I was fascinated by the sights along the way & at the tourist attractions, specially the visit to creek-e-reed Island through Rope bridge.
However the best part was of pilot cum guide....sorry I couldn't get his name....my apologies....he was so eloquent during the journey(he must have kissed that famous stone at blarney).....right from history to current politics & future scenario holding for the country...that I could gather so much about the Ireland....way to go Paddywagon & My best of wishes!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Myself and 3 of my other friends called this company asking if they had/will be canceling their tour due to weather conditions as our other tour was cancelled with another company. This company assured us that they will not be canceling and even laughed at the fact when we told them about the other company who had cancelled on us. Feeling reassured we went ahead and booked the tour with them. WITHIN AN HOUR we received an email saying that our tour was cancelled. My friends and I have yet to receive a refund. This occured in February, it is now April. The company is refusing to give us a refund after they gave us false information and did not provide us with ANY services. I would recommend everyone to go with another company who is not afraid and can afford to give their customers a refund when necessary. What absolute garbage! This was such a scam for some quick and easy money from some tourist. CRIMINALS!

Definitely the best deal for seeing the Cliffs. The buses were comfortable and had wifi. The tour guide was really funny and made the trip more enjoyable.
The only downside was the short amount of time in the other stops. Some stops we only had 30 minutes, which was barely enough time to get through the bathroom line. The cliffs was the longest and we had an hour and 30 minutes, which still seemed like no time at all when we were there.
However, it's a long trip and they obviously do the best they can with the times, so I definitely do recommend it because it's the cheapest way for one to see Ireland and the cliffs.

The tour to Cliff of Moher was one of the best experiences of my life! James, our tour guide made the trip pleasent and the time on the road went fast. After we visited the Cliff we had the opportunity to make a quick stop to try Oysters for the first time. Thank you Paddy Wagon tours, I will definitly recommend you and if I return to Irland will take another tour with you.

Our tour to the Cliffs of Moher was as enjoyable as it was wet. The weather was terrible all along but that never effected the mood of the bus thanks to the wonderfull chauffor Richard o' Brian. His commentary and great attitude along with the nice quality of the seatings + wifi in the bus made sure that the whole-day trip was both fun and relaxing. The Cliffs were majestic to behold and the close-by museum a nice little add-on to fill out the time. Richard had a good feeling of where to spend more/less time at certain attractions, when to be talkative in the bus and when to let his passengers rest and could answer every question. If we had more time in Dublin we would probably take another trip with the company...

Terrible! The bus arrived at 7:40 and left before we arrived at the designated time of 7:50. Then we called the office within 10 minutes of arriving and they said the bus left for the day. We went and spoke with the "manager" who just yelled at us the entire time and refused a refund and told us we were lying. Worst customer service ever. Worst company.

We booked this tour with Paddywagon as an excursion from our recent British Isles Cruise during our port time in Cobh/Cork. We had a great day despite the rain. After a drive through the City of Cork, Jerry got us to Blarney Castle as quick as possible and had our tickets ready so we could skip the queue. We had 90 minutes at this stop. He suggested we head directly to the Castle if we wanted to "kiss the Blarney Stone" and we did. Due to the large tours who beat us there, the time to climb the stairs was about an hour but the views were so worth it! We decided not to share germs with the world or lay down on the very wet ledge ( it was raining pretty good by then) but we did get to see some great views while on top of the castle and the castle itself is worth the climb. From Blarney we headed to Kinsale and the sun gods took over and stopped the rain. We had about 2 hours at this stop which was plenty of time to stroll around and grab a bite to eat. We chose to eat at a cute little roadside place called the Cosy Cafe - excellent food and pastries! Back on the road again, and and some beautiful views of the countryside. It was a great (but long) day at the travel time from the Port of Cobh was about 90 minutes (which we knew ahead of time). Paddywagon staff was present and easy to find when we got off the ship once outside the gates and were friendly and helpful all along the way. Bus was comfortable and clean. Great day trip from the cruise port at more than half the cost of a ships tour!

Our tour guide, John, was excellent. Had excellent commentary and was very funny. We went to Giant's Causeway, which was incredible all by itself, but John made the whole experience that much better (even the longer driving parts). Would definitely recommend the Giant's Causeway tour, especially if John is your driver/guide.

This was Our First trip to Ireland and I have to say Everyone should make Ireland a destination on their bucket list that is a Must. My wife and I did TWO Paddywagon Tours and can't say enough about how much Fun we had. We took the Day Tour to The Cliffs of Moher first and had Kevin as our Guide leaving from Limerick. It was Fantastic. He knows Ireland and will answer any question you have. Our second tour from Limerick was the Ring of Kerry Tour which we had the privilege of having Michael who is One of a Kind Driver to a half way point where the second half of Our Tour was with Kevin again. Michael can Sing and has the nicest of Personalities a guide could have. He truly loves being a Paddywagon Driver/Guide. Both Drivers made Our Tours So Complete. They definitely know where to stop for Great Irish Food on the road. We only had Kevin and Michael as Drivers but feel that any Driver we would have gotten would not have mattered. Paddywagon without a doubt Cares about giving their passengers an incredible Experience no matter which Tour you choose. My wife and I will be back to take the Belfast Tour on a Paddywagon Bus.

Thank You Danny and Patty

Very good tour and guide, although its too bad that you have to pay extra for crossing the rope bridge. And on the back of the tickets that we got from our guide it said that they were for free entry. Thanks.

We'd booked a tour for the Cliffs of Moher, schedu...

We'd booked a tour for the Cliffs of Moher, scheduled for February 28th, 2018. Unfortunately, the Beast from the East ruined our plans and we received an email the day before telling us that the trip was cancelled.

We immediately called Paddywagon, provided the credit card details of the card we booked with and were promised a timely refund.

No refund was given.

After a month of emails that had been ignored, and multiple phone calls where we were assured that the a refund would be issued as soon as the manager returned from vacation, we were promised that a refund would be issued by the end of the week.

Much to our surprise, we received an email only two days later stating that Paddywagon does not issue refunds.

Now, had we cancelled last minute, or were this is any way our fault, I would understand. However, Paddywagon cancelled all tours that day, meaning they sent out no tours, spent no money in gas, and paid no employees. They are pocketing our money and refusing to refund it for no apparent reason. This is a deplorable business practice, and I would never book with Paddywagon again.

We booked our trip to Blarney Castle, Rock of Cashel & Cork City through Paddywagon and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Josh was a very knowledgeable, funny, and informative tour guide. My boyfriend and I learned so much about Ireland s history from Josh and he provided us with good food and drink recommendations in Cork City and in Dublin. He also provided lots of humor throughout our trip. Definitely worth booking through Paddywagon.

A fantastic tour to the up to The Giants Causeway and Belfast. Our driver was amazing! He sang (he was very good!) and talked with passion about Ireland s history. He told us stories from his childhood and played music from various Irish bands. Breaks were good and timed nicely. Would highly recommend!

We went for 2 tours Ring of Kerry and Cliff of Moher.. The tour starts on time and near St.Patricks bridge and our Driver/Guide was Mr.DJ amazing funny and keeps us engaged through out the trip.
Could have shared a printout of the Itinerary beginning of the tour for us to have a better understanding..
Try to book the tour directly through Paddy wagon as one couple booked their tour through Getyourguide and Paddywagon was not kept informed and they couple had no seats and were not able to join us and it was their anniversary too..

If you book any other tour while visiting Ireland, you're making a huge mistake! I was thoroughly impressed with Paddywagon Tours- it was one of our favorite days during our vacation. I received the recommendation from a friend, and will continue to recommend this company myself to anyone I know traveling to Ireland.

Our tour guide Richard was a wealth of information and had a great sense humor. I feel like we learned a lot both at our tour stops and during the drive to and from places. We were laughing the entire day and had such a wonderful time.

I have used Paddy Wagon a few times and have always recommend it without any problem. I have enjoyed the humour of the drivers, visited amazing places and always satisfied with their services, however although my last trip wasn't bad at all there were couple of things that I will flag and hopefully improve for future users :)

1) Very poor explanation about the places we were visiting (Connemara & Galway)
2) Chawing gum while talking on the microphone -.- doesn't sound nice.
3) No humour during the tour whatsoever.

These were minor things really which I have enjoyed in previous trips so i'd be cool if they were improved. Overall always highly recommended!

We took a tour to the Cliffs of Moher. We decided to book it very late the night before so it was great to find a spot there. The pick up was on time.
We got a guide called John Kelly who was the best! Very funny and entertaining but still left us some time to relax and rest during the drive. We made several short stops before and after the Cliffs. We were lucky to have a wonderful sunny day! I wish we had an extra half hour on the cliffs ( we had 1 hour 30min). But the other stops were also very nice. I would definitely recommend this company

Paddywagon 4 day Southwestern tour was fantastic. ...

Paddywagon 4 day Southwestern tour was fantastic. Our son and his girlfriend had recommended Paddywagon Tours, after having gone on a 2 day tour with them last year. We ended up having the same driver as they had on their tour (what are the chances of that?) We chose the 4 day tour, and the places we visited were beautiful ! Our driver RORY was informative, helpful, friendly, talkative (not ALL the time cause that would be annoying), easy to talk to, and an all around great guide. The people on the bus really bonded and got along well and I am sure some will stay in touch long after this trip. All the AirBnB places that were chosen for us to stay in provided safe, comfortable accommodations and check-in and check-outs were so easy. I would recommend Paddywagon tours to anyone.

My only negative comment was that the bus wifi wasn't working for the majority of the trip; something about a company wide network problem at the time.

I would like to suggest one thing about the way this southwestern tour was advertised. The last day of the tour is advertised as "..... and for our grand finale - the Guinness Storehouse and complements of the Paddywagon team have a pint of the black stuff, a big creamy pint of Guinness". It doesn't say you will actually be attending the Guinness tour. If I had known that, I would NOT have done the tour a few days prior (at a cost of 17.50 Euros). If you could add that to your information on-line I think it would be nice.

My wife and I took a Cliffs of Moher tour with Paddywagon and we had a superb time. The driver was excellent and full of knowledge with great stories and the west coast of Ireland was truly beautiful. The cliffs were awesome and as pretty as on TV and our pub lunch at Doolin was traditional and a pleasure to wash down with a pint of guinness. Overall a great experience and one We would highly recommend..!

Dissapointed!

Dissapointed!
I was coming from Ukraine especially fo Giants Causeway! I decided to choose your tour as it started lated of all. I asked the Belfast staff if I will be in time if I take the train from Dundalk (according to tima table it arrives to Belfast at 9.45). I twice beggesd to wait for me (you might understand that coming from Ukraine is very important andnot cheap, for that one single tour!). And what turned to be? THE TRAIN WAS LATE. You see. Not me. The train! The bus didn't wait!I ask for the compensation of my money - I realise that you are not responsible for the Railway work, but who is? A tourist? A guest in your country? A stranger who cried in the centerof Belfast on my birthday? I can't beleive this is my fault. It was your caontry's train that coma late. It was the reson I could go for the tour. I demand the ticket price should be compensated.

I joined Paddywagon on their 6 Day All Ireland tour and had the greatest experience I could have asked for! Not only was the countryside breathtaking, but the tour itself involved so much adventure and our driver always had us on our toes waiting for the next joke, story, or sing-along! I made so many friends as our guide was sure to keep us all talking and we quickly became like a close-knit family. I wanted to see as much as this enchanting country as possible and that is exactly what Paddywagon offered and more! I highly recommend this company to anyone traveling on their own or with friends. You won't regret it!!!! Thanks Paddywagon! :)

Great tour.. Ample time given at all the spots. Driver gave us good tips to maximise our time at each attraction. Driver was very organized, though he could have done with way less of history lessen. Him constantly speaking about hundred of years old historical accounts may not interest everyone. Also the paddywagon buses need to be upgraded to have more comfortable seats.. I also did a Darby O'gill tour today and I must say their buses are way more comfortable and their tours are as good as yours but at a lesser price. I have been a paddywagon fan for a long time but I would say I was pleasantly surprised with Darby O'Gill.. Paddywagon team you need to buckle up.. younger competitor can fast catch up or may even overtake you...

We did Giants Causeway tour, was a great tour, driver/host Paul was fantastic so knowledgeable and passionate about Ireland and it s significant events, had a great array of Irish musicians cds to play and sing also Saw loads of great scenery, the stop at Giants Causeway felt a bit rushed, not really enough time to have a meal at hotel, walk and explore causeway and go into Information centre, we missed the centre totally.
Stop in Belfast was great, Paul s suggestions for the time there were achievable and worthwhile.
We d do a Paddywagon tour again!

Bring a warm jacket and lots of room for photos on your camera!
Wow! What a way to see Ireland on a time crunch!!! We took this 12 hour tour across Ireland to the Cliffs of Mohr and loved it!!! Our guide, Gerry, was humorous, patient, and very interesting. We had lunch at a beautiful pub, with the best seafood soup and salmon/hake dishes. (We recommend both highly). The trip brought us past many small and large castles, which we were only able to see from the outside, but that was enough. (My husband and I did a later tour of Dublin Castle to round out our tour of Ireland). The cliffs are AMAZING, but very very very windy. Expect to see a lot of rainbows on this trip (including several doubles at a time), but that also means a lot of quick showers. Make sure you have many layers on so that you can add and subtract as needed. The cliffs were so windy that we guesstimated 125 mph! But definitely worth it.

Good tour if you're not looking to drive yourself. I wish there was a bit more time at the Blarney stop. Tour guide Frank was knowledgeable and had good stories. Cork was a lovely stop! On Cliffs of Moher Tour, I was disappointed with Galway stop. It was just a rest stop. The rest of the day was nice though.

So I took two Paddywagon tours, but it will only let me post once.. so here it goes.
I did the 6-day around-the-isle tour and it was FANTASTIC!!! Had a fantastic time and met so many great people. Our guide, Rory, was one of the best parts of the trip. Super funny and informative and really tried to connect with us throughout the trip which I appreciate. I did the hostel option which wasn't great at the beginning (Paddywagon you can get better places!), but it gets better throughout the week (you don't spend much time in the rooms anyway and it just helped all of us bond anyway). If you have the time, definitely do this trip (10 stars!!).

After my 1st tour, I took a 2nd tour on a day trip to Glendalough and Killkenny. Glendalough is absolutely gorgeous! Seriously bring flip flops and a towel on a sunny day to enjoy the lake.
Kilkenny is a cool medieval city where you can explore the castle and Smithwick Brewery. We had 2.5 hours so it's a good place to walk around and relax without feeling rushed. The driver Tom has definitely done the tour a million times but was nice enough. I wish he had given a little more direction at the lakes because it wasn't clear where we were supposed to go from the parking lot. For 25 euros, it's a great way to get out of Dublin and enjoy nature and a small town.

My friend and I did the 6 day all Ireland tour and it was nothing short of outstanding. Being able to go to Northern Ireland was a real treat and I highly recommend the black taxi tour in Belfast. Also, the walking tour in Derry with Rory was amazing and probably the highlight of my trip. Our driver/guide, Brian, was very knowledgable and quite funny. He provided plenty of helpful recommendations. Most of the accommodations were good (we did the B&B option) although at one location my friend and I had to share a bed when we had specifically requested two beds. We had plenty of time at all the stops, including some quicker stops that provided for some great photo ops. I would highly recommend Paddywagon Tours in the future.
