I ve never rented from a company who raises the rent every 6 months I thought in California it was only legal to raise the rents once a year my rent went from $800 to $900 my apartment is infested with rodents and we even had a bed bug issues Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner also maintenance quits faster than you change your underwear. These people have the tendency to be rude And if they don t like what you say they make sure to make your living experience hell they get an over on people because people cannot afford rent anywhere else these were where you can afford rent but if they go on appointments every six months they make sure that you cannot afford it especially when jobs in the area is only starting off at $11 an hour
