The nice lady on the phone said only that they offer no test drives and in a very annoyed way. I've never seen such behavior at any other car dealership. Very disappointing!

Perfect service! I had a flat tire and was just able to reach the motorway service area. The Porsche Mobility Service worked perfectly and quickly: the tow truck was there in 45 minutes, parallel tests were carried out to determine where the spare tire was available the fastest and how a rental car can be made available immediately. The vehicle was quickly repaired and handed over to me freshly washed and cleaned inside - just perfect! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience with this dealership. As a car dealer, I asked for a price for an advertised vehicle and then offered and sold it to a customer of mine. The next day, the seller told me that it was a system failure and the vehicle would cost 2000 euros more. Something like that has never happened to me in this sector after 20 years. You should stand by what you say even if you make a mistake. Nevertheless, I have found the right vehicle for a better price in another Porsche branch. I wish the Porsche Center in Kassel good luck with the sale of this vehicle.
