We went to Ireland for 2 weeks in October being in Dublin, Galway and Limerick. We researched many different companies and decided to go with Paddywagon and we loved every single tour with them!!! Their prices were insanely great for what you get. We did the Ring of Kerry, Blarney, Killkenny and Wicklow and of course the Cliffs of Moher. (Did not have enough time to do Belfast) Our drivers in each location were locals and telling us old folk tales and the best places to go and see/eat. They had the thick Irish accent and played cool Irish music! They drive to locations and then you explore for yourself which was a lot of fun! You get to go at your own pace. You literally get to see all of Ireland with their tours and for such a cheap price. As long as you arrive on time for your bus and listen to your driver of pickup times etc then you will have an amazing experience like my wife and I. These tours are what made our Ireland trip so great!!! We highly recommend to everyone who is going to Ireland!

It was an incredible experience, the landscapes that you see along the way and the stops that are made are very great. The excellent driver and guide, plus the only thing I did not like that when we were arriving at the main destination Cliffs of Moher, they warn us that it was closed due to risks, we tried to pass the time until it could happily open again. He leaves me with nothing more than the question of what would have happened if the tourist point had not been reopened. I think the company should see these details a little more.

We had a really good time over the bank holiday weekend with Paddy Wagon tours. The bus wasn't of the best quality but understandably it was difficult to arrange bus given the busy time of the year with bank holiday. Jack and Alex were our drivers and they did a great job entertaining us. B&B was great, very hospitable and welcoming. Most importantly the view of the Ring of Kerry and Ireland's countryside was breath taking. Highly recommended

Awesome experience on the three day southern trip. Ruairi, our guide was an absolute legend! Great banter, and did an awesome job adapting the tour due to some road closures. Only feedback to paddywagon is to lift your game at your Annascaul accommodation. The shower was cold and the food pretty lousy. The rest of the trip was 5 stars all the way!

I took two tours with paddy wagon, one was to visit cliffs of mohar, second to Giant's Causeway.
Tour to Cliffs of Moher was really fun and we'll organized by hilarious and sweet tour guide Richard.
He even managed to pick a great restaurant for lunch.
Food was really delicious.

Tour to Giant's Causeway was very scenic, but no way near as fun as the first one. Guys did their best i suppose.
I would suggest to reduce valume of music in the bus.

Tour was good but the biggest attraction, The Giant Causeway could easily have more time allotted to it and less at the dark hedges attraction which without it being used in TV, not sure it was even worth a stop.

This was my first tour bus holiday trip. It was great and more than expected. Brian was very knowledgeable and learning about the history and stories made the trip more memorable. All the accommodations were great, and it was my first time staying in a B&B so it was a pleasant experience. Glad that a car seat was provided so we didn't have to worry about bringing one from home. Lots of places I wish we could have stayed longer, and I understand we had a time schedule, but nice to be able to explore more. Thanks and I will recommend.

We had a great day with Jerry! He gave a very good tour along the way and made the day even more special than it already was with all the great views and special places. A bit short time in Belfast but that is, in my opinion, not what this tour is all about. It is about the view and the Giants Causeway which was very special and a must to see when you visit Ireland!

I was travelling with my sister and niece and we had a very enjoyable day in Belfast. Due to unforeseen circumstances we got back to Dublin later than expected but we made the most of it. After all, we were in a beautiful city and we got to enjoy more of it! Our driver, Fred on the way there was wonderful, very knowledgeable and humorous and Dermot was our driver on the way back. He was also very pleasant and courteous. The only downfall was a couple of passengers who complained about everything and were quite rude about it. They didn t like the fact that the tour was running behind although they were given the chance at the beginning to get off. The drivers handled it all very well I thought. I would not hesitate to recommend Paddywagon tours to anyone travelling to Ireland. Thank you for a great day!

Our driver, Darren was very professional and entertaining with his Irish humour, but I do suggest letting passengers know in advance about the amount of walking and climbing that is required on several of the tours so they can judge for themselves whether they will have sufficient time to go all the way out and back in the time allotted to cross the rope bridge, etc.

I'm so disappointed with the service becouse of the behaviour of the tour guide. Even if visited places were amazing, the unavailability of the guide ruined my company tour. Furtheremore, there isn't so much time to visit every place and because of the disorganization and no time you risk the bus driver leaves without all the passengers.

My wife and I booked a luxury 1 day tour of the Cliffs. We were staying at the Clontarf Castle Hotel. Our driver arrived about 10 minutes before our pick up time and was so very pleasant. Bill McEvoy was our driver and what a great experience he provided. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the history of Ireland he was also very entertaining. He made us feel comfortable straight away. On the tour we stopped at the Barack Obama Plaza (aka a gas station) to get some coffee and breakfast. Bill knew all about the US Presidents visit and why he now has a gas station honoring him in Ireland. We then made our way to King John's Castle for a tour (well worth the stop). The Cliffs were a disappointment but not because of anything Paddy Wagon Tours did. The rain and mist was so bad you couldn't see the cliffs at all. Bill waited patiently for us and picked us up for the ride home. The trip was exciting and relaxing all at the same time and most of that was because of Bill. Paddywagon tours took care of everything and it made our day wonderful despite the weather. . . but hey, we were in Ireland so rain is expected. Thank you Paddywagon and Bill for making our trip memorable.

They are scammers. I had a problem with them, since they cheated on me, I was traveling with a small child and they told me that they would give me a special seat for my baby for the trip, and of course they charged me for the seat.
When I got to the bus, there was no such seat and my baby had to travel on our laps with the inconvenience that that brings, this happened a month ago, they did not answer the mail and they did not return the money from that seat that I did not they put.
They are unpresentable and scammers, do not hire their services.

I did the Blarney Castle tour.

I did the Blarney Castle tour.
The tour was amazing and the Blarney Castle is one of the must-see sites in Ireland. Amazing gardens, a charming waterfall and lake and of course the castle with the stone that you can kiss if you want. The place feels magical.

The driver was great! Great sense of humour, informative, professional and he also let us get off near my house - which was not at the end destination of the trip.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that you don't have much time in Cork to see it and we could even stay more at Blarney. So a recommendation would be to omit Rock of Cashel and put that extra time in either Cork or Blarney Castle.

But overall a fantastic experience!

One day tour to the Cliffs of Moher was a wonderful experience and I can definitely recommend Paddywagon Tours. For a reasonable price we got to see everything that was planned right on time, no problems during the trip whatsoever. But what I liked the most was our driver/guide Freddy. The guy is very professional, explained every site, gave us tips on where to eat and how to use our time on every site wisely so we can get most of the experience. And last, but not least- he is just hillarious, the mood on the bus was great. :D

I choose the Cliff of Moher Tour from Dublin with my two Italian friends. The unexpensive price was 40 and I have to say that it was worth it! Our guide was the super friendly Darren K. that made this journey absolutely amazing and fun! I have been travelling with several tours around Europe and I never enjoyed as I did with this one. Do you think that three hours on the bus are stressing and boring? Well, we were saying each other: don t want to get off, that s too fun! . However, I haven't liked some stops. The first stop was the fishing village of Kinvara, it was a nice visit but I would avoid this stop as well as the Bunratty Castle one since they have stolen time to the main stop: Cliffs of Moher. I believe 1.5 hour it is not enough. We barely visited the right side area and we wanted to stay more. The weather was perfect and I had the occasion of taking stunning photos of the breathtaking views of the cliffs, best place in the world so far! I definitely recommend this tour to ones who want to experience an amazing tour of the Irish west coast and its wonder of natural places.

Had a great experience on our trip to the cliffs of moher with Paddywagon. Our driver john was knowledgeable, funny, factual when required but overall just a great guide. The bus was super comfy with wifi and we loved the way we were guided along the wild atlantic way to the cliffs. It was by far the best trip we took in Ireland so if travelling these guys are winners..!

EXCELLENT!!! Our tour guide, Freddie, was the BEST!!! Freddie was knowledgeable about Ireland's history, was hilarious, and was so caring about each tour passenger. He was 1000 times more patient with everyone than I could ever be and he gave great recommendations! The tour was jam packed seeing all of southern Ireland's best highlights. We would highly recommend doing the B&B option. We did a 4 day tour, but would recommend any of the Paddywagon tours. Our bus was new, clean, and comfortable.

The reason I'm only giving this tour 2 stars is th...

The reason I'm only giving this tour 2 stars is this was not a Paddywagon bus, rather a "sublet" tour bus- Elegant Irish Tours. First off, the driver was late picking us up in a mercedes sprinter bus. The bus was very noisy as we had to sit in the back so we could barely hear the driver. It appeared because he was running late he was driving EXTREMELY fast, and this was not just our opinion but the majority of the whole group.
We were flying all over the bus as he jerked us from right to left, tried passing a vehicle on a two-lane road going up a blind hill but was not able to make the pass so had to back down.
He took two speed humps so fast I came off the seat at least 6 inches. Passed another car in a roundabout and pulled over in front of him...everyone around us were gasping in amazement of this driver. The cliffs were beautiful and I don't regret going, but compared to the other tours we have taken with Paddywagon this was my least favorite.

I did 2 tours with Paddywagon. They are all nice and it's absolutely recommended. One small remark for the tour to the Giant Causeway: We thought that we would have discount when buying the ticket to the rope bridge by group with the driver. However, at the end, the driver charged us the same amount as individual buying. It's not a lot of money but it should be cleared whether or not we can get the discounted price.

We had a very great guide who informed us of many interesting details of irish history and also had some pretty funny jokes to accompany the data with it. I loved it. He was also en excelent driver. I wish for many more guides likes this.

The only problem I saw with the tour is not having enough time to enjoy Galway but other than that a really great tour for the day. Maybe not enjoying Galway sufficiently is an excuse to return one more time :).

I took the Cliffs of Moher tour from Limerick. We drove with Kevin and a PHD guide. The trip was good. There were 4 stops at Cliffs, Doolin, baby cliffs and Bunratty castle.
Every place is self paid except the cliff entry. The sights are amazing but the time is a Bit short for relaxation. However if you like to just run one end to the other and move on. Or prefer to stand at a close spot and have coffee it's not too bad. They spend 1.5 hrs at the Cliffs. 40 mins for lunch at Doolin. 1 hr at Bunratty castle (where the shops are nice but otherwise it's a just another castle).
Anyways it's worth going with this company.

I did the 9 day "All Ireland" tour. I really enjoyed my experience on Paddywagon Tours and don't regret choosing them as I found them to be the most economical option where I could still get to see all of Ireland without renting a car. You can choose the hostel or B&B option and I went for the hostels. My only complaint is that the hostel choices were not good. They were pretty low quality, even for a hostel. I don't know if this is the case for hostels around Ireland outside of Dublin or if this was just the hostels used by Paddywagon (many were Paddy's Palace and therefore owned by Paddywagon). Our tour guide Sean was very friendly and informative. He hung out with us quite a bit in the evenings as well.

It's a decent tour and the staff are easy to deal with. There's a bit of a walk from the Paddywagon office in Killarney up to the bus starting point so be aware. I was disappointed that we did not stop long enough to explore Dunquin Pier, as was mentioned in the ad. It was the main reason I chose this particular tour. However, Joe the driver has promised to include it the next time (so we'll just have to see). Otherwise, I enjoyed my experience.

I was scheduled to tour with the company in April and have used them in the past. However with COVID-19 they have not been responsive in anyway saying they will process a refund when they are in the office. There tours are currently accepting payment and look like they are scheduled. I find this absolutely disgraceful that customers are being treated this way and are not being kept in the loop. Instead it s up to us and they give no clear timelines.

We live in Ireland but we booked the day tour to the Cliffs of Moher so we could take my cousin who is staying with us for a couple of weeks and not have to worry about the logistics of organizing this ourselves. It s is a very good way to see bits of Ireland if you don t have the time to immerse yourself in the Western counties (although you probably should at some stage). Our tour guide and driver was grand (shout out to Dermot!). He s very knowledgeable and gives you a good overview of irish history as you make your way across the country. He was also accommodating and a very good driver (and of you ve seen the narrow irish country roads you can appreciate feeling safe at all times!). Nothing much to say about it other than it was a great experience. Departure and arrival were both on time, so get up early! We strongly recommend using Paddywagon for any of their tour offerings just because it s very convenient and a great time! Cheers from Dublin!

Very nice environment! Val(entine) was our guide, he is very funny and kind. I loved the journey, the price is fair and the coach is comfortable. The only thing I would change is more time at the Cliffs of Moher, 1h30 is not enough if you want to explore the cliffs and also know more about them in the exhibition at the Visitors Center. Also, the visit to Doolin and The Burren is very short, you don t really get to know the place. The most valuable of this experience is the opportunity to drink Dooliner, the official Doolin beer, and all the new friends you can do along the journey to share a pint of Guinness with at the end of the day back in Dublin.

John Kelly was a wonderful guide and driver. We were going to the Cliffs of Mohar. He was knowledgeable about the recent history of Ireland and how it related to the sites were were seeing. Stops, including leg stretching/toilet breaks were well timed. When we stopped for lunch it was extremely helpful that he gave us information as to the set up inside the restaurant. It made it easy to have enough time to enjoy our lunch. The scenery along the way and the Cliffs were spectacular! We took some great photos!

It was also great that we stuck to a time schedule. Plenty of time to see the sites and the other passengers were respectful of one another. Bus was very comfortable. Thank you, John for the great day!

Much enjoyed this long day small group day trip from Dublin. Malcolm was well versed, intelligent, friendly, welcoming and good humored from start to finish. For us the time at the Cliffs was perfect and prior to viewing from atop we were able to view via boat from below at most reasonable extra cost. Only complaint was the very congested and disorganized situation at the lunch stop. The Atlantic Seafood Chowder andbrown bread were excellent but it took over 30 minutes standing in line to get and the trays were not clean. Although there are few lunch places in Doolin, the price paid for the small group tour might have included a better place for us to buy lunch. This is the only reason I hesitate to give 5 stars.

-The driver Fran, very edge, the first thing he does as soon as he enters the bus is to throw us in the face that we get inside the bus when it was raining outside, because we entered directly without talking to him previously, even apologizing for twice the discussion continues without No sense having to tell him that I can no longer do anything he wants, or he checks the names and sees that I have booked the tour, or we all get off the bus. A very uncomfortable discussion in the first part of the morning. I understand that when working with the public, you have to be somewhat helpful to the client, and understand that if there is an unstable weather situation, not get so pissed off just waiting for the driver on the bus. You can say things differently.
For commenting on other aspects of the tour AND As a suggestion for improvement, apart from the customer service of this guide / driver, it would be very good to have a guide or at least some indication when they leave you in Belfast since they only have two hours, and that at unless they indicate the path of the most representative of the city center or the murals that are easy to access from the center. In general we were quite unhappy with the contracted service, years ago I made the excursion to the cliffs of moher with this company, that's why I have repeated, I will not do it, it has worsened a lot.
