My experience was a very good one. James Wynn was an outstanding salesman. We got what we were promised and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and a very impressive individual.

I dealt John Scola whom was extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, he never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. John worked with me to find the truck that met the color, options, and price point I wanted. He truly is an incredible asset to the dealership.

What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck.

I was looking at one of the nice Tundras they got up front near the entrance. I drove up in one of my old beaters cause my 300 was in the shop. I couldn't get any help even after asking someone. I really liked one in particular, been seeing it up there a while, been thinking about it a lot. the doors were locked and I looked around it for like 45 mins trying to see the inside. Finally an older guy comes out and says hes a sales manager and asks what am I doing looking at that truck, that's a 60,000 truck! Say what? I tell you what, your trucks are nice but you ain't! I'll go somewhere else if you don't want my business, how do you know I can't afford that. You don't even know me fool.

Took our car in for a computer problem. This was about 3 weeks since the hurricane destroyed Panama City. Even though their building was severely damaged, they were working in make shift conditions. They took us right in, and our car was ready in about 45 minutes. They had a long line waiting. Their work ethics are truly incredible. Shoutout to Chris(Smitty)Schmidt for his help and professionalism. Super nice people and good quality work. Highly recommend them for purchasing and servicing your next Toyota.

I was never satisfied with this dealership. Today was the last straw. It started when I wanted to order a 2016 Tacoma from them and they told me "what you want is not available in the southwest region". I was startled because I just built what I wanted online and was unsure why a paying customer couldn't get what he/she wanted. Then I looked at a Tacoma on the lot and the salesman was very pushy with his piece of paper that he wrote up (by hand) a "sales agreement" and wanted me to sign it. Very unprofessional and extremely aggressive in my opinion. So I left and purchased the Tacoma that I really wanted all along, get this I purchased it 2 hours away and wasn't forced to sign a hand written agreement on scratch paper. And then today I went in for a 5,000 mile service. I told the service representative at least 3 times that I wanted my oil changed. He told me I couldn't because they are to be changed at 10,000 miles and that would be free under Toyota care. I told him I didn't care I'd pay and that I wanted it changed today. I left it for a detail and the 5,000 mile maintenance. When I came back 6 hours later the full detail is good but not worth the money. Anyway he wanted to show me the truck and then he touched and left fingerprints as well as smudges all over it. Best of all when I asked him if the oil change was done (because it was not on the receipt) he promptly told me "no it's only done at 10,000 miles Toyota uses full synthetic". So all in all I wouldn't recommend this dealership and will now be driving 2 hours to get anything done on my new truck. Highly unsatisfed.

Today I bought my first car from Toyota and I couldn't be happier! James was more helpful than I could ever imagine! He took his time showing me numerous cars and explaining all the details and really helped me find the best car to fit my needs! I highly recommend James and the dealership and am so happy that they made buying my first car such an exciting day for me! Thanks Toyota!

I would just like to say I have been doing business with Panama city Toyota since 2011 our 1st salesman was JOHN NICHOLSON and he is THE BEST and will never use anyone else we first purchased my husbands 2011 Tacoma New a few months later my camry then a few months later my mother her camry then a year ago my 86 Yr old grandma her camry then in March my 2016 highlander and my mom got her new camry and then yesterday we traded my husband Tacoma in for his 2017 Tacoma we are very happy more than words can express with JOHN NICHOLSON AND DAN CARLILE THE MANAGER AND BRANDON IN FINANCE these 3 are the best part of our experience and deserve some recognition for the hard work they do and the effort they put forward to make the customer happy

We went in to look at a used SUV. Maybe they treated us badly because we were just used car shopping and they wouldn't make as much money on us. But the salesman (don't want to mention names) was unpleasant and unprofessional. He just leaned against the car with his arms folded, as we looked at it. He didn't talk to us or tell us any features. It was VERY awkward. He was only interested in talking money. After a while we said, "well, thanks, we are just starting to look." That's when he finally decided to talk to us! He talked us into seeing what deal they could get us for the SUV and what they'd offer for our trade in. Well, they offered to sell us the SUV for the exact amount they were already asking along with $500 for our 2009 trade in! I told them they were insane and that's what a bike costs. The manager comes over and tries to guilt us by saying, "you're not going to let this nice guy sell you a car?" That made my husband go into a tail spin and we left. This area has been through so much garbage with the hurricane and Panama City Toyota spins these commercials, "come have a cup of coffee and tell us how you're doing after the storm." Then they try to screw their own townspeople who are already going through extreme hardships. We will never do business with Panama City Toyota and encourage everyone to go elsewhere as well.

We purchased my Daughter a Rav 4 for her graduation, from start to finish these guys were great! My Wife and I went online and was browsing through the used inventory and seen the Rav 4 that we thought our daughter would love. I did my online inquiry about this vehicle and had a call the next morning from David Herndon. David was very friendly and was very knowledgeable answered all our questions. We leased a 2019 Highlander through Panama City Toyota and had a great experience. The team was efficient, knowledgable, and eager to help us find exactly what we needed in the right price range. We actually ended up with more car than we expected to be able to fit in the budget!! We highly recommend John Nicholson. He was so helpful and genuinely cared, he was really the reason we ended up with a Toyota. Brandon in the finance department was also great.

The building is still being rebuilt due to Hurricane Michael damage. Parking is a bit tight. They are still open and selling autos and doing repairs.

I'm from out of town and was on vacation and noticed my right head light was out. Called Toyota in PCB and headed right over to them. They took my car, fixed the headlight in great time, as well as took it through their car wash for me, and had me back on my way to the beach in no time! Staff was awesome! Everyone was so friendly! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

I just completed purchase details on a used 2011 Ford Ranger and I have to say this was a very positve experience. John Nicholson was my salesman and he is a comsummate professional. Attentive, knowledgable and honest are only a couple superlatives I can use to describe this guy. I live in Tallahassee and this dealership is 2 hours away but I'd still go back to him for my automobile needs. I've been to a couple dealerships in Tally and they do not have the customer service this dealership has and they don't have John! Call him and you'll see what I mean!

I totalled my 2011 4Runner which I bought from John Nicholson 5 years ago. I immediately contacted him to purchase a replacement vehicle. John did all he could do to help me get into the right vehicle again this time. Including having the vehicle brought in and the options put on very quickly knowing I was on a tight time schedule. Service Department is NOT CAREFUL with vehicles!
I took my Tundra in for regular service twice, and twice it scratched. I pointed out the first incidence and they offered to have it repaired, which I accepted. I did not believe it could happen a second time, but it did! I washed my vehicle well before I took it in the second time so I could easily inspect it for damage. Sure enough, there were scratches on the the passenger side and fingerprints where they felt the scratch to see how bad it was. The mirror was also messed up, confirming impact of some sort. I will not let this place touch my vehicle again. I spoke to a coworker and they had the same experience with dings on their vehicle after service!

I purchased a 2014 car in March 2016. The salesman was great. Knew my husband and promised us a free oil change and another coat of wax. Well, my battery died last week, so I thought, almost time for my oil change anyway. Come to find out, Toyota only puts 2 year batteries in new cars. Really!! The price we pay for these vehicles and we get shafted on a battery. Not only that. Remember that free oil change and waxing I was supposed to get?? No way, they said. My husband approached our salesman to remind him, and he acted like he didn't know him and walked away when my husband was still talking to him. Not ever, ever again will I purchase another vehicle from this dealership. It's too bad, because I would have been your loyal customer forever. Don't promise your customers something that you will never deliver. Good luck!!

We take our two Lexus vehicles here out of preference to the competent service we rely on. That said, Toyota and Lexus are closely related. The service was always good. The staff is professional. We did find damage to our car's windshield soon after a complete brake replacement and door re-program. Things can and do happen. Neither one of us could explain how the scratch occurred given the type of repair performed. Panama City Toyota agreed to replace the windshield. We would not take advantage of a dealership; although they do not know us. Given the questionable circumstances, they could have decided otherwise. These are the times that determine true character. We humbly appreciate their decision to give the benefit of the doubt to the customer when all is said and done. It takes a reputable dealership to do that. We continue to take our vehicles here for great professional service. As demonstrated, they truly stand behind their customers.

We have never had a negative experience at Panama City Toyota. We will continue to purchase our Toyotas locally.

What a joke - if my experience was anything close to average, then this is ranks as one of the worst Toyota dealers in the US. Saw a Land Cruiser advertised and called on it. The girl that answered the phone confirmed they had it and I should come in to see it. I drove 30-miles to see the car only to find out the person I spoke with is actually in a call center and I was being shunted off to a goober of a salesperson. He informed me they had the vehicle, but it was in service and wouldn't be available to be driven for almost a week. Seriously? Why do you even advertise it when it's not available? As a long-term Toyota buyer, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a branded dealer. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer that actually cares about the customer experience.

Was a messy rainy day, my phone was not working that day, so i did not have mapquest. I was lost but then I saw the Toyota sign through the pouring rain and drove my 2004 4runner onto the lot.
I walked inside and started to approach the receptionist when a salesperson stopped me in my tracks. He looked like he may have been anorexic just plain starved and had scraggly 5 day old face hair. But he was very bouncy, he grabbed me by the hand pulling me about showing me this car and that car. He gave me a tour of the dealership offered me a drink. I wanted to offer him a cheeseburger. I was impressed with the showroom, I was equally impressed with this salesperson who I began to know as Mike, of his knowledge of so many vehicles and the features were incredible.
After about 4 hours I drove out in a New Red 2017 Toyota 4Runner and all I stopped in for was to ask for directions to the Mall.

I've bought at LEAST 12 vehicles if not a few more . This is absolutley the worst dealership I've ever tried dealing with!! Don't waste your time. Trust me. I have a 2018 Tundra with 9k miles on it. No scratches or damage. Clean. They appraised it at 20k under what I paid! What a disgrace. 9 months old and they wanted to offer me 26k. What a joke. I recently had it appraised for a loan and it appraised right at 35k. Terrible!!

Bought my 2016 Prius C off the lot brand new last year in July 2017..it was the last 2016 model they had and I had recently just started a job that requires a lot of traveling. So of course I wanted to get a warranty on it since I would be running up the miles. When speaking to the man who does the warranties I repeatedly asked if I would be getting the oil changes with the car. He said I would with the warranty that's 45 dollars extra a month. So I signed up for it. Thursday (July 21, 2018) i took the car to get the oil change right at its 30k mileage mark. I waited an hour and a half to be greeted with a bill for 118 dollars. I spoke with the finance manager named George. He was very rude. When i told him how I specifically asked the man before about making sure my oil changes wpuld be covered with the warranty all he said was "well, the guy that did your contract isn't here today so not much I can do. If you had bought your car starting in January of this year Toyota would have covered your oil changes up to 100k miles because thats a new warranty they started on their vehichles". Nice. So not only am I scewed paying a 45 extra a month for something I specifically asked for and didnt get, BUT, also I'm punished because "I should have bought my car in January". Not to mention when I was upset about the bill he said "did no one tell you up front before they did the service it would cost you?" I said "no, no one told me anything!" so he simply just said "oh well, nothing we can do".Because I thought the service was so good when I bought the car I also leased a truck AND got my dad to buy a truck from them (oh, and they didnt give me the 75 dollars that your supposed to get when someone you reconmend buys a vehichles from them). After I'm finished with this car and truck I will jo longer purchase a vehichle from toyota if this is how they are going to treat their customers.

Called parts department & ordered a new tool chest for my new Tundra. Asked if it was rattled. He said no. I had it installed 2 weeks later. I enjoy putting my back window down but the tool box rattles terrible. Even more concerning & dangerous is the lid won t stay closed. I firmly close the lid & it opens while I drive. Don t recommend buying your truck tool chest at Panama City Toyota.

They always have a huge selection in stock and if they don t have it here they can get it here this last car I shopped on line , I didn t have to test drive bc I traded on similar but when we got there they had it washed fueled and ready to go ( other than paper work etc..) I highly recommend PC Toyota ... Right now their offering really great deals on most of their stock

Terrible experience. Had appointment to test drive a Camry Hybrid, the salesman, John, took almost an hour and a half to tell us that there were none available. Then the salesman ended up raising his voice at me when I pointed out that he could have let us know that information at the beginning of the appointment. Panama City Toyota lost a customer!!!
