Absolutely disgraceful. Panda employee pushed 2 bags out of my black bin this morning as the lid was at a slightly open angle. Bags burst!!!!! And I also had a rock on top of my green bin to keep it closed for collection later this afternoon and he knocked that off also. I'm furious and WILL BE complaining about this disgraceful service. Also I'm on disability benefit and they gave dropped their waivers. .... 110 for this cap every year ...Monday top of nearly 10 per week.
