In the afternoon (1615), I contacted the hotline for medical advice after receiving a report from a lab. After I was able to explain my concerns after several attempts with a distraught acting telephone lady (Mrs. ******), I was promised a recall of a doctor (at the latest 1930h) At 21 o'clock I inquired again about the hotline after the missing callback , I was told that this always works, but apparently not with me. I was advised to dial the hotline again, if the call back within 15 minutes again. Of course, this was out of the question for me, because I finally wanted to get the recipe and the medication. Therefore, I was already on the way to Permanence Winterthur when a doctor called me at 2150 o'clock, which from my experiences a language level German between A1 and A2 dominates. When I realized that it makes no sense to be advised by her, I have told her that it brings me nothing if I can put together what she tells me, but must assume that my request was neither communicated nor mediated.
