Roach infested. After moving out the main office on Sanita in el monte, told me it will take 21days to receive my $800 deposit. It took TWO months for me to receive a $500 check!! My apartment was the cleanest out of everyone elses, NO DAMAGE, and they still took $300 from me! $175 to paint ( there was not need) $45 for trash (that they made!) And $80 to wash the carpet (that i do understand as a procedure) Never will i rent from Pama Management AGAIN!
