Did Cliff s of Moher tour and it was wonderful. Our driver and guide was Val and I can t say enough about him. He was only out done by the magnificent scenery. He was just the best! I d highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Paddywagon for a great experience.

A horrible experience They canceled the reservation and did not return the money. The proposed solution is to go around another day ... I live in Cayenne (French Guiana) I can't take advantage of the tour another day. Don't take this tour, there are better options ...
Was on trip with family to Cliffs of Moher from Dublin. Bus was very tidy and comfortable, with wifi onboard; was on time and very comfortable ride. Booked in for the next day without any problems. Driver/guide Garry was very friendly and gave us extra insight in places we visited, in entertaining way. It is just an introduction for potential longer stay though, as we didn't have time to stay at places longer than 30mins (with exception of Cliffs, hour and a half there). Very good experience overall!
Great tour! Got to see the Irish countryside with some wonderful stops along the way and an engaging tour guide. Only complaint is that we didn't get quite enough time at the Cliffs of Moher, but for a tour I think that's inevitable. A great option or those who want to see Ireland but are only in town for a short while, like our group was.
So so good! Ok John. I had my Limerick but since nobody else had one I didn t want to be the only nerd on the bus that did their homework
Once there was a driver called John He was quick with a song and a yarn If he drove too close to the cliffs We all would be stiffs But I m writing this limerick So wasn t the case, isn t it So John, its a good days work done.
This tour was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves throughout the day. Tiernan, our tour guide, was very engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd recommend him and this tour. Thanks!
The bus driver did his best to make the trip entertaining. Only for him I already have to recommend traveling with them. The excursion to Moher was great
Everything very well organized and planned. However, it would be better if more time is planned at the destination stations and instead arrive a little later in the evening
This was a wonderful tour, jam-packed with sights and information of the prettiest sights in southern Ireland. Jared was a great driver/guide with a wealth of knowledge about the country's history, economy, some political info, and culture. In addition he showed patience and warmth towards all of us. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to improve the Waterford experience, especially as this was the first night stop. The hotel and location on the outskirts of the city was a letdown. (this is why the 4 star rather than 5 star rating) However the second night in a quaint thatched roof hotel more than made up for it! From then on the sights and trip kept skyrocketing into one of the best experiences I've ever had! Amazing country and people!
Does what it says on paper, so no surprises there. The coach was quite uncomfortable because of the air blowing on all of us constantly and air con was so loud, it gave me a headache.
We took advantage of four tours organized by them. We had a great time, the drivers were always very friendly, the tours very interesting and we never had a single problem. Of course, the times are a little tight, but it is also normal if it is a trip made in one day, where more places are visited. In any case absolutely recommended
We called in March and were told we would be getting a refund within 10 business days for our trip that we cancelled. I have not gotten a refund still 7 months later. They are not responding to any of my emails and I have been calling, but have been unable to get a hold of anyone. We were going to book with them when we planned on coming back, but after all of this I will not be booking our family vacation through them. We will be looking at other more honest companies. We feel like we have been scammed out of $3,000.
Dermont, the driver was fantastic! Not only did he tell wonderful stories and share great insights into the various landmarks we passed, but he was trying just an excellent, all-around driver. We never had to worry about our safety on those narrow streets, which is the whole point begins a vacation.
We also loved seeing the Dark Hedges and the Giant's Causeway. We never felt rushed or that we had too little time to see the various sites. Thank you Paddywagon!
Very complete tour, ideal to exploit a day in Ireland 100% knowing its different faces, its best landscapes, its people and even its culture. Fall in love with Ireland in 12 hours, led by Paddy Wagon guides who fill you with history, comfort and joy! Highly recommended!
Nice tour, lunch options and schedule -45 minutes- were a bit disappointing but I guess that was the best a small coastal town like Doolin could offer. All in all quite ok experience.
Went on the Day tour to the Rock of Cashel, Blarney Castle and Cork City. Tour was really enjoyable, comfortable coach with plenty of space. The stops did not feel rushed with plenty of time to explore. Would absolutely recommend this day trip.
Hi folk! I would like to share with you the bad experience we had with the company, it was unbelievable how the driver let us down leaving belfast withou us arranging the time at 4.10 pm and waiting from 4pm, i wouldn't recommend anybody to trust in them as they dont care to set off without counting us.
The worst tour ever Giant s causeway I paid for an hour in Belfast I got 35 minutes we didn t stop at the castle because the driver said we were late And we weren t since i was checking the clock and everyone on the bus were always on time Also in Belfast the driver told us he is not going to wait and if we miss the bus we will have to take the train
Ridiculous and when you sell something offer the correct product and not something just to get our money And i will not forget the dirty buses Awful and unprofessional
Went on day trip to Giant's Causeway yesterday with Paul as driver. It was a great day out made all the better for Paul's pleasant and informative chat during the trip. I'd never been on a coach trip before and will definitely do it again. It was highly organised which saved delays. A couple more hours at the Causeway would have been ideal but Paul explained about the time restrictions so understand why. Thanks for a great day out.
We just returned home to the states from 9 days in Cork, and had PaddyWagon transport us from Dublin to Cork and then we took day tours with them to Cashel, Kilarney, Killkenny, Blarney, Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher to name a few. They were incredibly nice, and we had lots of craic (fun) on the trips with our drivers/guides. Prices were very reasonable and they were very accommodating. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to tour in Ireland.
This was great! Even though it was raining off and on, it was overall a great experience and a very quick and easy way to see a lot of County Kerry. On my bus, you could barely hear the bus driver / guide. Not sure if it was just my bus or all buses.
A great way to see Ireland without having to worry about anything other than showing up to the pickup spot on time. I am already looking forward to my next tour.
DENIED a CREDIT for a CANCELLED TOUR! I foolishly recommended your company to my daughter and her friends and unfortunately their tour to the cliffs was cancelled due to the weather last weekend "Beast from the east". I was shocked that they have been refused a refund for a cancelled tour by Paddywagon Tours. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that she and 2 of her friends have to throw away over $50 USD for a trip that never happened. Your customer service is awful and unresponsive. I will warn other parents whose kids study abroad or visit Ireland to avoid your company. Great timing that Chicago's SouthSide Irish Parade is this weekend so it'll be easy to spread the word.
The Ring of Kerry tour was nice but I was confused that we didn't stop in Dingle and instead stopped at Inch beach for a seemingly unnecessary amount of time. I would definitely change that in the future. Also, there was less information given than I expected, but the buses were comfortable and well equipped.
A shame. They fooled us everywhere. We did the Cliffs & Galway tour. We wanted to see the cliffs from the boat and in the company's brochure it was specified that the price of it was 10 euros. When we got there, they wanted to make us pay 20. The pamphlet also said that the stop in Galway was 90 minutes, but we only stopped for an hour, so in the end we didn't have time to see almost anything. In addition, the bus did not have toilets, and on such a long trip without stops I see it more than necessary. We finally arrived in Dublin an hour earlier than planned. Come on ... a scam! DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
Great experience and worth it. We got to hear a little history, the tour guide (Jerry) was upbeat and fun but not overboard, stopped in a few beautiful places along the way, had a great place to eat, and of course the cliffs!
Thank you for a wonderful experience made even beter by our guide Malcolm, who contributed with his knowledge, kindheartedness and patience. He truelly brought everything to life. I can and will recommend this tour to evereybody I know.
We missed our bus the first time around and the lad in the Paddywagon store was extremely helpful in helping us rebook it for another day. The process was a lot easier than I expected. The trip itself was brilliant. Our driver was Gerry - a lovely lad with some great stories about Ireland. Being Irish ourselves we didn't think we had much to learn - but much to our surprise we learnt loads of new stuff! There was a lot more to the trip than just seeing the Cliffs of Moher. We had 4 different stops on the way there and back. Was a truly brilliant day and would recommend it to both tourists and Irish people too!
Had an amazing experience on the Cliffs of Moher tour out of Dublin. The driver was very entertaining, the sites were stunning, and the restaurant we stopped at was amazing!
I had such an amazing time. I went on the small groups. First trip was to Glendalough and Blarney castle & Tipperary , Cashel castle. The second tour was Cliffs of Moher & Doolin village. Both drivers were amazing full of information. I would definitely recommend these tours when you re visiting Dublin
This would be a 5* review but for the fact that we got tourist stopped once too often when we could just have focused on the Cliffs and spent more time there. Fortunately, We got lucky and had great weather the whole day. And our driver Gavin was a delight!
We took 2 tours from Dublin, Cliffs of Moher and Giant's Causeway, and had a great experience on each. Rory and Patrick were both entertaining and informative guides/drivers and each had a bit of Blarney in them. We travelled in a comfortable 16 person motorcoach allowing us access to places the larger buses couldn't go. The stops were well spaced and we felt like we had ample time at each location. The overall feeling was each tour was personalized to our needs. When we return to Dublin we'll be booking with Paddywagon tours again.
Our driver to Dingle Peninsula Paudie was excellent. He had so many nice and interesting stories to tell, was funny and very kind. Thanks much to him again! We really enjoyed our tour and highly recommending to everyone.
As a single traveller I joined up for the 6 day tour of ALL of Ireland. Some of my friends had previously done this tour and recommended it to me. They gave it high praise and it didn't disappoint. In fact it was so much greater than expected.
I signed up for the "Economy Tour" So I was staying in BnB's around Ireland and they were all spectacular little family run places. Very clean with amazing breakfasts in the mornings.
As for the tour. There are two major components that made it so fantastic. The first being the route and the locations visits. All of which were fantastically organised and planned. Plenty of time in each place and timed to the T but also with plenty of time in each place to do activities and also to spend some of your own time exploring.
The second part of the tour and its a much bigger component than you would think is the tour Driver. We had a guy called Brian. Actually not just a Guy but a Legend of . Guy. In Ireland you would consider him Grand.
Brian took care of the whole logistics component of the tour, got us from place to place taught us so much about the history of the island both the northern side and the republic of Ireland. He gave us personal stories of living and growing up as well as introduced us to friends and locals along the way. He was always super clear and helped by being super accomodating. He even booked a doctor for some one on the tour ahead of our arrival so it would be easier for them.
In the evenings he would join us for a chat as we had a drink and showed us the locations for the best music and atmosphere in each town. By the end of the 6 days you really felt like you were saying goodbye to a friend.
So yes. This tour is amazing. From Dublin to Belfast, Londonderry down the west coast and back to your final pint of Guiness in Dublin it is worth it from beginning to end. If you really want a bonus on the tour as if Brian is available to take you round.
Would recommend to any one travelling the island. The included activities on the tour pay for itself. The are a couple of bonus activities I would also recommend at additional cost (Black Cab Tour or Belfast, Horse and Cart ride in Kilkenny).
Just book it today.
P.S for those of you wondering or a little concerned like I was. Our tour was mixed aged from people 19 years old through to their late 60's. It wasn't a Booze Bus or a bunch of young people. It was a family of awesome people from across the globe and they become your friends really fast.
It depends on the tour guide and the place you go. The Cliffs of Mother tour was amazing thanks to Jack, great guide and better person, a culture vulture full of great stories. However, the one to Connemara and Galway was not so good. The only place we enjoyed somehow was Cong, and we only had 1 hour to rush into the woods and take some nice pics. Connemara? I don't remember it! We didn't even stop for a given time, only to take some pictures so...the name of the trip shouldn't have Connemara on it. Galway? 1h45min...an impossible task. We didn't enjoy it because we had to find a place to buy lunch and we were given no info about what to visit. So would I recommend paddy wagon tours? Again, depending on the place and the amount of people who booked the tour. It's so crowded (around 50 tourists) that it felt like a speed tour: chop chop chop. Hope the next half day trip is better
Really great tour, highly recommend. Ask the driver which way the bus will be driving to the cliffs so you can sit on the side with the coast view. Also, bring rain gear cause it's most likely going to be raining.
The tour guides are so funny and knowledgeable. I laughed and learned the whole day. Loved it! I recommend taking at least one tour with these folks, greatly worth it.
We took the day tour from Dublin to Kerry. Our experience was very good and worth the price. The guide - driver knew the place very well and kept us informed all the while and had a good sense of humor. The WiFi was good in the bus. I would just like to suggest two things - as this trip is very far in terms of travel time a more comfortable bus would be nice to have and lastly we were three-me, my wife and daughter who was nine, still I had to pay the whole price for the child, so it would be nice if you charge kids with appropriate charges as other tours do. Overall the experience was great, we are certainly looking for another trip with paddywagon.
Wish there was more specific information on how the two day tours would work - even if sent with the confirmation. I was a bit nervous about having to change buses the second day in order to be able to return to Dublin. While this occurred without a hitch, and the drivers knew the expectation, it was still a little unnerving as a solo traveler. Other than that, the tour was great!
Really great tour! I went on the half day Glendalough/Wicklow tour, and had a great time. Our 'guide', Alex, was an excellent storyteller. Very funny and knowledgeable. The walk the Glendalough Park was beautiful! I highly recommend if you have a half day and need some ideas! (Oh, and he was on time, both there and back, so no worries if you have a schedule to keep!)
Sorry, the email below was sent on 05/09/2019, please could you give me an answer regarding the service paid and NOT RECEIVED. Thank you.
Goodnight. I hereby want to make a complaint regarding the tour in Spanish to the cliff of moher, specifically pointed to the guide, who left my friend and me to our luck in Galway today, specifically when leaving Galway way to the cliffs. It had been set as the departure time for Galway at 1:45 p.m., which my friend and I could not meet, since unfortunately we confused the way back to the bus, I received a call via cell phone from the guide at 13: 53hs which I can not answer but I return the same at 13:54 pm commenting that we were already close to the bus to which he replies that we run to it since they were leaving. After a few minutes and given my and my friend's desperation to find the bus, we realize that the place where we thought the bus was was not where we had arrived at the time (we realized after we were only two hundred meters from where it was the bus) at that time I call the guide at 1:57 pm as you can see in the photos that I enclose, and I mention that we are not finding the bus, that we were circling in the same place and detail exactly where we were, I also ask that you please tell me your address so I can look it up in google maps and run there, to which it tells me that you were already moving, again I ask you to tell me a meeting point to be able to find us and you answer that you already know it has to go and we take a bus to the cliffs of moher that leaves the plaza (that was all the information that he gave me about this bus, he did not give me any other indication) to this I want to point out again the abandonment by d the guide since he did not give more information than that, but hey, we ran to look for a place to take a bus and asked if they indicate the bus stop, there they tell us that just at 3:00 p.m. a bus would be leaving, arriving just To the cliffs at 5:20 p.m., I asked the guide for their arrival time, and he replied that they would be arriving at 3:15 p.m. and returning at 4:45 p.m., I commented that the bus only left at 15: 00h to which he does not give me any answer, leaving us to our luck in that place without knowing if we had the resources to return, or time to go to the cliffs and return to Dublin or if we were even able to communicate in English or if That day we had another commitment such as a flight or something, he did not consult us at all, he left us without more and he just communicated again 3 HOURS later, at that moment we were already with my friend on a bus returning to Dublin feeling abandoned by part of your company and quite disappointed by the serv icio that we had hired, to that I comment that it would be irresponsible of me to give a recommendation to a friend to hire a tour with you if this is the type of treatment that they usually give their guides. To all this I clarify I hope that you give me an answer to all this since we pay for a service that we do not receive. Thank you
Richard was an amazing guide! Witty, hard-working, personable...really excellent. He managed to to get us to a few extra spots by humorously encouraging the group to stay punctual.
The 9-days tour with Paddywagon was a great thrill. We stayed in hostels and they were good. Only the one in Belfast can use a update. Also, inspite of the skills of the driver, i dont think the bus, Mercedes Turas is the best bus for the tours in Ireland. The semi automatic gearbox didnt always coose the best gear for driving through the hills and over the coastalways. But never the less the trip was great, Ireland even better. The site we have visit were grand. I would advise my friend the Paddywagon Tours if they ever want to visit Ireland and want te see as much as possible.
Wrong. Nothing recommended. Dublin tour on the way to the giants and Belfast. Since we left Dublin they have changed the itinerary for the interests of the company, so that in the end there was no time to see Belfast. The driver is unpresentable (he talks on the phone without hands-free, he guides and he gestures constantly releasing the wheel, even overtaking, all day in a bad mood, ...) The guide is simple or not very decisive.
This place have good tour sercive throughout the week and also affordable..it has hostel facility aswell with the breakfast in the morning...the location is exactly at the centre of everything and facilities are also good here
Had a great day yesterday with Val our tour guide, he was as informative as he was entertaining which really made the experience as it was a long drive. We took the tour from Dublin to the Giants Causeway and it was definitely worth the trip. I'd highly recommend the tour to anyone. Thanks
took the trip with berry to galway and connemara. we had just 1.5 hrs at galway and came back to Dublin 1.5 hrs ahead of time so basically almost all day was on the roads and gas stations to stretch our legs . if you are expecting to see connemara this is deffenetly not the tour for you. But i made a great tour with Paddywagon before that trip- it was a 2 day trip to cliffs of mohar and ring of kerry, the tour guide was Frank and he was great and funny, told us lots about Ireland history.
We booked the 2-day trip to Ring of Kerry & Dingle, and I would definitely recommend! Our driver, John D, was amazing! He booked us tickets to the Celtic dance show (5/5 would recommend as well!). I've been on other Paddywagon tours before (Giant's causeway, Cliffs of Moher) but this trip is my favorite.
Wonderful!!! We had the best guide/driver Frank!!!! He gave us great information and made the tour so much fun!!! If you could only do one tour Giants Causway with Frank is it!!!!
Our tour guide was fantastic! The perfect amount of knowledge, humor, and story telling. We had a clear outline of what our day was going to look like. I had such a great experience with Paddywagon tours and would recommend it to anyone.
