The tour was great, I specially recommend the blac...
The tour was great, I specially recommend the black cab tour through the streets of Belfast. It'll get you thinking.

Best tour with Darren! Thanks for enjoyable day, full of Irish jokes, beautiful landscapes and photo opportunities, great music in the bus and even gluten free food ordered especially for me! Giant Causeway day tour is great for a one day trip from Dublin. I didn't know that Belfast is such a great city.
Darren has a huge knowledge about history and interesting facts about politics&culture.
It was my third trip with Paddywagons (two from Cork) and first one from Dublin - always great and fun!
Cheers from girls from Poland
The tour was great and the driver also. Many hours on the road and too much to see. Thank you for the opportunity.
Had a fabulous day, the only Irish person on the tour Val our driver was excellent, definitely knows his stuff and funny to. Can't wait to do Giants Causeway
Loved my 4 day tour! The tour guide Brian was excellent--very informative, engaging, and kept even the longer drives entertaining. I would definitely recommend a Paddywagon tour, especially if you're a solo traveller coming to Ireland for the first time like myself.
I ve done a few tours with Paddywagon between my two trips to Ireland and I highly recommend them!!
Amazing company, and amazing tour with Val(entine). We went to Kilkenny, and Val was very experienced with the area, so not only the tour was informational - but it was also very much fun! He was telling ug stories, legends and history, and made whole experience really rich. Thank you for the tour!
A very enjoyable experience for all ages. My boyfriend and I are 21 and we both loved the convenience of having everything organised for us on the tour. Our tour guide, Raurie, had a great sense of humour and was very knowledgeable about all areas of interest.
Highly recommend.
I done the Connemara tour today with paddywagon and i have to say i enjoyed every mina of it. We had Jack aka Jackie as our driver/guide and he was great crack and very knowledgeable about all the sites. I'm irish from Dublin so i was not on a visit to Ireland so I'd recommend it to any home bird to do the irish day trips it's a nice way to see our own country.
Due to Covid 19 we had to cancel our tour in May 2020. Waiting for my refund since 16th March 2020.
We absolutely had an amazing time on our tour through Paddywagon Tours. Leigh was so knowledgeable without being boring. He even tried to make time to take us to some extra photo op spots! We had a great time!
We had a great one day tour to Wicklow and Kilkenny with Paddywagon. Our bus driver Tom was very informative and helped make the day. Highly recommend this tour.
Travel from Dublin to Belfast, including a taxi visit to Belfast's historic sites and a visit to the Titanic museum. Everything done to perfection, our guide was prepared and nice. Recommended, although perhaps it would be better to think of the two-day tour.
Great way to see the Cliffs when only in Dublin for a few days. Bus driver was great with historical info. I would highly recommend this trip.
The driver/ guide named Phint is very helpful, calm, and funny. I enjoy the tour guided by him.
Our 6 day tour of Ireland was nothing less than amazing. It was fabulous for a week not to worry about driving, planning what to see, when/what to eat, and where to sleep. Our tour guide, Alex, treated us like a family. He was an amazing driver, explained all the sights, told stories, and kept everyone on track for time. We still are talking about everything we learned from him, funny things he did/said, and how well he looked out for everyone on the tour. He made sure everyone got their meals, bathroom breaks, accommodations, etc. and knew how to make our stops at sites more worthwhile and/or inexpensive. I feel we saw all the best highlights of Ireland without the stresses. Accommodations were way better than we expected and always a good breakfast to start each amazing day. Thumbs up!!
Excellent tour with DJ to Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommended. Should not wait for latecomers at the tour beginning. We could have used the 15 minutes at the Cliffs of Moher.
Amazing John made our day! Beautiful singing voice too, watch out Aretha Franklin!
All Ireland Tour 21 - 26 June 2013.
I just wanted to Thank Paddywagon for the trip of my life. I will forever have memories of this amazing trip. We had the most amazing people on the bus, from 80 year old grandmom's to hip and swinging couples to around the world party animals. And boy oh boy did we make it rock.
Our driver and guide Seanie was just brilliant from interesting myths to precise facts and figures, there was not much more a person could ask for. And when it came time to party he knew best spots and pubs.
Thanks for the memories. I will always recommend Paddywagon first above all else whenever I know anyone is going to Ireland.
All the best, and I am sure I will see you the next time I pop by for an Irish visit.
Viks
This was the best tour I ve ever been on! It was a long day to the Cliffs of Moher from Dublin (4 hours each way) but our guide Val made it so enjoyable. He made us laugh, gave us a history lesson, made plenty of stops and even sang a few songs. I ve never seen a guide with so much pride, energy and love for his country. Excellence provided the entire day.
Really worth taking! The tour guide and driver were very nice and kind. Definitely worth the price for all the places you get to see.
Great guide and information. Would definitely book again!
The way to Northen Ireland is nice arranged, with a nice short stop in between. Combination Titanic museum and Belfast itself is great. The driver and tour guide in one (was Gevin) are great and make the trip awesome. Thxto Gavin and Paddywagon to have them!
this was a really great tour! i was a little worried when i booked- with the reasonable price and the company name i wondered if it was going to be some kind of drunk party hostel bus. nothing could be further from the truth- it was great! the group was mixed and friendly, and the guide (val) was perfect. he was hilarious and also knowledgable. there was storytelling and a good bit of singing (by both him and us) which made the time go by really fast. the scenery was beautiful and there was just the right amount of time in each place. i would highly recommend this tour.
the itinerary was perfect. Driver was great and it was good fun. I really enjoyed it! I just would have stayed more time in Dingle. Only one hour is not enough...
Great experience, friendly driver, would recommend.
Only complaint was Cliff of Mours was too short a time. We only had 1 hour 15 min there. Could have easily spent 2 hours there. Driver was very friendly. Nice trip.
Great value half day trip to beautiful Glendalough and Wicklow. Very friendly driver and the stops didn't feel rushed.
What an awesome experience of northern Ireland from Belfast! Its nice that the rope bridge ticket was included. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is I feel the tour could have had more commentary.
Be careful about timing! The tour busses on that trip were all on a very tight schedule, leaving some people behind olif they were late.
Great trip, Hilarious tour guid, would defiantly recommend.
To all German tourists looking for a good gateway to the Cliffs of Moher, please choose Paddywagon Tours!
With one of the most fun and best tours I've ever been able to do!
A little tip: If you google for a few vouchers, you can really book a cheap and, above all, good trip.
Gladly again:)
Thoroughly enjoyed our Giants Causeway day trip with Tiernan and Bat Spud. T was very entertaining and informative, and really made the day fun. I was even more excited when I realised we got to see #GOT Kings Road and Storms End as want expecting that! The cafe where we had lunch was amazing - home made delicious food. I walked down from the Visitors Centre to the Causeway - quite a long walk when you're on crutches but downhill and well worth it - but got the bus back as couldn't face the hill! It is stunning!! We will defy INITELY go back and will definitely book a PaddyWagons trip again.
Our tour to the Cliffs of Moher was just great. Our driver, Richard O'Brien, was simply the best. The trip was safe, efficient, on time and we got to see enough of all the good stuff. Richard was a hoot. Great descriptions of Dublin, the route, and the cliffs. Good jokes and just the right amount of nap time along the way. Thanks to all for the good time. The Raff's, Sheboygan Wisconsin.
Driver was our guide for our 2 Day Belfast. Fred was amazing. Love, Love, Love our tour! Highly recommended. My next trip to Ireland I will do a longer tour with Paddywagon!
We absolutely loved our 6-day tour of Ireland with Paddywagon! Our tour guide, Freddy, was absolutely hysterical and gave us a very authentic perspective of living in Ireland and its history - good combo of fun and knowledgeable. My husband and I did the hostel option, and many of them switched us out of the big rooms to private rooms when they had space, which was very thoughtful. The tour was well-planned, making a good number of stops with sufficient time at each one, giving us a chance to see both the famous sights and the hidden gems. We highly recommend this tour, as well as any other through Paddywagon, as they are very customer-focused and love their country. We can't wait to go back!
We have just returned on the 14th of June 2019 from a 6 day South Ireland tour with Paddy Wagon, It was a great experience. They have got this trip just right. The accommodation and food was of a very good standard and our driver was Shaun was brilliant.
I made three tours with Paddywagon during my week in Dublin and I really enjoyed it! The driver Gabe was awesome and I saw Ireland like I imagined !
I really really recommend this company!!
Had a awesome tour visiting Belfast and the Titanic Exhibition, our tour guide (Bailey) was great, gave us lots of info and made us laugh during the journey! Definitely recommend Paddywagon Tours and will back for another tour soon!!
I would definitely recommend the Cliffs of Moher tour with this company. The bus was really comfortable, and all the stops were organized in a good way. I must say that the best part of the roadtrip was the driver (I think his name was Phil, big shoutout to the ginger man!! ), he was hilarious and made the trip really funny. Definitely worth the price, so I would be sure to recommend this company to my friends. The only thing I believe it would make it more interesting would be to do a small stop in Galway, so hopefully that would be an option in the future. Well done guys!
We had a few issues with the bus running, but I would still give this tour 5 stars. Lee was absolutely amazing and kept us laughing the entire time. He made sure we were all engaged while he explain the history of Ireland. I would absolutely do this tour again in a heartbeat.
Absolutely would not recommend this company. After paying nearly $200 for a tour, I was given the incorrect pick-up time and myself along with several other customers were left behind after our bus left without us with little more than a shrug of the shoulders and a "sorry, there's nothing we can do unless you want to pay for your own taxi to try to catch up to the bus but we can't guarantee that it will wait for you". Trying to reach someone with any concerns you have is also impossible - it took over a month and numerous emails to different offices and reaching out to multiple social media accounts for someone to finally respond to me which ended up being completely unhelpful. There are far too many tour companies that have the same itinerary, same price point and an actual sense of customer service to deal with Paddywagon Tours' incompetence.
This is a very impressive site and well worth seeing. We left from Dublin so it was a long day (~12 hours). I'm glad we went. There were high clouds, but no fog and no rain. I thought it was rather windy, but the bus driver said the winds get even stronger so be prepared for that. Also, if you go stay on the safe side of the 3 1/2 foot stone safety wall. Its there for a reason. Too many people jump the wall and there have been so many unnecessary deaths from people being unsafe.
Absolutely amazing. Val was fantastic as a guide and kept everyone happy and entertained. He provided us with tons of information in a fun and interactive way. We would LOVE to have a tour with Val and Paddywagon again.
This was our second Paddywagon tour in two days and by far the better experience. Our driver was on time and a well-informed about sights and history as he drove us to our primary departure venue in Killarney.
There was a glitch in instructions for spending our change time--"just find a toilet" with no recommendations and too much time was spent going business to business to find a place who would allow use of the facilities. Thank you to the bartender at The Shire for his kindness.
The remainder of the tour was informative with many, but short, stops for photo ops.[Ten minutes was often only enough time to unload and reload the bus. My artificial hip and cane need at least 12 minutes]. The driver's commentary was excellent and attempts to get us decent parking were heroic [though some children's ears may have been covered in the most stressful driving situations. his recommendations for dining and snacks [the ice cream at Sneem was to die for] were excellent.
He delivered Killarney passengers to with a reasonable distance to their hotels and deposited us at the outlet center with appropriate toilet directions--a break from the vagueness on my first trip with Paddywagon.
Our Killarney to Limerick driver was as pleasant, informative, and helpful as he was in the morning. He kindly deposited us at the door of our hotel.
Great tours and guides! They both have full day and half day tours. Very good way to see the beautiful nature on a trip to Dublin.
Amazing tour to Northern Ireland and Belfast! Everyone should do this two day tour! It is better than going to Cliffs of Moher for sure! The only thing that I did not like about this trip was the driver did not keep the bus cool enough in the hot sunny day we had and it got somewhat uncomfortable. We told him multiple times it was very hot and he turned down the temp a little but not too much. This has not been a problem on any of the other Paddywagon tours I have done so I think it was a driver issue! Amazing trip and tour!!
Oh my, what a fun experience! Just enough talking and information to keep it interesting! I went with my family, but wouldn't be afraid to do it alone. I went on 2 paddywagon tours (Cliffs of Moher & Giants Causeway). Both were wonderful! Highly recommended!
Fantastic tour, Jon (tour guide) was very enthusiastic and funny. He is also an amazing singer. Please book just to hear his voice!
We had Dominick as our driver/guide for our trip to Cork and Blarney...The experience of seeing all this was well worth our money, but he needs to editorialize his political feelings less and just give us the historical facts....He also needs to sing less....If we had wanted a concert, we would've bought tickets to see somebody....
I met John our guide and driver at O'Connel street early in the morning. He was friendly and welcoming at all times. John is an excellent guide. He is funny, could sing, knowledgeable and full of information. He provided us an excellent short history of Dublin.
During our outbound and inbound drive, John provided us with many short stories, and hilarious jokes.
John also made us aware of some of the wonderful scenery and sights throughout the trip.
We have to thank our lucky stars as it was a bright, sunny and beautiful day on 29th November 2017!!!
PS : Paddywagon have to ensure that they fix the in seat power supply and also wifi services. These are non-negotiable service lapses as you advertise the availability of these services in your website.
We have to thank John as he came up with a reasonable solution by assisting and alternating charging our devices with all other passengers. Well done John!
Our tour guide, Dominic, was top class. Very knowledgeable, insightful and friendly. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!
It ended up just being the two of us. We couldn t find where we were sup to get on the busy but the driver waited and also looked for us and we found each other. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. Patrick was his name. He was beyond amazing. He took us a different way on the way back because I told him it was my first time seeing the ocean so he said we could drive along it on the way back. He also made a few stops to show us different cool things like the little cliffs, some old houses, other scenery, and a leprechaun house. (Lol). I would choose this tour company every time!!! Patrick deserves a raise. He knows so much about everything that has to do with Ireland!!! He is great.
Great tour, I had booked the tour to the Giants Causeway with some very worthwhile stops (especially the rope bridge with about 10 euros entry was VERY worth seeing) The bus driver was super funny, told us stories about the regions, made good jokes and was an absolute liking.
I would more than recommend this tour, it was definitely worth the money.
I did kilkenny/wicklow tour on last Sunday. everything was good. Driver was both cheerful and experienced. He drove all the way though safely. recommended
The weather sucks but Cliffs of Moher are beautiful.
Our driver, Gary (or Gery) was really nice. The trip to Cliff of Moher was really beautiful. The weather changed a lot, 1 minutes it was raining but the next it would be sunny (i guess that s what the Irish weather is all about) I learnt a lot about Irish history from our guide. It was nice to know that the country has a bit complicated history. Will definitely suggest you folks to join Paddywagon Tours. It s affordable, the bus is comfortable, the guide is nice, overall it s a very satisfying trip!
Our guide was excellent and the tour is amazing. It is money well spent with a full day to the Cliffs. Absolutely beautiful. A couple fun stops along the way and some good history and stories to be told. It is a full 10ish hour day though, and be sure to check the weather.
Being from Dublin and not having experience much of Ireland my friend and I decided to do the Paddywagon tour to the Cliff of Moher and had an absolutely fabulous day. The sun shone so much my friend got sunburnt! The driver had tonnes of information to give about all the places we visited ( and there were many ) and where to eat and even where to use the rest rooms! I would definitely recommend this trip to people, well worth the money.
Great Tour! Highly Recommend. Friendly Staff and an Efficient Service
Traveling with Paddywagon Tours was easy and also a good deal. I booked the 1-day-trip to Belfast including the Titanic Experience for 45 Euros.
I started at 9am at their first pickup point at Paddy's Palace, close to Tara Street Station. Check-in went quickly, just tell the freindly staff your name, take a seat and wait for further instructions. It takes about an hour for the company to pick up every single person at the three offered pick-up points.
After picking up everyone the bus went en route to Belfast, NI with a short stop at Monasterboice for about 20min. There you can take some pictures and visit the cemetery with the high crosses.
10min later on they will take you to services for going to toilets or grab a coffee. This stop takes about 20min. After that, they will take you straight to Belfast and you will arrive there by about 12.15am. The bus will stop at the Belfast City Hall. Now there are to options for you to choose:
1.) Taking the time and explore Belfast in your own
Or
2.) Taking a Black Cab Tour to the Troubled Areas
For anyone who likes to take a Black Cab Tour in Belfast: It's pretty interesting and totally worth it. Local taxi drivers will take you to Shankill Road and Falls Road and explain everything you need to know.
The Black Cab Tour ends at about 2.40pm at the City Hall of Belfast. It costs 15 Euros and you can pay in EUR or GBP. There is no need for you to organise a Black Cab Tour. Paddywagon Tours will ask at the services who want's to do them and organise one for you.
At 3pm, the bus will be going to the Titanic Experience. There you will have a self-guided tour. It's very interesting and also time-consuming so watch your time there.
At 5pm the bus will return to Dublin and depending on traffic and local conditions, you will be back in Dublin at about 7-8pm.
There is no lunch time planned on this trip, so make sure to bring your food and get some in the little time available in Belfast.
Overall, it's a nice and informative trip. But keep in mind that it is packed with things to do, so anyone who likes to travel at a slower pace should do a longer tour or rent a car. And anyone who likes to travel on a budget: definitively recommended!
Drivers are friendly, love to chat with their tour group and give a lot of information about Ireland and its history.
Guide was entertaining. He added in several short stops along the way that were not listed on the tour. It was a fun day! I would suggest less pressure about returning to the bus at a specific time. Other tour companies didn't stress the time return so much and the trip was still enjoyable. People returned roughly on time...
The tour was very good and the guide was fantastic, but I think that the time spend in the atraction should be longer than it was. It took too much time to arrive at the final destination, some stops could be supressed, leaving more time for the atraction itself.
The experience was great. Would prefer Paddywagon in future as well.
excellent tour and very funny guide. Bailey did it really well!
I really enjoyed my Paddywagon tour! It was a fabulous way to see a lot of Ireland in a short amount of time. The tour guides were entertaining and informative about the history of Ireland. They also had great recommendations on where to eat! If you do take this tour, DO NOT be that person that doesn't get back to the bus on time.
We went on this fantastic tour on Wednesday 29/3/2017. The driver was Very friendly and helpful throughout. We were amused by his jokes and amazed by his knowledge and account of the places we drove through. WE had a great time. We would have liked to mention his name but sadly we are not good at Irish name (sounds like Trefan). Perhaps a photo of his bus will help to recognise him...
I am quite a traveler based out of Dublin and take such tours quite often. I must say that out of all of the tours, paddywagon is the most irish experience ever. Highly recommended
Paddywagon gives typically well done tours. Sometimes the time you have at locations is a bit rushed, but that is almost necessary to return to Dublin by a decent time.
Hands down the best tour I have been on! We booked a tour to the Cliffs of Moher and our tour guide Frank was awesome !! He was so knowledgeable on facts of Ireland and took us to some beneath taking spots before reaching the cliffs! For what we paid 40$ each it was totally worth it I would highly reccomend this tour company to anyone that wants to see things outside of Dublin you will not regret it!
The trip was great overall, however, the driver/tour guide, Frank, was talking the whole ride to the castle and back. It was maddening.
We had a brilliant time on this tour! Val O'Brien was a phenomenal driver and tour guide. He kept us in stitches the entire time while being very informative and knowledgable about the areas we were visiting. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Ireland!
We did 2 tours in 2 days, our guides Darren and Frank were both amazing and full of great humor and knowledge about the different things that we were looking at as well as historical knowledge about Ireland. Both of these fellows threw in a "SURPRISE " for their bus crowds and they were incredible. For a first time long trip tour booking I was beyond impressed and would recommend Paddywagon Tours to anyone that wants a taste of Irish history and beauty.

Very fun trip to the cliffs of Moher and Val was the best tour driver I've ever had.
No information in French, no explanations given by the
driver in French, we managed, I will not recommend
not your agency to a Frenchman. It's a shame because the country was very
beautiful
Tour guide was pretty good. Went and saw Giants Causeway and Carrick a Dere. Was quite good.
PaddyWagon bus trip there was terrific with a knowlegeble guide/driver. The taxi trip around Belfast was good too especially to see the Peace Wall. It could have been shorter - a lot of detail given - leaving more time for Titanic, which was fantastic! Recommended.
My friend and I took the 4 day tour of Southern and Western Ireland and it was amazing! We were so lucky to get some great weather for April, which made the trip even more memorable. Our guide Malcom was awesome, he really knew the history of Ireland and also shared a lot of fun and crazy little tidbits here and there that kept us laughing. We had a small group of people on our tour, so it made things really easy to deal with. We could decide as a group where we wanted to stop for food and if we wanted to do one activity in favor of another. The B&B's we stayed at were all clean and comfortable and we got hot breakfast every morning. Not having to drive in Ireland was a great relief, so this tour was perfect. We could just stare out the window at all the amazing scenery.
I know that perhaps our experience was different than others who were on tours with big groups of people, so I couldn't be more thankful that we had the group we did and that Malcom was our tour guide. We had an incredible 4 days, learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and certainly made some lifelong memories. I will definitely be returning to Ireland someday and will most certainly use Paddywagon again!!!!
Very interesting tour. Loved the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and the Giant's Causeway. Enough stops to eat and toilet on the way. Friendly driver.
We had a fabulous time with Val O'Brien as our tour guide. He is the best tour guide ever. In addition to being very informative, he is a one-man show entertaining us as we traveled. He is so funny that I think he should get his own TV show.
This was the second time I've bought a day tour with Paddywagon and I don't regret it. The buses are comfortable and clean. The guides are very entertaining and good story tellers, they make the journey fun and far from being boring.
Very professional and very entertaining. The staff kept the trip not only informative but entertaining. Took us to some great sites. Well worth the time and money.
We did a tour to the cliffs of moher. Saw more then what was discribed, which was awesome. Lee was a great enthoussiastic guide, even though our fellow travelers were on low energy. We hope the 3 dutches gave a little bit energy for everyone who didn't Lee!
Cliffs of Moher tour was excellent. A great day out and value for money. Our driver John was great lovely man very professional and made the day even better. Highly recommend this tour with Paddywagon Tours
Our driver and guide, Aidan, provided us with a most enjoyable trip as we journeyed through beautiful countryside, various points of interest and striking scenic views. The long day was never boring, with Aidan offering interesting historic information, amusing anecdotes and pleasant music on the P.A. We highly recommend this tour!
Our bus was broken but we were not informed until called ourselves and harassed. Left an hour and half later.
We were on a cruise ship and obviously worried about the coaches being at the port and returning us on time but no worries. The coaches were
waiting for us (even though our ship docked 4 hours later then planned).
Paddywagon altered their itinerary so that we did the same trip but the other way round. We had lunch first as we set off much later then planned. There was enough time for us to have lunch at our first stop in Kinsale where we had lunch in the Blue Haven Hotel. Comfort, Good Food, & Good Service. We actually got so comfortable that we didn't see much of Kinsale, but it did look like an interesting town Our next stop was Blarney Castle. Long enough stop to kiss the Blarney Stone (which we didn't do because of climbing the stairs but other people did even though there was one hour wait. The gardens however were lovely.
Our driver kept us entertained all the way through our trip with Irish singing, & Tales. Really entertaining. would definitely tour with them again. Prices much better then the cruise ships and we arrived back in plenty of time
My sister and I did the Giants Causeway bus tour last Saturday. We got up early to drive to Dublin to catch the 7:20 bus at O'Connell Street. The bus driver, Gary, was friendly, informative, and had a fun attitude. He gave recommendations on things to make sure to see at each stop to maximize your experience. I enjoyed the stops, especially several locations that were used in filming of Game of Thrones. We spent about 13 hours on the bus tour, which does make for a long day. We saw several sites that we would not have seen if we ventured to the north on our own. Altogether, I would recommend the Giants Causeway bus tour. Thanks for a great day, Gary!
Best trip of my Life. Freddie our tour guide is hilarious. He made the Trip. I would recommend requesting him. Have an open mind to an Irish sense of humour and be prepared to laugh! We knew we were arriving late and the Bus and all 42 passengers waited for us. Everything was Awesome.
HIGHLY recommended! The driver was hilarious while also extremely knowledgeable and kind. The bus was comfortable and we stopped plenty of times for coffee, meals, bathroom breaks, etc. It was perfect for the first day of our Honeymoon! Thanks John if you read this!
Good experience, great value for your money and easy way to see a lot of sites.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable coach. Ideal for those trying to see as much as possible in a short time frame.
