very disappointing experience with their sales agent and the way the developer a management responded to buyer questions. Sorry go and ask the sales and the sales sorry don t know!

I have worked with Fiducia Property Group for many years. They are a group of skilled professionals that are dedicated to producing a quality product. Their most recently completed development "grace" is a true representation of their vision. Anthony Wyer - Wyer & Co.

They are rude, have no respect for neighbouring properties, run over time in the build and no care factor at all. Good luck dealing with them

I bought my beautiful Apartment from Vanessa Gilbert at Boutique Estates International &
Through The Fiducia Group from the beautiful Marie Doyle x2 2 bedroom apartments were converted into a stunning 3rd floor Penthouse tree lined Haven built to 5 star standards including the stunning interior design by Georgina Holmes from Coco Republic.

The Architects did an amazing job. I love the serenity, privacy and the luxury of our new home.

I love our new Apartment home. I am very happy with the end product and when we moved in, we hardly had any defects, ( the few we had were sorted by Greg and Andrew) these were completed by the time we got back from our holiday.(3weeks)

I love the quality of the finished products and the appliances are the very best available. The apartment is serene and very comfortable.

Vanessa (Boutique Estates International ) secured through Marie Doyle from the Fiducia Group a wonderful home that is so calming and relaxing when we all come home after a day at the office.
