Dismissive and arrogant. I guess they're not hurting for sales. I went in last week and tried to negotiate on an SUV. I don't think that's abnormal. Right? I was told that "... if the sales manager says that's the best price, it's the best price." They didn't try to put me in another car. Nothing. I was simply dismissed with a text. After reading about the GM, Chris Brunner and his CSI, I reached out to see if he could help. Perhaps I got disgruntled employee. NOPE! I'm not important enough to get a call back. Clearly my business is not important to #Lexus #BadCustomerExperience

Sold the car my heart set on and tried to take advantage me me. they did a lot of damages to my credit by running 7 inquiry in one day ,they ask $10000 down payment on 4 years old car with %19interest rate I should went to by here pay here it will be cheaper than THIS OVER RATED PARK PLACE LEXUS Iam very outraged and disappointed made me look stupid

Perhaps the finest car purchase experience that we have had. This goes back 40+ years so it is saying something. Brett Stein, our sales experience individual, was an outstanding professional with an excellent knowledge of the product and an understanding of all the new electronic items my wife wanted. He spent considerable time going over their operation with my wife. In addition Park Place has as an group of individuals to train us further on the set up as we move forward as part of their total customer focus.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and love the new Lexus.

We had a great experience at Parks Place Lexus. Brad B was extremely helpful, humble, patient, and really willing to meet us in the middle. My husband and I had no regrets walking out of the dealership with a new set of keys. Not to mention that my NX is stunning! There was even a small list of things we needed to f/u with the car that Brad was prompt about addressing once the work week arrived ( we had purchased the car on a Saturday and he promptly followed up with us Monday morning). We did not feel like we were just a number. From this experience, I can definitely understand why Lexus consumers are loyal.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Park Place Lexus. As we anguished over every possible future scenario and waffled back and forth, Jason Huber patiently and humorously walked us through our lease vs purchase conundrum. By the end of the evening, we were still relatively sane (though Jason is probably still recovering, haha) as we drove away in our newly leased 2018 Lexus RX 350. That beautiful car is AMAZING! Great experience, and the fastest time purchase ever! We had submitted our paperwork online prior to us getting to the dealership. Total time from when we showed up to the dealership for the first time, test drove the car, signed all the paperwork, and we re on our way out the door was a whopping 45 minutes! I was asking for a lower price, that was when he told (insulted) me "the (asked to be lowered) amount comes out $12/month, you dont have $12 a month? Do you want to look for pre-owned cars?" Now that is very disrespectful coming from a luxury car dealer rep. So I went to Lexus at Grapevine and got my brand new Lexus ES350 there. Manager of Lexus at Plano. Please dont let your rep insult customers like that.

My wife changed a flat tire at the front door of the dealership and several salesman walked by without even acknowledging her. By the time I got there to finish, I noticed the same. I guess the easy excuse would be "that's not my job" but I guess they are taught service is only tied to purchases. We finished and took our business elsewhere as I felt like we had an understanding of their true motivations. I'm not sure if they have good cars or pricing but I felt like I left with an understanding of their people.

Top Notch! This place by far is the best car dealership I have ever been to. I flew into Dallas from New Orleans where my salesman had everything ready to go just as we discussed over the phone, no tricks, no gimmicks, no add-ons. These guys were straightforward, honest, and utmost professional. The price was right but the professionalism of Park Place Lexus is what truly sold the vehicle. I hope my wife want a Lexus for her next car because we coming to Texas, it s worth the travel. Thanks David Gilmore and Mark Dresselhuys for making my long awaited dream come true. The experience was so great that both my sister and I made a purchase for each of us. We came in on a Thursday night and was able to close on a deal that same night. Certified buying process with Tony was the easiest I have experienced by far. There was no back and forth, just a fair deal and transparency from the beginning which gained my trust. Everything was handled from one desk - no back room with a finance guy trying to squeeze more out of you or the old tactic of a Manager making appearances.

Park Place definitely lives up to the Lexus brand. Gone are the high pressure sales and tactics typically associated with car dealerships. They know they have a product that sells itself, and thus they present themselves more as knowledgeable advisors to help determine whether or not they have the right car for you, and to help you decide what features and form factor fits your needs. My preferred associate is Viktor Koleychik; though all of the sales and service personnel are both very personable and highly professional, I will recommend asking for Viktor.

GM called me a "bully" for trying to hold them accountable, and refused to let me speak to my female service manager instead of him. Go elsewhere, especially if you are a woman.

I went into Park Place Lexus mainly to just look at a couple different options in vehicles as I was getting ready to trade my expedition in and down size. I had been looking online for several weeks and decided I needed to see them in person before deciding on what vehicle to purchase. I actually did not intent to buy that day but after talking with Michael Redd and test driving, he made the first experience there so pleasant that my husband and I decided what the heck today is as good as any! The whole process was super easy and everyone I talked with was very friendly. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade in even though it was a Ford! I would defiantly recommend Park Place Lexus to anyone in need of a vehicle new or used. I love my ES 350!

No longer an excellent choice. The previous time I came here, the service manager was very slow and unresponsive with communications while I waited. And the eventual wait time for some simple service such as oil change/tire rotation/etc. was two hours longer than quoted. Very poor. However, I decided to give them one more shot during for my next scheduled maintenance. But they still managed to outdo themselves by having no service manager even try to come help me when I arrived early for my previously scheduled 9am maintenance. I waited for about 20 minutes and simply gave up. Going back to Sewell Lexus even though Park Place is close to my house. I'm done with this place.

Nice dealership and atmosphere, but don't use the courtesy computers. I was appalled to fin Lexus using unlicensed copies of Windows on their courtesy computers. If I pay for genuine Lexus service for my car safety, they should use genuine computers for their customer's online safety.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Lexus from Park Place Lexus in Plano. No hassle! By far the best experience we ve ever had buying a vehicle. We worked with Sales Experience Manager Brett Stein, and I highly recommend him. He was great to keep me up-to-date when the vehicle I wanted came in, added a couple small additional accessories I liked, and spent time showing me several of the many features of my new vehicle. We were extremely happy with the price of the new vehicle and trade-in prices of our old vehicles too. Love the 24/7 road assistance, if ever needed, and an added bonus of free car washes for as long as I own this vehicle. Hope Brett is still available to work with when we re ready to buy another vehicle in the future!

I received a recall letter in the mail that I had to bring my Lexus IS250 in to get serviced because there were a few things small things that had to be served and looked into so from the minute I walked into the Lexus dealership Kyle what are service helper and he was outstanding at his job he put us in a very nice loner and helped us every step of the way, however small check engine light did come on and I called Kyle and let him know and immediately he sent a loaner car to my house and picked up my car it's not easy getting your car worked on and being without your car but Park Place Lexus makes it simple as possible in the process and I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you so much to tell you are amazing you deserve the highest award you guys are awesome thank you for the outstanding service

Sewell Lexus is so much better than "Park Place" and let me tell you why! We've been using Sewell for 4 years but this weekend, it would be easier to take the car in to Park Place in Plano due to distance/errands. Well I called them and said that even though they close at 7, I needed to get there by 4pm because they do not give out loan cars for oil changes. What! So I called Sewell and they said I could come before 7 and a Loan car will be available.... Their price is $2 more, but it's worth the convenience. I think I remember my mom had a similar experience when she needed service done and Park Place didn't have a loaner available till 4 days later. They must only have 100 loan cars to use up.... Never will I try giving them business again.

I never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions and all of my questions and concerns were promptly addressed with genuine kindness. I was surprised several times throughout the entire process (sales/finance/service) which has proven to be much more pleasant than my previous experiences at other dealerships. I look forward to working with the Park Place Lexus team in the future and I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

My sales rep, Rainer Buehlmaier, listened to my needs and showed me a group of cars that exactly fit those requests. Great customer service, weren t pushy and had great communication throughout the couple weeks it took me to make my decision. I had a million questions as probably anyone would and Stephen Wedderburn answered them all for me. He was super patient with me as was the general manager Patrick Jakaar who checked in with us and made sure the deal went smoothly. Would totally buy another vehicle from them in the future. I ve always been treated with respect t and great customer service when I ve taken my vehicle in to get serviced or washed. Great company, great staff, great service !
