I've been dealing with sales rep Alex Bernabe for approximately 10 years now. Together with my wife we've developed a nice rapport. Our deals, 5 of them now, have all been leases and our relationship is now one where he provides a quote and we know it's competitive. Yes it's business, but his easy going, polite demeanor is an added plus and goes a long way in sealing the deal.
