Very difficult to reach by phone; been on hold several times for a very long time. 3. Urgent application for medication is not taken seriously. A promise to receive the order within two days was simply extended by four days. In short, deviation from the simple automatic periodic orders quickly leads to problems. With regard to the periodic orders, the Home Pharmacy works properly.
