It's been 2 months and they still haven't returned...

It's been 2 months and they still haven't returned my deposit. I've called and left messages for WEEKS! No call back, no written response, nothing! I spoke to a receptionist and they didn't help at all either. Never EVER going back. Filing a lawsuit on the 31st.
