Never use this company again.

Never use this company again.
Up until a few months ago I couldn't get them to collect a skip from a site.
Today they came early and removed skip which wasnt full and wasnt ready for collection. I was told on phone I must pay 50 euro for late collection as they have a strict 5 day policy. I was told the call was recorded and they could play it back for me.
The skip was delivered at 4pm 5 days ago and collected before lunch today. The time had not run out as skip should have been collected same time it was delivered at earliest. Or a phone call would be nice.
Smaller companies are better and provide a more personal service.

I've had two skip bags collected by Panda.ie and they are fantastic. Very fast to collect both times, friendly staff, helpful over e-mail.

Really good, if I need to do more junk removal again, I'll definitely will be using their skip bags.

Why don't you lift bins half of the time? It's ridiculous. You are so ready to charge new customers the yearly fee during the first phone call. I'm waiting over a month to have my brown bin collected. Rubbish service and equally rubbish customer care.

My advice - go with a different company! It's been 6 weeks since Panda collected the bins in my estate. Irish water are doing work on the road, causing an 'obstruction' for the van, fair enough, but the guys collecting could take a few steps to bring the bins past it but they don't bother. Those with Greenstar in the esttate have their bins collected every time. Have called to request emergency lift 3 times and left bins outside the estate, still no collection. Phone bill sky high due to calling them. Estate looks like a tip. Will be moving to greenstar very soon!!

Ever increasing prices . Unsolicited text messages about having your bins cleaned . And they ask would you like electricity as well , I'm waiting for an alternative waste service so I can leave . The guys picking up the bins seem mostly friendly .

Very bad service, rude staff refusing to wash my brown bin just because was put out after they passed my house by few meters and asked them to wash it. Few months back got a replacement debit card but my yearly fees were paid they cancelled my collection without contacting me! am fuming.The only thing that is keeping me with them is no other companies operating in my area at the moment but I swear as soon as other companies start here we will go with them even if its double the charge.

It would seem that if you have a choice of waste collections you will be looked after.As I've no other choice in my area customer service is a joke,any excuse no matter how small not to pick up bin,unapproachable collection staff.was told when tags were being used and getting stolen that counterfoil/receipt weren't proof and to go buy another.aggressive phone calls for yearly charges.AVOID if possible.

I wish to absolutely commend your company on the wonderful customer services I received today while hiring my skip.

Bernadette was just lovely. Very helpful and informative. She s upbeat and chatty. In these tough times I realised when I got off the phone how upbeat she was and I just had such a smile after the call.

As a business owner myself I felt that people are so quick to complain but very slow to complement. So I felt you should know that she s definitely a fantastic brand ambassador for panda. Well done on hiring this lady.

Brown bin collection has not happened for 6 weeks despite 4 phone calls and 3 assurances it will be collected the next day. I will be switching companies. They could not give me a reason for failure to collect. Horrible customer service.

Delighted to announce I will be changing to a different company after the horrible experiences Ive had with this company. This morning was the last straw when I was told by their agents my bins would be collected and ultimately weren't. I asked the bin man and he said it wasn't on their system and drove off after I said that their agents said it was meant to be collected. Not the first time they didn't collect due to their own negligence.

Recently became a panda customer.when ordering my bins was told by three different people I would have a food waste bin.none arrived.when I rang to question this was told it,s not available in my area, after being cut off twice.i also had to wait a week for my bins to arrive which meant my partner taking rubbish to relatives to dump.when questioning the delay was told that new bins were being ordered from Uk.got old bins.these are not huge issues but am I going to have problems with Panda.

Our small apartment building has been trying to get our compost bin emptied since we got one in July. Even after 7 phone calls we have had little luck. Its been emptied occasionally after yet one more phone call, but it doesn't last. The bin has been replaced in case that was the problem. No change .Appalling service. Could not be worse.

Bins are never collected. Have to personally contact the company about this issue. They promise us that our bin will be collected yet they still continue to leave our bin unemptied. Very unreliable, disrespectful and unprofessional.

As a senior citizen, this company is a disgrace to the general public. Their call centre staff do not have the correct training to answer general question about their service and about their operations. Aggressive tone when you ring and ask questions about their serive charges and accounts. I am supposed to know the weight of my bin and rhe costs which is impossible .
The type of bin collection charges for each lift.
To make matters worse they hide behind the FOI act, to questions. Ideal cop-out by staff well trained on that subject. It is amazing that they never make mistakes with payments refunds or court costs

Previous tenant left their bins and I have been trying to return it to Panda. Have been promised it will be removed within 5-7 days, rang them again on the 6th day confirming removal and the useless customer service agent just went and said it will now be 7-10 days. Please remove your bins from the property as it is an eyesore, I'm not even a customer and I'm quite happy not being a customer of yours with your unreliable collection services.

Since last couple of weeks we have issues with Green bin collection. Firstly it was not emptied. After talking to CS person we found that it happens sometimes.
Then our bin was taken by Panda as it fell to the truck. No info was given about the issue by Panda until I called them. Replacement bin was provided without a tag and it was not collected. Then emergency service was arranged to pick up the bin for Monday and it did not happen. Not reliable service

No option for zero stars. Phone staff very polite and full of apologies on every call. Booked in and told 5 working days. Comes and goes no collection. Phone calls with false promises and no call backs. Then 10 working days is their collection time. Again nothing. Day 12 have to ask for a refund to be told the bag had been collected on the 14th. Had to correct them on this and further dragged out. Trying to tell me it would be collected with in the next 5 working days (17 working days total from order). Excuses given... very busy time of year, 1 truck broken, both trucks broken, No driver amongst others. Absolutely useless service. Avoid!

giving a 1 star is over rating this company. i would not recommend as your bin provider. incorrect dates being given for collections and no apologies. most recent our brown bin not collected as the incorrect calender had been sent again. neighbour called to complain and told to put out their bin out the following wednesday for "special" collection. they were told they would collect ours so let us know. truck came down drove past our house and bin outside collected neighbours and drove back out again and left ours. when called to complain no apology and told as we didn't call ourselves to complain ours wasn't collected. Never heard so much GARBAGE in my life. cancelled service and told bins would be picked up monday..... guess what they are still outside and told not sure why we were told that!!!! i rest my case

Yes I'm not happy with this company but I can't switch to any other bin company because they are they only ones service my area. Which breaks all European competition laws... Absolutely disgraceful. Panda employee pushed 2 bags out of my black bin this morning as the lid was at a slightly open angle. Bags burst!!!!! And I also had a rock on top of my green bin to keep it closed for collection later this afternoon and he knocked that off also. I'm furious and WILL BE complaining about this disgraceful service. Also I'm on disability benefit and they gave dropped their waivers. .... 110 for this cap every year ...Monday top of nearly 10 per week.

Took 5 weeks for panda to collect a skip bag. When paying, I was told it would be collected within 1-3 working days. Had to ring 6 times before it was eventually collected. Each time I spoke to a representative, I was told they were having difficulties due to staff being on holidays and various different excuses. Was also told blatant lies that they had come to collect it a week previous but couldn t contact me to gain access to it.

Had used a different company previously and the service was night and day.

Ordered a skip on Wednesday, dropped off ok on Thursday. Got confirmation text message on Thursday that it would be picked up on Friday. It's now Saturday evening, and I'm stuck with a full skip on my driveway for the next 3 days.

Terrible customer service, disappointing company. Everyone I spoke to on the phone assured truck would arrive, and it never did. Let's see if they turn up next week.

They made his dream come through for his birthday and the kindness and respect they have shown is immeasurable. Thank you beyond words. I just moved to a new place and called Panda, cause I had Bins from the previous tenants, who left them full at the house. They just picked them up the next day and delivered new ones for our Family. Very helpful, very nice people on the phone. I would recommend them.
