The rep at Paramount had all the information I needed to resolve an issue quickly and painlessly. Often a third party is powerless to find any details of a transaction or does not have the knowledge/skill to find answers. This was not the case. She quickly found answers for me and was very pleasant and professional.

The person on the phone was able to find my information just fine, but in the end, didn't know how to resolve the problem at all. I had to go to the location and find a person who has known me for 100 yrs to get my problem solved.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I called time after time following their automated prompts for a call back and also leaving voice mails. It took over 2 weeks for a representative to call me back and that was after calling Paramount multiple times.
On top of that their automated system was calling me saying I needed to pay the balance on my account. This was all happening while they were making withdrawals from my bank account. I'm not sure how I owe money when they are automatically withdrawing it from my account every month!?
VASA was great. The facility is nice with tons of equipment but they really need to rethink Paramount Acceptance handling their member services.

This would be a 1/2 star review if the associate Kerri from Paramount acceptance wasn't so helpful. Not happy with Paramount acceptance because I've been charged for services I said to cancel a year ago. Some of your employees clearly don't listen, but Kerri was able to listen and understand the situation, and really help out when it was needed most.

My experience with Paramount Acceptance was great. Never had any issues with billing. Account was accessible and easy to navigate. Shannon was a great help when I had any questions about my account. It s unfortunate that I m departing from them but it has nothing to do with the company.

I called in 11/10/2016 at 0750; I tried to talk to a rep, it was very hard to understand her.
I called back and was transfered to a manager only to get a voice mail.
I called the local corporate Salt lake City number, after 0800 the first two calls no answer.
My wife had to drive down to VASA Fitness to resolve a simple billing issue.
Not sure why thesse fitness centers trust Paramount to handle their customer service calls; maybe they own Vasa???

The agent was very nice to talk to and actually suggested things to make it even easier for me, that I didn't know was an option. Very grateful to her. I can't speak for the company as a whole, only the agent, since I was forwarded to them as part of an interactive with VASA. I have no idea how I called VASA but dealt with this company. I guess they do the financial transactions ok for VASA.

Ask for Tanner if you have any problems hes not a manager or anything but the nicest guy I have talked to about a problem that was really pushing me off. I wasnt the nicest to him but he took care of everything quickly and professionally and had no issues by the end of the short 6 minute call. (Paramount acceptance promote this guy. He is knowledgeable decisive and could lead a team easily.)

Shannon was the team member who answered the phone on the first ring and had all the answers I needed! Was struggling to get registered and on to the website. Feeling very frustrated until she walked me through it in about 2 minutes and did not make me feel stupid about the 20 minutes I had already spent. Thank you, Shannon! I spoke with two rude female representatives at this company when I called trying to cancel my vasa gym membership. I had an issue with the charges the "system" was trying to charge me on the website for cancellations. They would not even attempt to help me with the excessive charges the system was trying to charge me to cancel my membership. They just blamed it on "the system" and acted like there was nothing they could do to eliminate these charges. I called vasa corporate and they took care of it immediately and cancelled my membership without any additional charges. But these people at paramount acceptance were not only unhelpful but also very rude.

This company does not care whatsoever about your perceived quality of service. My gym (French Riviera Spa) is charging an exorbitant amount for lazy trainers who play on their phone during your workout. I explain this to customer support at Paramount and they claim that they will only cancel the account if I move out of the area or am medically unable to train. They truly do not give a fig about your customer experience. Complain to the gym and they refer you to the uncaring staff at Paramount, and then Paramount says "aww shucks that's too bad but we won't let you out of the contract." That's fine, you're not getting anymore of my money and I will dispute any sort of collection claims that you have.

You will go through HELL

I didn t look in to it like I should have done. I signed up at a baileys gym( 1st party ) to work with a trainer( 2nd party) that trainer is contracted through baileys to create a contract with PT fitness ( 3rd party )
Now get this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried to cancel my membership and I went to the gym. The gym told me to talk to my trainer. The trainer needed me to reference my contract. I read my contract and it says I needed to contact PT Fitness. I called PT fitness they said I needed to contact PARAMOUNT ACCEPTANCE because they handle their billing. I finally call paramount and they said I had to EMAIL THAT DEPARTMENT so now I m emailing paramount. The emails are slow. I tried to cancel in MAY but May turned into June because of the delay I had working through every company. Now here s the KICKER they tell me I need to pay for the month of June even tho I haven t been to the trainer. Also that in order for me to cancel I needed to pay my balance. If I didn t cancel I would be billed until my contract was over. If i cancelled my bank card and they couldn t get payment it would go on my credit and they would pass my information to a debt collection agency. It s one huge loop. It s horrible. I told them the situation was unexpected and i couldn t control was happened. They don t allow any grace period. They aren t understanding at all. DO BETTER than I did. Do not make this same mistake. I did better

These guys have been robo calling me for weeks. When I pick up it's always an automated message claiming I have some billing issue that needs to be resolved.

They give two options when I stay on the line: save my space and have someone call me later or leave a message. I've done both and have yet to hear from a human.

I'm certain I owe nothing and I'm getting increasingly frustrated with these calls.

Paramount please stop sending me automated messages.

I have had many issues with charges from VASA that I was not aware were going to be made. I have called Paramount multiple times to figure this out. Most of the time the people who were helping me (on the phone) were super nice and helpful. I believe they did everything they could to help me.

I hated everything about this company !! They are a bunch of crooks !! I had my card stolen and canceled it before any fraudulent purchases could be made. I called and told them that a new card was on the way the said okay great call back when you get the new card, little did I know I was going to be charged a late fee. I called back and asked how I could prove my card had been shut down and the lady helping me proceeded to say "do you understand you can't have the late fee waived unless you can prove fraudulent activity" well that's why I cancelled my card right when it was missing right ? To avoid fraudulent charges. I have never made a late payment. This company has the WORST customer service. They do not care who the effect or how they treat you. All they care about is their money. But instead of getting $40 from me every month they can go ahead and get the $65 then never get a dime from me again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don't even deserve one!

I canceled my membership at a gym at the begging of the year and these ass clowns claim i never sent an email and a 30 day notice. NEVER do business with them or any place that employs them. The customer service is awful and by far the worse experience I have ever had with a company. By far worse than AT&T.

I got a text saying my account was pst due. I was think, great, they are going to nail me for $25. So I called to figure it out. Because my info was entered incorrectly they waived my $25 late fee! I was surprised and happy about it. So I paid a few months in advance!
