Before I was directed to contact the company headquarters in Utah, I would've rated my Memphis-based gym at 1 star. It took OVER 6 MONTHS to refund an incorrect charge. But as soon as I spoke with a manager who knew what he was talking about, he told me to call the 800# in Utah. I did and spoke with Alec (???). He was professional and I had the refunded money in a check mailed to me within the week. He then called to be sure everything was ok.
