Paramus Honda Review

I just purchase a new car from DCH Honda of Paramus. My Sales Consultant Osvandy Arias was very patient and went out of his way to find me a car that was no longer on the lot. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. He was very knowledgeable about the variety of Honda Cars and provided useful feedback. I also had a positive experience with the Sales/Financial Consultant Paul Park who explained in detail my financing and car options. He answered all of my questions and listened to me when I explained how I would be driving my car. Thank you DCH Honda of Paramus.

We went to dealer for a quote and ended up with a trade on my pilot for the 2019 and a new Honda Accord 2019 they help you a lot and give you the best prices compared to other honda dealers.

Bought a Honda Pilot at DCH a couple weeks ago. Had a very positive experience. We dealt with a sale representative by the name of Alex Bernabe; he was very professional, honest, and helpful and he did a really thorough job of going through all of the vehicle functions and features when we picked up the vehicle.

Worst car shopping experience to date. I've been waiting 2 days just get a price quote and mileage of a vehicle advertised on their website. After taking my info I never heard back from this dealer and they never called me back. Had to call them several times for them to give me the info I ask them for in the first place (the mileage on the car they were selling and the price) I mean shouldn't a dealer know that? How disorganized is this place? Then today I called in early in the morning to negotiate the price on the vehicle after finally calling and getting someone who took the time to find out for me and I haven't heard back from them since. I'm not wasting my time again calling this place and therefore have no reason to step foot in this dealership to purchase anything. Aside from the fact they want $5,000 above market value for their 2016 Honda Accord Coupe with 2 years of depreciated value and with 1,500 used car miles on it currently being used as the dealership managers knock around car for the past two years I'd say this place is rather delusional. I was ready to buy a new car from here before the weekend. However, this experience really turned me off from them. They really wasted my time with their disorganization. It's like they don't know how to sell a car to someone. I wonder how much money this place must lose because of this dealer not having it's stuff together. AVOID! Take your money and invest your time in a dealership that actually considers your needs as a customer. Not one that gives people the run around and can't answer basic questions about a car they are selling. Also who in their right mind would pay $30,000 for a USED 2016 HONDA Accord with 1,500 miles? It's a Honda not a BMW.

i leased my first car here 3 years ago, a honda accord coupe. Now, 3 years later, i have leased another car from them. My sales person, Paul Park, has been there for me day and night, and would answer any questions/concerns I had. I would highly recommend coming here to get your next car, because I know where I will be again once my new lease is up in 3 years.

I went to this location with my wife in order to buy a new car for a large family. As English is my second language I usually have a difficult time finding someone who has the care and patience to assist me fully. While at DCH Honda Mr. Osvandy Arias was not only helpful he was honest and never once felt pushy. I give this dealership and Mr. Arias 5 stars. If you need to buy a car look for Osvandy Arias 10/10.

I bought a used, 2011 Honda Odyssey there in February of 2014. The car has had its share of issues and being a long time Honda customer, this was new territory for me. Anyway, we took the car in this week with a host of issues. I spoke to Frank in the Service Department and expressed my extreme disappointment with the number of issues. I may not have been very pleasant about it either. But Frank handled it with great diplomacy. And then he went the extra mile to make sure that the car was returned to me in perfect working order. He made sure the things that were covered under warrant and even a couple that weren't, were taken care of. So, while the jury is still out on my used Odyssey, the service department here has stepped up in a very big way and has won me back over.

This was my first experience with DCH Honda, my sales consultant, Freddy, excellent customer service. This guy did A LOT for me he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, really appreciate it. He has a great vibe and felt welcomed and comfortable. Super professional, respectful and amazing person. Even after the selling process, he followed up with me to make sure everything was fine with my vehicle!. I just got my first car today because of Danny. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB AND HE IS EXCELLENT!! Danny explained everything thoroughly and you can tell he cares about what YOU want. John, who works in finance, did an amazing job as well. I'm so happy with my brand new fit. I highly recommend this dealership!

David Kim is the best sales person I ve ever met! I ve got a brand new CR-V and he literally worked through every step that I needed when my credit score was not ready for financing. He is so knowledgeable and responsible. You ll not regret if you choose him as your sales person. Wonderful experience at DHC!

I came to DCH based on a high recommendation from a close friend to see Adolfo Marte. He exceeded every expectation I had. He made sure to make me feel extremely comfortable with the car buying process and listened to all my wants and needs. It felt more like a genuine exchange between people instead of a sales negotiation. I will highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

Went to Honda knowing the exact car we were interested in. Franklin Garcia was such a great help. He was more then willing to show us the cars we had interest in and worked with us in regards to payments. I definitely recommend Franklin if you re looking to buy a car. I ve had experience with Honda sometimes it s not the best but this one by far has been the best.

Way overpriced. Go online and checkout your options. I used truecar and ended up buying the same car I wanted from DCH at Paragon Honda. Saved 2k.

Came to DCH to lease the car after seeing an ad for $130. After 3 hours they leased the car at $400 to my niece. I came to complain and they made me wait for a more than a hour. DcH said she signed and Honda financial has closed the lease and they can not do a thing for us.
It is not right for a dealer to sell/lease the car to those with startup credit. I don't know DCH and Hinda Financial operates but not having a grace period for people buying/leasing a car like other car makers is not good. Hopefully people should be aware of this situation and watch out for Honda and DCH in Paramus.

In general the staff was very friendly, the place was clean with a welcoming atmosphere and it shows that customer satisfaction is a top priority for DCH Honda. Me and my Wife were assisted by Ray, who spent all the time answering any questions we had, road testing the cars, and made sure that all of our concerns were addressed accordingly. We re very happy with our new CRV and would definitely recommend DCH to anyone who is thinking about buying a vehicle.

My Sales Consultant Alexis Dilisio gave me an overall phenomenal experience from beginning to end. I am more than satisfied with the overall process and information he presented to me. I have been to plenty dealerships in the greater NYC area and can honestly say that this is the best experience thus far. Alexis was, courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout my entire customer experience. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, he listened to my wants and needs and did not try to alter them to make a sale. It is without reservation that I highly recommend Mr. Dilisio if you are in the market for an automobile. Buy whatever he is selling!

I always go to DCH Honda for any problems with my car and every time I get something done I always go to Frankie he was very helpful and always made sure I was attended to and made sure I got out of there in a timely matter. Any time you need something done to your car Frankie is the guy you want to go to.

My sales guy Hamad was excellent. I purchased a 2020 Honda Passport about 3 weeks ago and I love it! My overall experience with DCH Honda Paramus was excellent. I Pitched my deal and he made it work!!!! Went over all the features of my vehicle. Made me comfortable enough as to what I was driving out in. I called it with a minor detailing issue. Without hesitation Hamad got me over Laura Gonzalez who is the Customer Service Manager of the dealership. She immediately got me an appointment connected me with whom I needed to deal with to resolve my issue. Thanks to them I will definitly be back and recommend this dealership!

David Kim made the experience of buying a car as painless as possible. He was very helpful and not condescending.

I've used Infiniti lease program for 10 yrs and changed my car to Honda Odyssey for my family. And it was great experience with David Kim. He was patient with customer and I can tell he was definitely veteran. Only Cons were the finance guy who complained to David that he's been waiting for us long time and try to make us feel sorry. That was really uncomfortable and very unprofessional especially in front of customer.

Osvandy Arias is the best car sales person in Northern NJ. My experience with Osvandy was fantastic. I will be sending in all of my friends and family to see him when they need a new car.

Had to have CRV serviced for recall. Tried to have done at the dealer I purchased car from. They could not see me. I went To DCH and they had me in and out within a hour. Very happy and I now have a new place to have service

Excellence service. My salesman Wilmer Camacho was very nice and professional. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Called numerous time to get the recalled airbags for my C-RV (that I bought from them) replaced. They said they needed to order them but they never called back and that was a year ago. I only remembered recently because Honda sent another letter to remind me. I guess they weren't making any money on this work, just FYI..... POOR customer service if you ask me.

Ramon Crespo (also known as Ray) is the absolute best salesman!!! He was attentive, persistent and has great listening skills. Even when other salesmen would say NO or offer a older/cheaper car; Ray made it happen and got me into a BRAND NEW car at a GREAT affordable monthly rate (and 3% APR); most people are paying way more than 3%. I m not sure how he did it but he made it happen and I m forever grateful. Even after I purchased the car he kept in contact with me to see if everything was good!

If you are in need of a vehicle please go see Ray!!! Don t worry about your credit; good or bad he will make it happen and you won t leave the dealership without a car !! Trust me!

Not only was Bree a fun and helping salemas she kept us entertained, and throughout time she wasn't worried about how much I was spending but more interested in what kind of car I liked and only worried about me:) And Danny was so helpful as well, amazing care honestly. Love this place. I currently Lease a Honda and go here to get my oil changed and other services. The cleanest and most comfortable place. Yes I can get an oil change somewhere else for 10 bucks or do it myself, but they go above and beyond and the overall Value is greater than what you pay for.

After 17 years of loyalty to a particular dealership in Bergen County, in January of 2019 and $$$$$$ later of repairs (some due to the technician's errors) and monthly visits to a dealership, I was disappointed to say the least. It seemed that every time I left this dealership, something else would consistently break just 10-14 days later. It was quite odd. Suddenly I noticed employees disappearing and new employees leaving frequently. The last straw was when I discovered that what I was being told from the service agent and what the owner shared with me did not coincide with each other. Then I tried Honda in Paramus. I rarely compliment service agents and dealerships but for the first time, I am happy to praise one service agent! Juan Cordon at Paramus Honda is different. He came highly recommended to me and I see why. He is "good people" and HONEST!! When my car broke again, and I could no longer trust my previous dealership and service agents, I went to Paramus Honda. Juan was not only incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but took a tremendous amount of time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood why particular repairs were necessary. He drove me by golf cart to meet Anthony (one of the Master Technicians) so that they could show me the issues with my vehicle. By the way, he also made sure photos were taken of the repairs for me. They took me under the car and pointed out the damages and then compared the damage to parts that were not damaged and explained the actual cost of the parts. Juan and Anthony did not have to go the extra mile. But they did and they continue to. They both wanted me to see for myself because of what I went through previously. By the way, Anthony is a fabulous technician and knows his stuff. Always ask for Anthony! Juan went to bat for me and regained my faith in Honda. He gained a new customer the RIGHT WAY, with honesty, care and sincerity. The fact is Juan Cordon is a great and HONEST person and really does go to bat for his customers. I would not go to anyone else. While I am sure the other agents are terrific, for me Juan puts in the extra time and effort to take care of his customers. I have had my car in for service a few times now.... still happy!!! One time, Juan noticed my car was not delivered to me and I was waiting a little longer than usual. Shortly thereafter, he himself went and got my car and drove it to me. Juan and Anthony are a great team!!!! If you are ever in need of service for your Honda, Juan Cordon is the person to see and ask for Anthony as your master technician at Paramus Honda!!!! 5 Mackay Ave in Paramus, NJ!!!!

This was my first experience buying a car, and Hamad Deeb at DCH Paramus Honda made it the best experience for me. That day we went to 2 other Honda dealerships where i was very disappointed and discouraged, it seemed like i knew more about the car than the sales people did, they didnt really care about what i wanted, and they were not really helpful, they were just trying to sell. When i went to DCH Paramus Honda it was totally different experience. Hamad Deeb cared about my wants, asked me what features I wanted my new car to have, he wanted to make sure i'm getting the car that had everything im looking for included. He was also very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the car and its features. I read about the car and its features a lot before coming and thought i knew all of them, but Hamad showed me a lot of things that i didnt read about and didnt know the car had, he did everything to get my car for me as soon as possible. He spent a lot of time to show me how everything in the car works, helped me to set everything up after i purchased it, made sure i understood every step and left the dealership with knowing as much about the car as he did. My mom, who went to buy the car with me, has more experience buying a car and she never met anyone like Hamad, she was very impressed and happy about Hamad's knowledge, passion and willingness to help me, she almost bought one for herself. I was very happy with my purchase, i like the atmosphere and friendliness of people there and i will continue to service my car at DCH Paramus Honda. I would definitely recommend Hamad Deeb and DCH Paramus Honda to everyone, people there know what they sell. If i ever decide to buy a new Honda in the future, this is the place i would choose to do it.

This car leasing experience was the best I have ever had. Your staff was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted, in a way that I could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car I'm leasing was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled.

I would give every aspect of it a 10--from the sales to the receptionist to the surroundings!!! And the car is wonderful. Mr. Aldo Lora was a delight to deal with.

All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis.

I'll recommend DCH Paramus Honda and Mr. Aldo Lora whenever our friends show interests in purchasing cars.

I am VERY pleased with the purchase I made at Paramus DCH Honda! My salesman, Hamad Deeb, was wonderful! He worked with us on trade-in and new car price. It was my THIRD Honda purchase from DCH Honda. I have used their service in the past with regular maintenance and recall items. They were great providing appointments, friendly service, reasonable prices AND transportation to and from my house when I needed it! You just can't beat that!!!

Very unprofessional staff. I waited 45 minutes for a nitro fill tire replacement tire to be put on. Instead the service man is calling me asking questions that should have been asked 35 minutes ago. I have been here for almost two hours and still, don't know if the tire is going to be covered by nitro fill warranty. Just go to DCH Honda of Nanuet. The customer service there is amazing and very welcoming.

I had went to get a service on my vehicle in September for a recall. When the job was completed I was given a week up sheet what need to be done. There was faults info on what need to be done etc.high prices quoted. I had went to my mechanic and said there no further work had to be done that was listed on that paper. I try to call service manager related to this problem no calls back nothing. They always in a meeting. Bad service and crooked as hell

I can say that he is the one that makes things happen in this DCH Paramus Honda. To say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience is an understatement. I definitely will be looking elsewhere to purchase a car.

I was interested in a certified, pre-owned car on your lot. I visited Monday to see the car in person, and was put into contact with your employee, Sunil Patel. Yesterday, I asked Sunil to run my credit for interest rates, but was told I needed to physically come in to DCH Honda Paramus to sign a form that could not be faxed to my job. This was a lie. I could very easily have submitted a credit application online. It was not easy to leave my place of work to do this, but nevertheless, I came to DCH Honda Paramus to sign the paperwork. Then, Sunil, and his financial advisor, REFUSED to run my credit and provide interest rates without a commitment to the car. I requested to work with another sales person, but my request was met by deaf ears. In the end, I had no choice but to leave and return to my work, with Sunil and his financial advisor threating to shred my signed paperwork, retracting a previous quoted interest rate. I was patronized, ignored and bullied.

To have had my time wasted and my work held up was an aggravation. What is more, it was clear to me that there was an attempt to intimidate me into making a verbal commitment I did not need to make. Had I been a man or walked in with one, that situation would have ended very differently. At this moment, I feel that DCH Honda Paramus has treated me unfairly not only as a potential customer, but as a young, single woman.

I would think long and hard before stepping into DCH Paramus Honda again.

My salesman, Jenssy Diaz did a great job at helping me get my new 2018 Honda Civic. He was willing to work around my budget and I was able to leave with a brand new car lease. Jenssy even assisted me in removing some things from my older car to the new one. He and the other staff members made sure to explain all features in the vehicle before I left. I would not hesitate in recommending Jenssy as a salesman as well as this dealership.

Getting a new car is stressful. Getting a new car with a 3 year old toddler is EXTREMELY stressful. Hamad our wonderful saint salesperson, promptly messaged back or picked up our calls with courteous and professional manner before we made the final decision to get our new car. He worked with us for 5+ hours and never let his energy down and even went out of his way to distract our spawn while we debated the color of our car. Also, kept the Tasmanian Devil entertained as he went through the features of our car. That's stamina and dedication! Go in and ask for Hamad or make an appointment with him.

Did not buy my car there but they took me with no appointment anyway and gave me a loaner rental. Overall good service experience. Only downside is it's a very busy dealer in very busy Paramus.

We went to DCH Paramus for a new car. Everyone there was so polite, friendly and made us feel like we was home. Wilmer Camacho took care of us and he was excellent and patience through the whole process. The same day we came into DCH, we walk out with a new 2015 Honda Accord Sport. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend DCH Paramus and recommend that you see and talk to Wilmer - very knowledgeable, down to earth and humble guy who continuously follow up with us even after the sale. Great job DCH and thank you for the great service!!!

Always a very long wait time even after taking appointments and every time they say car wash and vacuum included with synthetic oil change but then they always say that if you need car wash and vacuum its 2 to 3 hours wait. I have been here every single time in all this years but never got car back on time after any service neither got car wash or vacuum done.

After having a recall service, totally new three problems were added to my car - two doors didn't open. They didn't say sorry. They didn't give me any express or special service at all and I had to use my car for a weekend with uncomfortable doors.
* One week after writing the review, one more problem was found. They gave me express service after the third service. Hopefully I will not be able to use that express service.

Late yesterday I took my 2008 Honda Accord for routine service at DCH Paramus Honda. While there I thought I would look at the new Honda Accords.
