I called to cancel my vasa gym membership and was helped by Sofia. She was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service at its best. She helped me cancel my membership and explained everything with ease. Thanks Sofia for making it such an easy experience.

Hannah was awesome! I've been dealing with an issue for a couple of months now. The last rep I spoke with in June was not willing to help or listen. Today speaking with Hannah she listened, empathized and went above and beyond and got my situation corrected. Her demeanor and listening skills show she is a great customer service representative.

So unnecessarily rude! I called because I needed to update my payment information and have the return fee waived since the account on file was no longer active. I explained my situation to two different girls who said that there was absolutely nothing that could be done about waiving the fee. My account is always paid on time, I've been with them for years. The girl instantly was defensive when I asked about waiving my fee and said "Even I've had to pay those fees, nothing can be done. The fees come from Vasa, not us." So I asked her if I called Vasa if there is anything they can do and she said,
"Go for it." Go for it?! Are you serious? And then she told me that I can call them but they won't waive it either. Well lo and behold, I called Vasa and they were so nice and helpful, looked at my account, I explained what happened and she was able to waive my fee like it wasn't a big deal at all. I've been reading everyone's reviews and obviously it doesn't do any good since Paramount is still in business. But I had to say something! I work in customer service and I can't believe how it was handled.

The girl who helped me was SO NICE. I was cancelling my gym membership before the big yearly fee, when she told me that they usually need one month notice prior to cancellation. She saw that I have been a customer for years so she pulled some strings and got my yearly fee waived. Such a great experience. They clearly value their customers, even when they re cancelling a membership (like me)!

Paramount third party company is a very unprofessional company. that makes look Vasa really bad.
I read feedback's on Google about this company. definitely I am not impress. Customer service sucks. Supervisor very rude to clarify my cancellation.
they made a mistake and later blamed on me, they made me pay their mistakes.

I wish I could give it a zero star rating. I don't know why I dislike it so much, other than the whole Gold's Gym company seems bent on tricking clients into long-term contracts. 24 hour Fitness will allow a client to freeze an account with no payment. For some reason, Gold's charges $25 to freeze an account and doesn't give deals for long-term, up-front payments.

My most recent experience speaking with a member of the Paramount team was extremely professional and he was able to address my concern swiftly. The same is true of the manager that I was able to speak with. These experiences were a breath of fresh air due to the fact that my previous encounters were frustrating.

Customer service is very poor. I am not sure what experiences the people posting positive reviews have had. The gym I was a member of used this company. The gym closed down. I am told by Paramount I still have to pay the cancellation fee, even though there isn't a gym. I am told by Paramount that this is a policy of the gym that Paramount is just unable to avoid enforcing. The gym tells a different story. So essentially, Paramount is making out like bandits by receiving payments from every member of a gym that doesn't exist for another month. Not only is this a shameful business practice, it is also a potential serious consumer protection violation. Be wary of using a gym that uses this service.

Bo was the representative that helped me. He was very understanding, helpful, and informative. He even called me back after everything was already handled just make sure all our needs were met. Really appreciate how they took care of things for us. Thank you Bo!

Sent my account off to collections even though if was only a few months behind and with covid 19 most gyms where only open at a partial capacity. Tried calling back several times only to just be on hold. Worst customer ever!! Consumers beware!!

This place is a joke! I will NEVER use Vasa gym again, just because of this place! I cancelled my membership, that my boyfriends was linked to. They didn't cancel his when they canceled mine, and kept trying to charge my account after I told them I put a stop payment on it and racked up an additional $70 dollars in fees. They don't even try to make things right. Horrible, horrible company!

I had a great experience with Paramount. I called in to pay my bill and I was told that I had 2 different fees on top of my normal bill that truly were invalid. The rep placed me on hold to see what she could do and then we lost connection. She called me right back and advised that we could waive the fees no problem. She then took my payment and ended the call. Great customer service!! Thank you!!

This company is connected with Vasa Fitness, but will not help you with your account. We have been charged twice every single month for a membership and continues to call us, text us, and mail us stating that we have not payed and will be sent to collections. However the math adds up that they owe us money. We havr tried talking to supervisors and have been hung up on. We have been told that we are lying or that we aren't looking up the correct transaction number. And that to solve the situation we need to give them a second card number. Do not get a membership with VVVasa. They will take money out of your account twice a month and tell you that they can't help you with your account. Harass you for money, but can't help you with any account situation unless you call this third party company that does not care about anything other than taking your money.

My friend who also wanted to cancel was having trouble with her emails going through so Alex was kind enough to help us with that transaction in the same timely manner. I have called to process payments twice now and have been hung up on for no reason. Each agent I've spoken with seems completely miserable working there. Dealt with this company about 10 years ago and I'm seeing that not much has changed from the previous experiences They need better training or they should hire candidates who actually seem interested in keeping a job. Very disappointing from a customer perspective.

Ivy was so helpful, she listened to what happen with a big mix up on my automatic payments and took the time to see and understand what happened. She helped me figure out what was going on and corrected it. I really appreciated her, even more because the 1st two people that I talked to were not helpful.

The phone operator I spoke to was Bo. I called to find out information on how to cancel my payments and he was very helpful. He gave me my correct account number and told me exactly what to do to complete my cancellation. I did exactly what he instructed me to do, a few days later I received an email from the cancellation dept saying my cancellation had been processed.

I suggest that everyone send a message to the Utah Attorney General about how this BS company is trying to extort money by constant harassment... Apparently they are BLOCKING their phone number, because I have not received a call from these lovely people... I do NOT answer blocked calls... I have written to them courteously and asked them to stop... I have not received a reply... Just shows that they are not legitimate... Like everyone else, I am sick and tired of dealing with these shysters!

The customer service and attention to detail in this office is absolutely horrid. I have had to contact the office SEVERAL times regarding billing problems where Paramount was at fault. The last time I was charged a fee because Paramount said they could not take my payment out. When I called to further investigate the reason ended up being that Paramount had made an unauthorized change to my account. They took my current/correct billing information off the account and added my old information which was a CLOSED bank account. That is the exact reason I changed my billing information! All of this happened when I called one month prior to down grade my membership to only one location. I asked the girl for her name because I had issues in the past with my requests not being processed. She acted very annoyed, assured me it was not necessary and told me she was processing the request right then and gave me her name anyway

SURE ENOUGH the change never went through and she also managed to change my billing information to the closed account. This is just the most recent problem, there have been many more.

I hope I never have to contact this office again.

I have had nothing but trouble from this company. First they charged my debit card on the wrong day for my first month. Then, when my contract ended in February and I was charged again in March, I was told I wouldn't be able to get my money back and my only option was to send in a 30 day written notice. Once I did that, I was told I would still be charged in April because it wasn't exactly 30 days. On top of this, the gym they are charging me for is no longer in business! They are saying someone else bought them and are letting people go to it, but I was never told of this option. I work hard for my money and it is a crying shame that I am out of almost $100 because they aren't willing to be helpful .I've never experienced such horrible customer service and I will be thankful when I no longer have to deal with this company. I would give this a negative 5 stars if I could.

Nancy went above and beyond to help me out with canceling my Vasa Account. She is warm, friendly and informative. She solved an issue I had and called me back promptly. She is a very nice and patient lady and I sincerely appreciate her time and effort. It would be great if more Customer Service Representatives were more like her. She is a great example to others and a fantastic role model. I myself am a Customer Service Representative, and she was a great example for me. Thank you, Nancy.

Before I was directed to contact the company headquarters in Utah, I would've rated my Memphis-based gym at 1 star. It took OVER 6 MONTHS to refund an incorrect charge. But as soon as I spoke with a manager who knew what he was talking about, he told me to call the 800# in Utah. I did and spoke with Alec (???). He was professional and I had the refunded money in a check mailed to me within the week. He then called to be sure everything was ok.
