I give them 2 stars because when I went to rent a vehicle from them EVERYTHING was discussed EXCEPT the mileage cap! I had NO idea that it was not unlimited miles. When I called to ask the manager the protocol he was very defensive and kept saying. "That is discussed with every contract." Although I advised him it was not discussed with me, he still didn't take ownership that MAYBE the rep simply forgot to mention. I admitted that I should have been a bit more thorough in going over my contract, however it still.should have been mentioned by the representative. Thats just good business. Also, had he simple been a bit more professional and said 'I apologize that she may have failed to mention it. I will make sure that from here on that doesn't happen again.' Or something to show that he acknowledged my concern as a paying consumer. He didn't. He was very defensive and handled very unprofessional. My first experience was unfortunately not a good one .
