I wouldnt refer anyone to this placr. DO NOT RENT!!!!! They are infested with roaches and rats!! The tenants ask, " are you leaving because of the rats" lmao are you kidding me..geesh gees!! One lady said , "Id rather have a rat than roaches" are you kidding me again..lol..I think people are just use to living in this bad conditions. Are people really uneducated about the disease and bacteria these nasty pests carry? This place needs to be condemned . Mildred st in El monte
