is located, can be easily reached.

Needs a bit of modernisation otherwise pleasant and in a great location

Really good location and price and facilities. Massive roadworks ongoing directly outside hotel, but not their fault so would have given 5 stars. Daughter said pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable though. Breakfast and bar area was good.

Fantastic room service. The bed was very comfy. Only criticism was that the walls were paper thin - I could hear everything from the next room, down to what TV programme they were watching.

The place is very cool and calm and its location is very excellent and it serves the community in terms of services around the area from restaurants, markets, entertainment, and I love returning to this place a million times. I love you

Very nice hotel. Very clean and well located between central train station and tourist / red light areas. About 1 mile South of Anne Franke House or Heiniken Experience sites. Rooms facing street are fun for people watching but.very noisy from red light revelers ALL night so adjust with hotel as desired.

I love my central wiev, everything is very close. The swimming pool is to cold, but they have very big and nice sauna.

Nice hotel, strategic location just across Amsterdam Centraal Station with many choices of public transportation. Surrounded with attractions, restaurant, souvenir shops. Recommended place for stay.

All facilities and restaurants are very near and you can enjoy everything in a simple walk around i highly recommended for this hotel for tourism and enjoying the city and you can take the hup-on-hup-off bus to see the city

Fabulous hotel. Great location and facilities, room 362 and the whole hotel. New clean fresh and wow. Breakfast good. Bar for a relaxing drink great with very polite staff. We're both in hotel business and we were super impressed by the standard. If I had to say 1 negative it would be the gentleman on checkout not very happy. He was polite but never asked us how or stay was. Never asked us was everything good. Never wished us safe travel home. His name was jurdeen I think. Overall experience very good would highly recommend.

It is a little expensive, but the atmosphere is good in front of the station. Recommended casual Dutch cuisine at the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit windy in the rooms. the door to it has so little use that you could have left it out right away. Of course, they do not understand much about bread. But otherwise tip top super smart TV z.b.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are quiet, beautiful and have all you need. They are very clean and service is good. Breakfast offers a lot of excellent and different choices. Location is great, right in front of the train station and close to the city centre. The hotel is very quiet.

Great hotel very convenient location modern facilities and decor but also friendly and helpful service, just one small issue was cleaning of the room this could be improved.

The hotel was okay, but honestly, for the price of a room, the service wasn't what we were expecting. One day after the cleaning service we found some used bed sheets and a window cleaner forgotten on the desk. After a hole day spent visiting the city we came back in our room and we discovered that nobody cleaned the room after that we asked for the make up service in the morning. Anyway, the staff was really helpful and kind, just we were a little dazed for the room service in such a top rated hotel in the city centre.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel is contemporary and comes with a pretty cool bar. Drinks in the bat are a little pricey. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Outside the hotel everything is right there, train station, ferries, cycle lanes. Bars and restaurants all close by. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it is nice to see a well stocked fridge the room. Would definitely stay again the next time I am in Amsterdam.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 night stay at the Park Plaza
This is probably the nicest hotel close to the Central train station. In fact, it is right across the road from Central Station. There are numerous trains departing from Schiphol airport which will take you both to and from Central station, so no taxi is needed. The staff were very welcoming and took care of our bags as we were too early to check in.

Over all a very enjoyable stay.

We booked a suite with 3 people and it was a really great experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, especially Lisa, the night manager, concierge and the woman who made our breakfast. the room was very nice and clean. The service was superb and the hotel was beautiful.

Food is very good, but not perfect. Waiters were nice and I didn't have to wait too long. Also the place is very well kept.
