We purchased a new 2017 RX350 from Park Place Lexus Plano a little over a week ago. Ken and David were great to work with and we went from test driving the car, negotiating a price, to driving out with the car in about 3.5 hours. It was a smooth experience and the facility is the nicest of any dealership I have ever been to. We did quite a bit of research on the car before arriving at the dealership so we new what car we wanted and what price we wanted to pay and Park Place more than met our expectations. Would highly recommend visiting Park Place if you are interested in a Lexus!
Out of all of my car buying experiences Park Place is by far the best. I wouldn't trust the bad reviews, because even when I only went in for service (with my older model), everything was perfect. Recently my older IS was having some repair issues and I felt it was time to trade it in for a newer model. I was referred to Adam Remington. Park Place "Experts in Excellence" is 110% true. Adam went the extra mile for me, actually an extra 100 miles. From the moment I met him he was courteous, genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable about his craft. Knows the ins and outs of the business and how to work an unimaginable deal. Nick Kowalsky the finance manager at Park Place is AWESOME! They both really came through for me. Thanks you guys! Bought a '16 RX350 with more miles then specified, Danial and Richard took good care of me and made it right by voiding the old RX, then finding me a new '16 RX350 with the exact options I wanted. This dealer will take care of you well, especially if you deal with Danial. If there is any problem, Richard the manager will go out of his way to solve it. This is the most pleasurable dealer I've had the oppertunity to dobusiness with, and I've been to a lot of dealers.

Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful, unpleasant, and at times harassing experience for anyone. This is particularly true for an unaccompanied, unprepared and/or uncoached female. "The best defense is a good offense" ~ Having exposure to auto sales, maintenance, and my own previous car buying struggles, this last car hunt started with an armor of confidence and an arsenal of knowledge in hand (credit score, price point, cars identified and researched, able to identify body work and mechanical deficiencies not listed on a Carfax report, and etc.). I was ready for typical sales tactics and partial disclosures; behavior indicative of assumed ignorance and advantage...but it never happened while at Park Place Lexus. (I wish I could say the same for the independent used car lot I had stopped at first.)

I located a car that interested me early Friday morning and sent an e-mail. Tony called and we set up a test drive over lunch. I was impressed with the car and the price and we finished the negotiation in short order. The car was ready by the end of the day and we processed the loan paperwork. Very poor customer service on the phone. I was attempting to schedule a service appointment and was on hold for over 25 minutes and was transferred between departments three times. I ended up hanging up and contacting another dealership.
I come here regularly for car wash. It's very busy in the morning with wait time of 1.5 hrs and slows down later in the day. Very nice place. While you are here in the lounge , u can grab Keurig coffees / bagels/ trail mixes / and fresh fruits .

leased my 1st Lexus from Park Place and was dissatisfied on several incidents
1st- Lease maintenance; I have had mainly Cadillac leases and Everything is mostly covered. 5 different vehicles so it's not a fluke. Nothing is covered at Lexus! Beware, the biggest surprise was the remote start which you take for granted comes with most luxury cars. not at Lexus, you have to pay for it!
2nd- Customer service; when we voiced our concerns we were made to feel that we were wrong for even thinking they would cover items. The rep that sold us the car was gone so they couldn't verify what was told to us.
3rd- Toyota/lexus Financial; After lease we received over mileage fee (which we expected) but they tacked on 1200 in other fees, damage to a tire to a bumper and some delivery fee.... we disputed the damage charges. Never heard back so we thought they took car of it. This was in December I believe.
Since we told them we turned in the lease a month early because we were going out of the country (but paid for that month) while we were gone we recieved several alerts that the car was being driven and we didnt see NONE of the damage they claimed.
Well..... today as we r trying to get a disaster loan, we discover they put the 1400 on our credit report!!!
The monthly lease was $1800, we paid on time for 2 years no issues then they do this??? Do not get anything from them!!!

I take my vehicle in for a recall. Who better to do is than Park Place? Well aparently the other guy.
I take my vehicle in and the service agent is barley taking to me. I mean it made it so awkward that he didn't even try to engage in talking at all. I was thinking okay maybe this guy is having an off day? We all have those.
My car is ready for pickup! I rush to get there because again I live an hour away and don't want to be stuck for 2 hours in traffic. My vehicle comes up and boom, um what is all over my seats? Thick, black, sticky gunk. Not in one but three areas. My seat and center armrest. I'm tell the guys in front, hey there's stuff all over my seats... Was it there before? No sir I wouldn't bring it up if it was there before. Guys take 10-15 min scrubbing with something that wouldn't damage the leather to get it off. They get it off, great I zoom out.
Now I get home and the spot still looks like it's wet... so I look at it closer. They pulled the leather off of my seats and stained my armrest. Great. Then I see that there's black marks on the interior panels where the airbags got replaced. Great... so I email my service agent. I work a lot so it's easier for me to email than call. Well it's been 3 weeks and I have not received any kind of reply from that service agent.
Couple days go by and I'm driving and I see that those panels are loose. I mean really loose. They're barley on there. So now I'm really mad.
So I call Park Place and ask for the manager to call me. He calls me I tell him all of the above. He says okay well we can definitely fix that for you. We're booked until next week do you mind waiting till then? No I don't mind waiting that's fine. Again, me trying to be a calm customer instead of the crazy lady who is extremely upset. So he tells me he's going to have my service agent reach out to me.. it's been over a week. NO CALLS. The service agent never replied to me before, why would he now? I called the manager again, waiting for him to call me back. Wonder how long that's going to take?....
I honestly can't believe that I am being ignored by this dealership. And apparently that's acceptable service to them. Park Place is sure doing a good job of tarnishing their name.

I would not recommend them for a detail. Had to come home and wipe down part of the interior and door jams after paying $189 for a detail. However, service department and service advisors are great and waiting room is clean and comfortable.

I must say my experience with this dealership has been unpleasant and quite substandard. I've brought my vehicle in for service on 4 occasions with each experience worst then the one before. I came to the conclusion that I will never return to this location for service ever again. The service representatives were curt and unhelpful. And after receiving my vehicle back from the service department I had to return twice because the service wasn't completed accurately. Having the service work done wasn't so bad, but having to deal with curt representatives that's the worst.

My family has now purchased two used vehicles, (one from Park Place Lexus Plano and one from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine) and they have both been nothing but problems. One car towed away during the first week it was purchased. The other car pulled off the lot by new purchaser with one of the tail lights burned out. Really? Does anyone there check these cars over before re-selling them...it sure does not look like it! What happened to the "160 Point Inspection" on their used cars??? I guess their "inspector" is blind. Beware Park Place Lexus Plano or Park Place Lexus Grapevine for any used car purchases. And to think I assumed they were honest. And does it stand behind what it sells? They will tow it off for you and then you're on your own. Buyer beware...fool me once, shame on me...fool me twice...shame on Park Place Lexus for poor business practice!

However, the last purchase was different and the price was agreed to quickly. Ms Roshto in the finance department was a joy to work with as she is very knowledgeable and does not try to sell you anything.

I live in Crystal Beach, TX, ten miles from Galveston and my wife and I were visiting her sister in Mansfield when I contacted your dealership about trading in her 2015 RX 350 (which I had purchased in Clear Lake and paid cash for). I spoke with Ross on the phone and after he asked about my buying history, he recommended a lease. I ve never leased a car before, but after rattling off my cars that I ve owned in the last few years it started making sense.

I agreed that a lease made sense. I specifically said I did not want an AWD because of the area we lived in on the Gulf Coast did not require an AWD. With the difference in price of approximately $1400, I did not feel as though I needed that specific feature. While Jordan was giving us a quick tech lesson, he said, Oh, you got the FWD, and then proceeded to give us a quick overview of the SUV.
It wasn t until I returned to Crystal Beach that I examined the paperwork closer and realized that I had been baited and switched and had leased an AWD.
I hold myself responsible for not examining the paperwork closer, but I felt since I had specified no AWD and after Jordan made his statement, I assumed I had received what I had asked for FWD.
I also feel that part of the responsibility lies with your dealership. This has left me with a bad feeling and I m angry partly at myself and partly at the technique of your dealership.
I will have a bad feeling for the next 2 years of the lease and will use more caution if I purchase another Lexus in the future.

Have been going here for about 17 years (they were at Plano Parkway and Preston before moving to DNT & Springcreek) and their service is extraordinary.
I've owned vehicles from BMW and ACURA, but nobody can touch the service offered by Park Place Lexus, yeah...they are that good. When I go to drop my car off for service, I am in and out in record time. They explain what work they are going to perform, and get it right the first time.
Car buying from any Park Place is an amazing experience. The sales folks are not pushy and work with you to get the deal done. From a paperwork perspective (after deal has been closed), they don't pull a fast one on you, and make it painless.

I have owned a Lexus for 18 years, and have always been treated right. But currently, I can't seem to get a price on a new A/C compressor. This is ridiculous as I have called the dealership and they won't give me a price. Also, they promised someone would call, and that never happened. How the mighty have fallen. Perhaps they don't need my business, it's only a paltry 1.500 dollars parts and labour. Hence I have downgraded them from FIVE starts to ONE star.

We had made an appointment to test drive RX 350. When we reached, we had to find someone to talk to. Most people were busy talking in their large glass office. Finally after 20 minutes of wait, a nice salesperson volunteered to help us. He answered questions and was very professional. We did not buy the car but experience wasn't too bad.
They have other luxury range of car as well but majorly its a Lexus dealership.

I visited Park Place Lexus showroom in Frisco, TX to buy 2015 RX 350 as I live in Frisco (very close to their dealership office). I spoke to Sales person Mr. John Pak and Sales Manager Richard Spotts.
1. Did not let me Test Drive: John Pak asked me to agree on the car price before I could test drive the vehicle. I was shocked to know that they were not letting a customer test drive a vehicle until the customer agree on the deal price. I offered $1000 less than their asking price, still could not test drive. They didn't allow a test drive.
2. Bringing in Family to dealership: When I said to Mr. John Pak that I will bring my wife and son to the dealership tomorrow (as it was almost time to close the dealership) to show and chose the exterior and interior colors of the car, I was shocked to hear his response. He said, "Don't bring your family, unless you agree to pay this price, don't waste your time and my time". I felt so bad on hearing this condition. Do I have to agree to their price before I get my family there to decide which color car we want to buy? I guess dealership a good dealership do not treat customers like this.
3. Negotiation: When I offered a price, they are not open to talk. Every time I offer a price, all they tell is "Bye, good night". I heard "Bye and Good night" from them 5-6 times in the 3 visits I made to them on 3 different days.They did not show any interest in talking to me. I would have felt much better if they keep the talk open even if my offer was not acceptable to them. Saying directly "bye and good" without any discussion made me felt treated so poorly by them.
I decided to not do the business with Park Place any more. and will never recommend anyone to go there. Now I made my mind to go and buy my car from some other dealership in the nearby area.

This is the 3rd RX350 that we have leased with Park Place, after having purchased a GX and before that an RX. So, 5 Lexus vehicles must mean that we are believers in this brand! We were in a vert serious T-Bone accident a few years back in our very first RX 350. The car was flipped and totaled. Neither of us in the vehicle sustained even a scratch from that horrific accident. That made believers out of both of us that Lexus IS the safest car on the road. As long as we can afford it, we plan to always drive a Lexus.

Bought a 2 brand new 0 mile vehicles from them Gs 350 f sport and is 250 f sport,the is250 f sport we have had the for about 3 months and now needs a new transmission.From day one the vehicle was making funny noises took it back they said they had forgotten to ship the car with padding in the trunk panels.this was fixed but the noise was never found it still makes this noise till this day. Next the check engine light comes on we take it in and are told it's a fluke there's nothing wrong but if the light comes on again bring it in to them.The light comes on again we drop the car off and are immediately called back with we need a new transmission.Correct me if I'm wrong but my car has 4k miles on it I had
It for 3 to 4 months now and I need a new transmission on a 50k car that is not supposed to happen.Now the good part let's add insult to injury my wife and I complain we don't want the vehicle back pls put us in a reliable safe vehicle for my children and wife....no we will only replace the transmission and hand you back a obviously defective car is what we are told by Patrick the sales director or trade in your brand new faulty car take a 6k hit on the pay off and roll that plus the new down payment you have to pay on the new vehicle after you traded in your paid for Lexus is250 on the current new one with the bad transmission and extend your your payments by a year and they will go up to get a new properly working car.It probably wouldn't be so bad if the whole time I was talking to Patrick he was scoffing and laughing at my distraught wife and I as to say how dare we complain after Lexus offered to fix the transmission under warranty and he threw at us the offer to pay for our oil changes for the car (joke) This is a nightmare I will be contacting the Attorney general of Texas, BBB, Lexus corporate, any available news outlets. This is wrong on so many levels how can you treat customers like this and think it's ok especially customers that have stuck with your company.

Started my process online and everything was finalized within 24 hours. They are the BEST!
