I have called to process payments twice now and have been hung up on for no reason. Each agent I've spoken with seems completely miserable working there. Dealt with this company about 10 years ago and I'm seeing that not much has changed from the previous experiences They need better training or they should hire candidates who actually seem interested in keeping a job. Very disappointing from a customer perspective.
