Usually I would trust a dealership of the car manufacturer and have had satisfactory work done here before, but the current dishonesty in pricing on parts and labor between a $700+ quote, but a bill totaling $1300+ from this place is highly unacceptable! There is no reputable certified shop that would price a 4cyl timing belt job at $1300+ regardless of what basic OEM parts are replaced. Granted there's a towing fee involved ($75?), even at the supposed 6hr labor rate(?), it is impossible to come up with another $600 in parts for water pump/timing kit, and seals. I would expect oil pump work to be done along with other services to justify such. When asked why such the increase when nothing more was done to the car, the reply was a bold face lie of "I didn't write you that!". Oh really???

I own several Toyotas but from now on I will take my needs of service elsewhere including obtaining OEM parts. Used to be a trusted place before the storm, now they're a den of crooks like many others in this area!

We went to buy a car for our daughter for graduation who lives in GA. They didn't let us put the car in her name and suggested that we transfer the license later. We ended up paying taxes in FL and then when she went to register the car in GA, GA asked for full taxes again. This dealership didn't help us get our money back from FL and neither did they reimburse the taxes to us. We have repeatedly called them and no one calls us back even though they promise to. It will be a year in April. Very disappointed with the customer service. We ended up paying double taxes due to their error. They call regularly to get the service done on the car but as soon as you mention the problem with taxes, they put you on hold and then say let me look into it and call you back and never do until it is time for another service. We paid an additional $2200 in taxes in Georgia on this car.

I found a 2006 Highlander online and spoke to Henri Harrison to start my purchase on Friday. He ran my application and credit report. On Monday he assured me they were waiting for my paper work to process and he would contact me for final signing.
Tuesday I called and was told that vehicle was not available for financing and had sold for cash. Then I was asked if I was interested in another vehicle. Bait and switch. Meanwhile I missed out on a similar vehicle in Marianna while I was being given the run around .

Service department is great, and the number one reason I purchased here. Sales department is your typical new car buying experience. You'll probably pay a fair price, but not feel great about it.

Highly recommend Buying a car from Rimon At Toyota PC. Process was easy and there were no games or gimmicks. Had a chrome issue a month after purchase and it was taken care of quickly and without question.

Great customer service. Called about purchasing a car in the morning and drove off with the car that day (windows tinted and all). All options were discussed with us. Side by side comparisons of similar vehicles was arranged until we came up with the vehicle we wanted.

Do not ever get your vehicle tinted here. We bought a car there and asked for them to tint the car the darkest legal amount which is 15% on the back windows, and 30% on the front windows. They said no problem, we can do that. They lied and put 30% on the whole car and printed me a receipt that says they did 15% and 30%. Lied to my face and on the receipt! Also, there was dust and sand particles under every single window that they ended up having to redo. Extremely poor work and customer service. Ended up having another local tint shop redo it, and yep, Toyota paid for it since they messed it up not once, but twice, as well as lied to my face.

The team at Panama City Toyota was a joy to work with.This is the forth time I've been to Panama City Toyota to buy a vehicle, out of the four times this is the first time I bought from them. Rimon Cotton, Blake Mulligan and the Sales manager, Danno Carlisle with whom I worked with made all of my Truck buying experience very pleasant and delightful. The owner should be proud to have these individuals working there. The aforementioned salesmen I dealt with were friendly, professional, high quality people. Horrible. Selling/installing USED parts?? My Lexus had a radio issue due to electric shock from an outside source. They charged me over $3k to "fix" the car, returned it filthy inside and out, trunk panels were removed, sloppy reinstall. Now, trunk panels don't fit right, AND as an added bonus, I now have a supposed body seam leak (ZERO signs of this issue prior to PC Toyota touching my car) that caused a supposedly brand new amp to rust in less than a week?! They want ME to purchase another "new" amp (around $500 for parts and labor) AND pay an additional service fee of over $500 to remove other components so they can "fix" the supposed panel seam. I complained to the Svc guy, Chris, and he wouldn't own up to any issues. Took the car to Lexus of Mobile (IS350) and they seemed overly concerned at the appearance of the amp but legally couldn't/wouldn't say it was a used item. I complained to the PC Toyota Service Manager and he won't even return my call. Sorry PC Toyota but you aren't getting another dime from me, ever!! And I'm definitely going to have to call BS on the "build relationships" statement on your website!

I m general, I ve been extremely happy with the service. They did fall down on wiring in a new antenna using a pathetic cludge to hook the wires together. I was able to fix it, and the new antenna now works great

I spoke to a salesman over the phone on Monday about a vehicle they had posted with only one picture. I asked the salesman if he could send me pictures which he did. I noticed a tear in the drivers seat leather but no other blimishes could be seen in the pictures.

I asked the salesman via text if the tear in the seat was the only cosmetic issue on the car? He responded with, "thats the only thing I saw!" So after I looked at the Carfax, which checked good, I set up an appointment to come see the car and explained to them that I am coming from a location which is an hour and a half away so I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape, they assured me it was.

The following day I took off work and made the trip to Panama City to come look at the vehicle. The salesman I had spoke to was off so I was shown the car by someone else. When I walk up to the car the front bumper was obviously damaged from a small accident on the center of the bumper and around the driver side fog light. The rear bumper also had damage around the center and passenger side below the tail light.

Since the vehicle drove great I decided that I could live with these issues until I could repair them and decided to see if we could make a deal.

After looking at my trade in, they came back with an offer $11,000 under trade in value and $14,000 under market. When I scoffed at the offer and started to leave they told me to hold on. I said ok and the came back with an offer just $3000 more than the previous offer. Their excuse was that they didnt know enough about the make and model of the car and that there wasn't a market for them where they were located.

I believe this to be completely false because if you leave thier dealership you will see between 5 and 10 of them before you hit Destin.

There was nothing wrong with my vehicle other than a tire pressure sensor warning. Which is clearly displayed and even tells you exactly which tire it is. To replace a tire pressure sensor would cost less than $200 for all four tires, let alone one. Everything else was great and with great mileage for the year model.

I also seemed to know more about the vehicle I was looking at and more about what vehicles they had on their lot.

The dealership itself is very nice, the people are polite, and they have cool vintage Toyota exhibits. But if you are trying to trade in a vehicle for one of their used cars, you are better off selling it yourself and bringing cash because they are going to low-ball you terribly. I also do not recommend traveling far distances unless there are very detailed pictures sent or posted.

I realize its my fault for not asking for more pictures but you don't expect someone to lie to you, maybe exagerate (car salesman) but a flat out lie is unappreciated.

I am a very reasonable person, I am willing to pay a little more for a Toyota despite blimishes because I know I am getting a quality vehicle and I know how well they hold their value and what people will pay for them, even well into the hundreds of thousands of miles. But I also know my vehicles and do my research prior to going to the dealership. To get such a horrible offer for a quality trade that would sell quickly was very insulting.

Will never attempt to do business with them again!

Bought a 2020 Camry TRD salesperson was great but the finance guy in the back lied to my face about service plan on car said I could use at Walmart.. told me this three times and now come to find out you can't and I live too far away drive my car there just for service he also lied about all the extended ding Protection Service plans Etc setup affect your Finance score. Hope he likes his bonus because I'll never shop there again

I was involved in a total loss and had to replace my car of 10 years. This wasn't a planned purchase, so the frustration level with having to find, negotiate for, and buy a new car was high. I tried some other Toyota dealers before coming across Panama City, which was 120 miles away from where I live.

The other dealerships I tried were horrible. Too much haggling and feeling like I wasn't being treated fairly. When I first started talking to Garrett Barker (my salesman) I immediately felt at ease. He was calm, collected, and very, very helpful. I mean, I was like the most annoying person ever with my thousands of questions and waffling over prices and - well, let's just say he was patient and cool with me despite it all.

He worked with me on pricing and got me, what I believe, was an amazing price on a new Toyota Corolla. I may have had to drive 120 miles to find a reliable dealership, but it was totally worth it. I would recommend Panama City to everyone, because they definitely earn your business.

Oh, and the car is fantastic. They even filled the tank up!

I have purchased 4 Toyota's in the past. 3 have been from this dealership. The prices, people and inventory are excellent. I just traded in my gorgeous black out 4 Runner(2016) for the new 2018 Rav4 Adventure (it was the only one in North Florida) and could not be more happy or satisfied. My salesman, Garret, was down to earth and very personable with zero pressure. I've been to Toyota dealerships all across the southeast and this one is by far, in my opinion, the Best Toyota Dealership in the South. Also, the new Rav4 is gorgeous and so very functional!! Too many upgrades to list.
The service department is also the best I've ever dealt with. Attention to customer and concerns is a priority with PC Toyota/Scion.

Great experience I had there to get the truck I wanted

I give them 2 stars because when I went to rent a vehicle from them EVERYTHING was discussed EXCEPT the mileage cap! I had NO idea that it was not unlimited miles. When I called to ask the manager the protocol he was very defensive and kept saying. "That is discussed with every contract." Although I advised him it was not discussed with me, he still didn't take ownership that MAYBE the rep simply forgot to mention. I admitted that I should have been a bit more thorough in going over my contract, however it still.should have been mentioned by the representative. Thats just good business. Also, had he simple been a bit more professional and said 'I apologize that she may have failed to mention it. I will make sure that from here on that doesn't happen again.' Or something to show that he acknowledged my concern as a paying consumer. He didn't. He was very defensive and handled very unprofessional. My first experience was unfortunately not a good one .

Purchased my 2016 Chevy Camaro SS2 from there everything went fast and smooth, Nathan Lilavois was great at taking care of me and made sure i was comfortable with my purchase , great sales man, totally recommend to ask for him on your next vehicle purchase.

I would give Panama City Toyota five stars but honestly can t. The service advisor and the technician were great but making arrangements with the loaner car rep was a miserable experience and the receptionist was curt, rude and unhelpful.

I came in to get my 10,000 mile servicing and they were very quick and efficient! They only took 30 minutes so I was pleasantly surprised

Disappointing. As a busy parent I was trying to save time and do everything I could without having to go down there. So we got to a point where they said my payments and such would not be a problem. However went today to sign the papers and suddenly they wanted $120 more a month. So needless to say we left without the vehicle. Very disappointing would not recommend.

I want to have my airbags on my driver side changed out it was a recall they did fast as they could job on it gave me a ride home and ride back and I got the car have a good day

In 2013, my wife bought a car at Panama City Toyota Scion while she was deployed. When she got back home, first thing we did was drive over from Eglin AFB to pick up the car. From the point my wife started to transact for the car and to where we picked up the vehicle, there was plenty of time for the sales person or any honest member of the organization to inform us about the history of the car. Fast forward to present day and two assignment moves later, we are stationed in Colorado Springs and recently decided to trade the car we bought from Panama City Toyota Scion. This is when we find out about the history of the car we bought at Panama City and the unscrupulous sales person who made us believe we were getting a brand new car. The car had an incident March 2013 and we picked up the vehicle May 2013.

So why the 5-star review? Well, it is an appreciation for Ms. Sharlene Croteau and Mr. Shane Hughes. There is nothing I can do with how previous management and/or sales person conducted their business. However, Ms. Croteau took some of her own time to contact me with a phone call. Her gesture made me believe that she does care and truly abides by the company's slogan of "Where Relationships are Born." Furthermore, Mr. Hughes is also helping us recoup the unused portions of our prepaid maintenance plan. Yes, I could have easily faulted the unscrupulous sales person and/or previous management and given a 1-star review. But I won't, because both Ms. Croteau and Mr. Hughes reminded me that humans are inherently good. I know this may sound naive, but a simple gesture of benevolence easily supersedes a graver act of malevolence.

Came in for a simple tire replacement. With appointment, 3 hours for that. Really!!!!!!!! Then wrong tire was replaced leaving the damaged tire on vehicle. They did correct the issue with no proper explanation... So my 5 star rating 3 years ago is now a 2.
