They have bad management, they never gave me my deposit back because they said I left it damaged, when that was the main reason I moved out, they never fixed anything, my toilet was clogged I had to flush it with buckets of water, my tub was also clogged, I would have to use the plunger each time we showered, the kitchen sink was always leaking, the neighbors kid's broke our livingroom window, was never repaired, before I moved in they gave me the apartment as is with 2 ugly colors painted green and blue, was told they would provide paint for us to paint, never did, but they always raise rent every 6 months, be careful with them because they are making new tenants sign lease make promises they never come through.

This is the rudest property management company I have ever dealt with. The people in the office are rude and unprofessional. They called their corporate office and the lady spoke to the supervisor in Spanish and told lies of what had happened throughout the day believing we did not understand Spanish. On Tuesday we will file a lawsuit against them in order to get the deposit back. DO NOT deal with this company! Scammers and Liars! NO stars only cause we have to click on one!
This company rent properties in partnership with I.E RENTALS , Their both are slum lords. I inform them of a gas leak in my unit. They didn't care and was willing to allow my family and I to die from carbon monoxide poisoning. I would advise anyone to rethink about engaging in any business with this Management Group.
Rent for there for 2 years never late on a payment, put a 30 plus day notices and everything was spotless clean no even a nail on the wall !!! They charge me $78 dollars for cleaning supplys plus another $45 of clean of my deposit that its no fair when the place was spotless clean plus when you call the office number are very rude !! I want my refund in full !
Horrible place to live you are better off somewhere else. I have a leak in my roof the kitchen is flooded. I reported the problem several times yet nothing is done. Not to mention that my restroom roof is falling. I spoke to patty in person the managment lady and yet nothing is happening. They just seem to cover up and hide the leak yet i can see the whole wall has bubbles of water. This problem has been going on for months. I will be going again personally because this is insane.
Pama is a management company that has little to no tact. Not ever has there been a complaint that's been addressed nor taken care of. Maintenance is lacking tremendously. The buildings are falling apart handrails falling off. Paint chips everywhere from the early 80's. The management has completly fallen apart and is only looking out for the management. Tenants have no rights and aren't even treated like human beings.

I never use the word hate for anything, however, I HATE Pama management. I was an apartment manager for them and they NEVER wanted to fix anything. The apartment was infested with roaches and they took anyone as renters. They allow Hispanics to pile of in small apartments, they go up on rent often, they intentionally try to rent to desperate people so they don't have to do any maintenance work. I quit and never looked back. Recently I received a notice that there's a class action lawsuit against Pama. I filled out all the forms and emailed to Pama and they never paid me. I am going to contact the attorney.

Do not rent from these people! My mom arraigned to live at the apartments on Amar, in La Puente. Never gave a copy of the rental agreement. Never gave a walk through. Very poor condition apartment. Sidewalk is heaved upwards and was never fixed. Very dangerous to the disabled and elderly. Left there before the month was up, gave a notice the end of May 2015 and it is June 25th and no refund yet as of yet. My mom wants her money back now! Going to file with small claims by this Friday if she doesn't get her money back!

I gave my 30 day notice and waited for my deposit like they said. It s been 21 days and I called them and now they are saying I did not give a 30 day notice. After being treated very bad on the phone by the staff in the El Monte office I was finally told by Maggie that she spoke to her supervisor (Lupe) that he will honor my 30 day notice and I would be issued a check for my deposit. They didn t even ask for an address to send it to. So now I know they said that so I can leave them alone. I will be speaking to an attorney this week. This is not right, they take advantage of tenants. They never fixed anything I submitted for in a year that I was there. Roach infested and I would get noticed of fumigation and no one would show up. They want their rent on time and they continue to raise the rent but no improvements to the property or repairs get done and you just get threaten with eviction if you pay your rent late.

I have proof in my hands that i paid a $600 deposit and the paperwork they sent me says i only paid $500. Also i paid $300 pet "deposit", that i was told is nonrefundable and a $35 xharge for a gate clicker, and when i returned the clicker, i was told that was nonrefundable as well. These thieves charged me $200+ for shampoo and cleaning , when it has hardwood floors. They charged me for paint and cleaning, when they never cleaned or painted before I moved in. Professional thieves who will be hearing from my attorney, who has copies of all the pre move in pics as well as ALL the reciepts, including the one that shows i paid $600 and not $500
****Update **** After some close acquaintances were able to get through to Pama Management, they did end up making it right. I will say, that Nicolette, the manager at the "Hemet garden apartments" is one of the most low down, lying, backstabbing people I've ever had the misfortune of knowing. She puts her hands on kids that arent hers, and she would steal a guide dog from a blind person, if she had the chance! Stay away from those apartments!
We are getting evicted because they said we didn't pay our rent, when in fact we did! We have our rent receipt to prove it. We make lots of call to code enforcement and now the agency is firing back! The management even come to our house to harass us, trying to make us point out the person we paid rent to in the office. Police were called to make them leave!
I stayed at a property that they had in Stockton the apartment was very much infested with roaches and had rude and unprofessional apartment managers. I went in to pay my rent and was told from the manger at the time they would not take it and received a eviction notice with court papers. I turned in the keys and received my deposit back from the manger and was told that I will not get and eviction and guess what I did. Yet pama management is a joke and no help at all been trying to get in contact with you to get this taken care of and to no avail have I got a call back or anything. Nothing this management at the 500 block of Gladstone are fraud taking advantage of the under privladge tenants. Manager favors certain tenants and violates the tenant landlords laws. Crooks. Roach invested apartments and charges a 10.00 per month "city fee " which was verified by the Azusa city hall to be a charge they have confirmed to be of no authorization to the city of Azusa. Per community development dept in Azusa. They know of no such charge to be a charge they are awAre of. And the corporate office after many phone calls of excuses no answers

My apartment was the cleanest out of everyone elses, NO DAMAGE, and they still took $300 from me! $175 to paint ( there was not need) $45 for trash (that they made!) And $80 to wash the carpet (that i do understand as a procedure) Never will i rent from Pama Management AGAIN!

I needed to pay $47:50 so I did but they said that i needed to return the key not later than 5pm even though the day end at 12am. I told them that.. Some evil woman in El Monte say to me on the phone " not even think to buther the property manaker by keys at night.

Roach infested, run down buildings, no repairs to enclosed patios. Parking all in the road way makes it impassable for others. Pavement is crumbling with large potholes. Nasty muddy water running throughout the complex. Some of units are nice, it s just too many bugs....Every year a rent increase but no improvements to anything.

There has been to much turnover; many different managers, office staff and matainace workers some you can't communicate with. Work orders and complaints are not being addressed, solved, completed or simply ignored. By no means am I saying all the staff is not helpful but are limited to what they can do.

The most disgusting apartment I have ever lived at. Terrible roach infestation. Landlord kept blaming the people downstairs and would have excuses as to not send pest control, even after many roaches were getting into my bed. (see photo below for a normal day of roaches on my bed). I finally just moved out. Now I am being charged the Garbage off my DWP bill even though my Rental agreement said they were to pay for Trash and Gas. Also, gas was never turned on, nor heater working, and landlord later told me I was to activate it and pay for it. I keep getting the run around from the Pama Management office as to who can settle my DWP bill. I have also left 2 voicemails within the past week with no call back. Honestly, my next step is SMALL CLAIMS COURT. The conditions I had to live in were illegal, and so is breaking the rental agreement.
They don't have an emergency maintenance number and when my hot water heater broke and my house was flooding I had nobody to call because they had no number!!!!!!!!!

This management Group Is A Joke & Not an Honest Company I Lived On Lindsey In Pico Rivera For Over 5 Years the contract was under my dad name he wanted to move out so what me & my boyfriend did was go apply on our own with roommates to get the place in our name & we got approved and the on-site manager there Eneyda made promises to us that it was going to be our place after my dad gave is 30 day notice this was told to us march 5th so we stood living there since we had paid rent not looking for any other places and come to find out the day before we have to be moved out that the manager gave the apartment to other people didn't even let us know we found out on our own when I went to ask her about it she lied to my face still making me think the place was gonna be ours and they gave it to 3 males living together over 2 family's with good enough income & with 2 kids so they basically made us become homeless with our children all due to the manger not being able to upfront with us and let us know what she was doing so the manager on Lindsey which is Eneyda is not a good manager at all she is a liar and she's rude and she will have you lie on your rental application to get you approved that's not professional at all and when you needed something fixed in your unit she wouldn't answer her phone she was never even home & when they would fix your unit it was done all half ass don't waste your time with these people all they want is your money they don't care about there tenants at all

I don't know where to begin to describe the horrors of this place, the poor management, the conditions of the apartments (and this is including most definitely the unit ok), and the atmosphere that the MANAGER allows. There are many things that I submitted a request for, many to write down, but mainly a continuous battle with my balcony door (the whole assemble) needs to be replaced,NOT FIXED! REPLACED! NEW!. It's garbage! and I'm living in those conditions still paying rent. For faulty living, which is unacceptable and NEGLECT BY PAMA MANAGEMENT, I don' know what it is with this company not maintaining the property, it pains them to invest and fix these issues. It's truly a disgrace having to be living like this, like I said I have many pending issues that haven't been resolved ONLY IGNORED, I have a moldy ceiling in the bathroom, FAULTY electrical wiring in which I'm afraid and concerned about causing a fire. I called the "manager" (if you can call her that) and all this lady does is say she will send someone and nothing happens, it stays like that. This is my 3rd day (June 11,2019) ongoing complaint and nothing hasn't been resolved. My hope is for the owner of PAMA MANAGEMENT to realize all the deep crap his/her company is in. And to actually run their business, not ignore the requests of their tenants, we don't have any other choice but to live here, if my family had the money to live at a nicer place we would in a heartbeat, but unfortunately we don't have another choice, there are many hard working families out here, SO please adhere to my review and make changes in your property, RUN the business! The apartment manager's at Pam's show favoritism they also use there positions to harass there clients I moved into the eureka manors in November the day i was to move in my apartment was not even ready so the manager move me to a different one 4 days later but those 4 day I spent in the apartment that I was to rent with dirty carpet,roach and i slept on the floor with a ring of borax around me i had no choice because what they charge for rent 900.00 plus deposit 700.00 took all the money I had I wish I could show pictures of the apartment well I asked her many time if she is going to fix the things that should of been fixed before I moved in to the second apartment we had agreed when I move into the second apartment that she would but a month passed nothing so I got tired of asking and I called code enforcement they got cited but now she is retaliating by trying to have my car towed I have also asked her many times for a parking permit she has never have me one
Very bad management company!! I rent at the apartments in Covina and suggest look elsewhere... I have been asking to get my water fixed for about 7 months now and nothing has been done... The water in the shower switches from cold to extremely hot and my 7 year old has also gotten burned!!!! I have spoke to the manager and she just kept giving us the runaround... Also, my window had a huge crack during the winter and complained about it, the manager offered to put cardboard on it!! We convinced her not to and they glued a price of glass on top of our window so we wouldn't feel the cold. Now it's hot and they would not do anything about it... I also have an infant under the age of one staying in our room... This is not a safe place for a family to live in!!! They do not care about your family they only care about there money!!!!
My mother rented a property from this company and had more than a few bad run in's with the staff members. I understand that my mom was not very easy to deal with at times but when I tried to step in and speak on her behalf, I could see why she did not like them very much.
The staff is rude, has no sympathy for anyone and seems to have better things to do than to assist their clients. I called recently and spoke to someone to let them know that my mother, who was a tenant of their property, just passed away on Friday. The woman on the line was very cold and did not say anything other than, "Um...ok. You are going to have to call back in an hour and speak to another person."
I have no idea who this other person is. She did not provide a name or any helpful information. I'm already dealing with a bad situation and I just needed to settle my mom's account with them and to let them know that she has passed away and will no longer be residing at the residence.
I was hired on as a supervisor for the palmdale location. I quit after 3 days . the palmdale location is just like the units ,ugly and in a very unsafe area for the staff. the staff is scared to be in the office and the owner DJ refuses to change the location . I would not recommend you working for the palmdale location . As far as the properties they rent . they are very low quality and most of them in unsafe areas . You will never get things fixed and if you do get a maintenence guy out they are going to do a " mickey mouse " job. My advice will be to look somewhere else to rent from if possible. Dont have your kids and family around that environment.

This is one of the worst agencies, the management is horrible and have no organization. When i needed something to be fixed i always had to ask and it took them over a month to fix and the AC unit was leaking throughout the whole summer and it never got fixed. Now that i moved put on March 31st I was told by their office that i was not getting my deposit when I did give my 30 day notice and my last rent payment plus left the apartment spotless even the manager was surprised how well i took care of the place. the manager was the one who wrote on my paperwork that i did not leave my 30 day notice. I have the proof and not even with proof do they care. I do not recommend anyone to live under an irresponsible owner.

I was just provided my refund for the $700 deposit I gave when moving in. They charged $275 for paint the apartment was left in the same condition I moved into, maintenance supplies $65.95, cleaning $55 an rent $83.33. Rent for what I moved out May 31, 2019 the date on the invoice rent charged it for 6/13/2019 when was I there to be charged rent. I was told by the manager the tenant never pays for pain but yet the fee is $275 for one bedroom apartment when they use the cheap paint. This is robbery thats not even the price for a 5 gallon of paint. They never fixed anything when I informed them the first month I moved in the front door had termites or that when 5 times the boiler went out and the 10% rent raise was not honored. They rent whent up but nothing ever fixed an im paying the fees for the work they need to do anyway. Horrible business they need to be shut down or removed from ownership.

I am truly disappointed. I signed a contract with the on-site manager after viewing the apartment late afternoon last Friday on February 15th. I was told the management company will be remodeling the location and putting laminate floors. I asked the property manager when the apartment would be ready and she advised me Friday February 22 at 6pm. The property manager was pressuring me to turn in the funds to move in to the location and when I asked her for photos numerous times she refused to send them or ignored my request. Now I understand why she was hesitant. I am furious at the thought of a management company turning in an apartment to a tenant with these living conditions. I explained to the property manager how I was in need and feel as if I was taken advantage of. I normally would not leave bad reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable.
HORRIBLE PLACE. You will NOT get your deposit back no matter what. They will come up with any excuse. Their places are ugly and not up to date , they use cheap things to fix , which just makes them break after. They have racist employees, and if you complain, YOUR OUT. It has been over 30 days (over 21 business days) since we returned our keys at the end of our lease on June 14, 2019 and we have received absolutely no communication in regards to our security deposit. We gave a proper 30 days notice and left the property in a better state than it was when we moved in (I have video). We went down in person to the local branch (IE Rentals in Bakersfield) and they directed us to the main office. However, I have left numerous voicemails with no response on their end. They're completely unprofessional, and rarely did repairs while we were in the residence. I have the maintenance request slips. We went almost 4 months without a functioning kitchen sink(had to wash dishes in the bathtub), and the residence was without running water on the exterior almost the whole time (an outside pipe burst -about 4 months into residency- and instead of fixing it, they capped it and turned off the water to the outside, never to return and fix it). The first 3 days we were in the residence there was no running water, then there was no hot water until they replaced the water heater. Not to mention there was no front window, the toilet was filled with human feces from squatters they couldn't keep off the property, and the unit had no A/C. We always paid our rent on time, never made a big fuss about the terrible maintenance, and didn't bother any of our neighbors. We were respectful and responsible, and I would appreciate the same level of respect from a business. I will continue to call until someone returns my calls (since they never answer). We don't want to take the legal route, but if they continue to ignore us we will be left with no choice.
People who rent apartments in this company use their tenants for programs. Low resources of so cal gas and edison to make improvements to the apartments and so they do not spend a single dollar and when you do not fill out the forms they get annoyed and so they do not spend on remodeling an apartment
Very unprofessional people, they don't fix anything in the property they ignore the requests of the tenants, if you pay a extra penny they don't give you credits but if you're short one they will harass you until you pay or they tothreaten you to send u to court. I truly don't recomend this management....bad service, rude people, bad record keeping!!!!!!
This company is a scam !!!! Very poor management and they give you the run around ... When you call the company the staff is very unfriendly especially the lady who handles the security deposits ... When you have questions they can never give you a straight answer .. We were told that by the time we moved in we would have two parking spaces and it never we happened .. It's very unclean outside and there are bird droppings everywhere because the apartment manager feeds the pigeons !!! When we moved out there were fees that weren't in out contract !!! Do your self and favor and do not do business with these people !!!!
