Given 2 days notice of when my bill should be paid and that's when they refuse to collect my bin yet if I paid that bill it takes 2 days for that to clear... Yes I'm not happy with this company but I can't switch to any other bin company because they are they only ones service my area. Which breaks all European competition laws... We were promised privatisation creates competition. But this is not the case
