If I had a choice they would not get one star People be aware of this company.. I was going threw a very difficult time in my life with a domestic violence I was just desperate to find my self a place where I can be safe I found this add in Craig s list of a one bedroom mobile home so I met up with the park manager dale! I gave him one months rent and deposit never did I sign a contract.. so the day I was going to take my stuff I seen that the place was not cleaned from the outside grass was not cut their was trash all around the carpet was not cleaned then their was a small small trailer where theirs no way that more than one person can live their suddenly I see 4 people coming out they looked all drugged out my brother said you what theirs no way you can live her buy you re self I said you re right so I didn t even leave no property so message the manager that I couldn t even it wasn t safe it s almost being a year and they won t return my deposit or rent I filed a small claims their just giving me run around send me to a Pasadena office i won t go into more detail obviously they read this reviews it s just so sad how this people can take advantage of so many families.. I seen the replied to some of the reviews how they say their sorry if they where sorry they wouldn t do this to many families !! Please don t rent out from these people !!!
