Panama City Toyota ous the best place around for become repairs. I even take my Chevy there. The employees are friendly and very helpful. You cannot go wrong using them.

My wife and I recently decided to buy a new car due to our car giving us problems. We did not really know what we wanted, so we visited the majority of Panama City dealerships. Panama City Toyota was the last dealership we visited. If you have never been there before you should at least go check it out. The dealership is big, clean, and genuinely friendly with tons of great inventory. They also have a huge play room with lots of toys and a big TV that both of our children took advantage of. We have bought many cars, but this was hands down the best experience we have ever had. David Goldstein was our salesman, and when I purchase another car it will be from him again. He is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. It took a couple of days for my wife and I to commit to the deal (mainly to make sure it was the best deal around, which it was) and David did not pressure us at all. In fact he happily answered everyone one of our questions no matter how many times we called. The general sales manager "Jim Hellett" is also incredible, which is not always the case at car dealerships. He went out of his way to insure my wife and I were happy with the deal. We have owned the car for close to a month now and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used car!

Had to drop off my car at the last moment for a recall on my dashboard couldn't find the notice but all I did was give them my VIN number and they took the information and said they're going to order the part it'll be here in 2 weeks no questions asked no nothing I was there five minutes will give a five star after the job is done most likely

WHY DO PEOPLE STILL COME TO THIS DUMP!!!! I was looking at a 2016 Camry and of course I had to negotiate multiple times with these idiots and still couldn't get to a price that I know it's worth. Another tactic that they use is pressuring you to buy it that day and providing deals that are only effective if you sign that day. Save your trouble and go to a different Toyota dealer because while the cars are good, you'll NEVER get a fair price here without getting laughed about by the rude (and somehow cocky) employees. Not sure who was the worst, but the internet sales guy was a pretty big dweeb.

What's worse is that the customer satisfaction had the nerve to call me the next day knowing how poorly the staff treats their customers.

Good service and friendly staff. Only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 is cause despite having an 'appointment' I was like the 5th in line for maintenance. They even did a free inspection and said what i needed in the future.

By far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership! Our salesman, James Wynn, was so helpful and really took his time helping us find the perfect car for our family! The salesperson was great and a true gentleman. They worked with my mother on a price match. However, once she was in the sales managers office, everything went down hill. He was a complete con man. He was trying to sell prepaid maintenance. He kept dancing around the price, but what was the worst was he REFUSED to show my mother the paperwork, instead he kept turning pages over. He was misleading about the price. Guys, don t let your loved ones shop here.

I gave this dealership one star only because it was necessary to post a comment. Panama City Toyota charged me $125 to diagnose the engine warning lights on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They put the vehicle on a lift and noticed it was dripping oil. The diagnosis was that the engine had "blow by" of oil because the engine was worn out and I needed to replace the engine at a cost of over $6,000. The "expert Toyota mechanics" at this dealership could not turn off the engine warning lights. I am not a mechanic, but decided to look the engine over myself before I junked the truck at 164,000 miles. I discovered the PCV valve was completely clogged and oil was being blown into the air filter. I replaced the PCV valve and hose, the air filter and the spark plugs at a cost of less than $75. The truck ran great, and a competent mechanic turned off the warning lights. That was over 5,000 miles ago and the engine still runs great and uses no oil. I did not return to the dealership for a refund because there is no possible acceptable reason for their "diagnosis", and I was afraid what I might do if I ever darkened their door again.

We're very blessed today to deal with the best sales man ever in Panama City Toyota . I recommend every body to ask for Brian Guthrie help if you go to Panama City Toyota . You'll get the best deal and best service with the nicest person

Just another visit to P C toyota to see John Nicklson and have my 2016 tacoma service but this trip was also for a purpose, to try and swap out to a car. I care for an elderly lady and it is difficult to transport her in the present vehicle I have,so again I reached out to my friend John Nicklson,and he again was able to come up with a car more suited to this with terms that I can deal with ,this the 4th vehicle that I've gotten at toyota each one s little better than the last. I thank John for his knowledge and support ,A good friend

Me and my wife had a very enjoyable visit. John, in sales did a great job helping us get the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to meet our price request as well. Out of town on vacation. Brakes went to metal as soon as we got to the beach. Luckily, Panama City has a Toyota Store. Even luckier than hat, this store has professionals and you can tell from the time you call the store. Brian Guthrie was the service advisor and he took care of the problems I had and kept me up to date on what was going on with it and it was pretty fast for a Monday morning and they were very busy. Great store, great staff! Toyota should be proud to have a store like this here!

Amazing company to work for !

This is our third car, one for my wife and the second for me, that we have purchased from this dealership. Our sales person each time has been John Nicholson and he is the sole reason we keep returning. He treats us like adults and doesn't try to sell something in which we are not interested. And best of all he doesn't ask how much you can afford per month. He's very knowledgeable about his products and is adept at taking care of all the paperwork, plus he knows how to work a deal (we always have the feeling we got a great product at a fair price).

Let's start here: WOW!!! I just bought my 4'th vehicle from this dealer, 2'nd from John. I love my new Tundra, and how this dealer made me feel about the deal!

My F-150 started having mechanical issues, and I could not fathom some of the stuff the local Ford dealer was coming up with. John was very patient in finding what was important to me on my next vehicle and explaining the various ways we could go on several options, very patient in my indecision on a couple of choices, gave me a GREAT price, and I got a good trade-in on my sick truck. Turned out the right Tundra for me was not on the lot and he got it quick from Jacksonville, and made the whole experience as comfortable and smooth as could possibly be. There was never any pressure, always support and enthusiasm. Throughout the whole experience, he always kept me updated on the situation.

Robert covered the business end of things. He spent considerable time with us coming up with different financial options for us; we were considering the complication of including a buyout on our Prius lease rolled in to the deal. He explained the pros and cons of each option, so I feel confident that in the end we have the best option for our best interests.

I can't say enough about these guys and this dealership. I have no affiliation in any way with them, but if there is any question in your mind, these guys are the real deal, as opposed to another dealer down the street. Thanks so much to John, Robert, and PC Toyota!!! GREAT JOB!!!

I recently contacted Panama City Toyota because I was looking for a new truck. On their website, they had a lease deal for a new Tundra. I went back and forth with the salesman as well as the sales manager just trying to get the deal that was stated on the image that was on the front of their website! I told them I was not coming to the dealership until they found me a truck that the deal would work for. They all but refused to give it to me and kept trying to sell me something else! Finally, they said ok and they made the deal on a 4X2 truck. When I pointed out that the deal was for a 4X4 they told me it wasn't and there was a specific model number that deal was for. That was again a lie! I had to send them images of their own deals on their website. I can not believe that the employees don't know what the current deals are. Either they don't know or they are actively trying to be deceptive. Very disappointing as I wanted to purchase a new Tundra.
