When I purchased my Truck I was promised free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle.
Now a new owner has taken over I was told they will no longer honor free oil changes unless you schedule their high price maintenance services.
In addition, my last oil change I was left with greasy finger prints on inside & outside of driver door, steering wheel & radio knob. It was a significant amount of grease too.
