Horrible horrible please do not and I mean do not rent from them you will have issues from electrical all the way to water and trash they do not respond quickly you get lucky if you get a thru my roommate and I had to use our money for maintanace and their problem with roach infestation if I wouldn't be able to give a star I would they raise the rent almost 3x a year even more and for an apartment like the one I had it's not worth it I'm glad I moved
