Poorest excuse for anything ever! Manager useless at Rancho La Puente Mobile Home Park! Her boss comes across as concerned but NOT. Nothing but excuses for everything. Rent raised every year and yet NOTHING corrected / repaired. Non licensed / contractors ever used to repair or correct anything. Tenants 90% of the time never given notice to repair / updates etc.
