Its my second time with Paddy wagons and I will go again with them. Drivers are guides and so funny and lovely. Nothing but good words.

Val our tour guide was informative and entertaining. He got us ahead of the crowds. Would highly recommend Paddywagon tours to everyone. We also took a Paddywagon tour to Blarney Castle when we were in Cork. Again, it was a great tour with Gabriel being our tour guide.
Our driver, John, did an outstanding job. He told stories, sang songs, and kept everyone entertained. He also did a great job of communicating when everyone needed to be back at the bus to leave for the next destination. We were very happy that we booked with Paddywagon Tours, and we would definitely recommend them to friends and book with them again ourselves.
The Cliffs of Moher with the Cruise option is fantastic! It was a wonderful day through the Irish countryside. Our guide/bus driver was very nice and very knowledgeable, the sights were BEAUTIFUL, the transportation was comfortable, and it was a great way to experience the western part of Ireland in a day-trip experience.
It was a great day to be visiting the Giant's Causeway and we took Paddywagon tours for all of our tours there. The drivers are friendly and made great tour guides.
The Cliffs of Moher tour was fantastic. It was very busy but allowed for the perfect amount of time to stop at the Cliffs, which were astoundingly beautiful. The tour was brilliant value for money as well and we had a really enjoyable day.
Loved the tour to Northern Ireland, Val is a great driver and very funny he makes the tour more enjoyable.
Marvellous tour. Well organized and excecuted, the guide was prepared and punctual
Gavin was our driver and to sum it up in 3 words he was hilarious, chill, and knowledgable. Overall, we had a wonderful time!
Aiden was awesome. We had a wonderful time. With perfect weather that day, it couldn t have been a better trip to the Cliffs of Moher and all the other fun stops.
Bailey and Eduardo were awesome. We had a great time and learned a lot about Ireland on the tour. Plenty of time at locations and lively times on the bus!
We had the best of days under Val's knowledgeable and fun guidance. And the weather was gorgeous too - which made our experience all the more pleasant and memorable. Everything was timed perfectly, so that we had enough time to see different things (not just the Cliffs but also the Burren and the Baby Cliffs which were amazing!) and also had time for lunch in Doolin village - delicious fish chowder! - and coffee at Bunratty Castle. Excellent planning, excellent execution, an incredible trip! Thank you, Val and Paddywagon! xx
Paul was an amazing tour guide. He sang us Irish songs and told us stories of during our drive. This is a must see for people visiting Ireland.
good trip - entertaining driver and good choice of locations
I am not a big fan of guided tours. I like to explore places on my own. But due to paucity of time while planning, i booked a guided tour with Paddywagon to explore the causeway. LOVED the experience! Though definitely you have to return to the bus on time, because ofcourse there are other people as well.
Our guide, mr T and his mascot, entertained us all the way with the jokes and interesting info. They also paid for our entry tickets to Carrick- a- rede and the causeway. So if you are into guided tours, do go with Paddywagon. It's worth it.
Excellent tour. Thought this might be the usual tour where they fill up the bus with as many people and play or speak to a pre-recorded scripts. Our guide, Big Chief Mike, was great, injecting his Irish personality throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend and use Paddywagon tours when we return to Ireland.
If you are really strapped for cash and just need a cheap way to get around, the Paddywagon Ring of Kerry tour may be OK. Otherwise...I can't recommend it. While the pick up was easy and people were friendly, the driver was also the tour guide and it was a weird set up. We were picked up in Limerick by one driver and smaller bus, taken to Killarney (late, as the driver took a residential route tour to run by his house) and then switched buses with another driver for the actual tour. It was frustrating to lose time in Killarney because it looked like a cute town (we basically had enough time to get a Starbucks and use a bathroom). Then on the rest of the tour, the second driver spoke with a VERY heavy accent and quickly - a native English speaker myself, I could only understand maybe 50% of what he said. He also drove too fast over bad roads that made the bumpy road even worse. While the tour spots in general were nice, I think it would have been much better on our own or with a private tour
It was an excellent tour. The guide was nice and well-informed. It would have been nice if traditional Irish music could have been played in the coach on the way.
Very well organized Ring of Kerry tour from Cork! Very nice and nice driver, he advised us in the best way.
Take the pain out of car hire and public transport around Irish and hop on a Paddy Wagon instead. Yes, sort of goofy, but also a lot of fun. You'll be bunched in with a fairly disparate group of people and depending on the tour you pick you'll be shuttled around the country to some of the top tourist destinations. If people are in Ireland for more than a week I often recommend that they give these guys a shout. What you lose in adventure, you gain in making friends, and just concentrating on the sight seeing and partying.
very good, But the driver could speak slowly I had difficult to understand him.
You will always be guaranteed a great tour with Paddywagon. Like any bus tour the time at destinations is limited, you don't really have a chance to explore. But it's cheap, it's a bus tour, and for people who want to just take photos and selfies it's great. A bus tour is a great introduction to a country though, and if you want to explore, go back on your own the next time.
Our driver Derek was very informative and friendly throughout our trip as well as about what else to do for the rest of our stay in Dublin. Would highly recommend this tour!
The driver/guide knows a lot and it`s kind nice, but he also speaks very much, like a lot.
Went on the tour to giants causeway yesterday ... had an absolutely fantastic day ... the driver was hilarious and made the whole experience so much better ... would recommend this tour to everyone and well worth the money .. cheap as chips ... Will be taking another tour very soon
All the drivers were great and the tours were incredible!!!!!
Beautiful scenery! It was extremely windy in October reports were 45 KM/MPH. It would be best to have a heavy jacket! Our tour was from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher about a 2 hour trip. There is food at the Cliffs. You may want to spend about 2 hours at the Cliffs. Unless you don t want photos. If you plan on driving beware the roads are puny! We road a bus down and the bus could barely fit down the road. The journey is a two way road, but not really. I hope you enjoy your time as I have!
I've had most PW's tours and they're mostly good, especially the drivers are greatly entertaining, but the day tours feel extremely hasty especially the ring of kerry one, with very few interesting stops. The RoK one - I found it particularly disappointing, as you get a lengthy stop in Killarney but everything else is hasty and no stops for pictures anywhere near Dingle Peninsula (Inch Beach which is nearby isn't a great sightseeing spot).
Really fun day trip to see and learn about Northern Ireland. Our bus driver was funny, friendly, and really knowledgable. Great time!
I enjoyed the entire experience of traveling to Moher, the pit stops and also John's spiel. 1.5 hours however isn't enough time to spend at the Cliffs of Moher.
Very friendly staff. Efficient and were eager to get us to our destination on time. The tour guide Lee made the experience memorable with his history about the area
We had an excellent 2 day West Tour with Paddywagon Tours. We went on a smaller bus, which suited us better. The tour was scenic and informative. We really enjoyed our night at Galway, where we had dinner with the other bus passengers, and loved the Cliffs of Mohr. I would highly recommend this tour.
We had a bad weather day but our tour guide was excellent, keeping us entertained along the way to the Cliffs of Moher. Beautiful scenery and a must do if you have a full free day in Dublin.
Great experience, great host. One let down as drop off back in Dublin was not clearly stated and I got lost as first time in Dublin. Was hoping to be drop off at the same place I was getting in to the bus.
Great tour company! We have done two trips with them both on separate trips and would use them again in a heart beat when we go back to Ireland.
I wish I could remember our driver's name yesterday on the Limerick to Dingle tour. He was wonderful, told great stories, took us to an awesome dog show, and most important got us over the cliffs safely on a very dreary, foggy day. Some stops we couldn't make because of the fog, but I still got a couple of great pictures from the bus looking straight down the cliffs.
A highly recommended tour. It's worth the bus hours. And Fran, the guide, very nice, made the tour very fun.
I had a great time on the day trip to cliffs of moher. I believe our group had Lee and he was so personable and friendly. Unfortunately, that day the bus continued to break down, which is in nobodies control. He handled the situation well and our trip wasn't shortened at all because of this either.
The cliffs are beautiful and a must see!
I would definitely do another day trip with paddy wagon tours if i go back to Dublin!
My mother, daughter and I took the 4 day tour in the B&B s. They were all adorable , clean and well kept B&B s. We enjoyed evey night stay. Sean and Aaron were our tour guides , they were exceptional!! We had so much fun on our bus with Sean the last 3 days....and the awesome group of people we were with made the trip a memorable one! Great times, amazing sites ,lots of laughs and new friends!! Sean was very helpful, organized and patient with all our groups questions and some very hard to please , He remained gracious and kind! We all were so impressed! Thanks Paddywagon for such wonderful memories for us!
Paul was fantastic and helped us a lot. The company can be proud of that Man. And the trip was awesome.
Excellent trip. The driver was very knowledgeable and accommodating to us. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to explore Irland. Had a wonderful visit to the Cliffs of Mohr.
The tour was very good! Our guide gave good and fun information during the tour and made this day a day to remember! The bus was very comfortable and all the stops along the way where very well planned. This tour is highly recommended if you want to see the amazing landscape of Ireland! A special thanks to our guide Val, for making us laugh through out the whole day while learning us about the history of Ireland.

Dear Sir/Madam:
My wife and I recently went on one of your three day tour excursions. Our driver was Freddie Ryan aka Leo.
I am writing to let management know that Freddie was the most amazing tour guide and guardian of the trip. Unequivocally, he alone. made the trip, informative, fun and safe.
In my opinion Freddie has the elusive quality to make all feel comfortable and at ease and made the entire group on our bus a friendly, interactive unit. My wife and I truly enjoyed the entire experience and give highest accolades to Freddie for making it be what it was an AWESOME ADVENTURE !
If all of your tour guides and drivers have the ability of Freddie, it is no wonder Paddywagon is a successful enterprise.
I am looking forward my next visit to Ireland and my next experience with Paddywagon!
Most sincerely,
Mark R
We had a wonderful experience traveling with Paddywagon Tours. The people in the office were very courteous and friendly, as well as the drivers and our guide's. We would recommend the tours from Paddy wagon to anyone traveling in Ireland they do go the extra mile. Thank you for a wonderful time traveling around Ireland. We do hope to get back and experience more of this wonderful country of Ireland.
Top tour with Michael as a bus driver to the Cliffs of Moher and Ring of Kerry. Heard many stories about fairies, sheep, Ireland in general. Super good entertainment and singing bus driver. Simply good.
I've done two tours with PaddyWagon now. Both were fantastic. Most recently, I did a tour to the Giants Causeway with tour guide Val. I can't decide which was better - seeing the actual causeway, or Val's commentary and personality. Definitely would not have been the same tour without him, so PaddyWagon obviously know what they're doing with who they hire as tour guides! I highly recommend going with PaddyWagon for your tours while in Ireland.
We've done 3 Paddywagon tours now and had a blast! All the guides were lovely. We did go in the off season so nothing felt rushed and the organization is amazing. I'd definitely recommend touring with them.
Our tour guide Val was entertaining and helpful. Couldn't ask for better.
Absolutely great tour, but all tour stops are rushed, not enough time to enjoy the beautiful places!
Had two tours with Paddy Wagon. This is a reliable company and our tour guides were so funny and responsible. It makes me feel that they put their passion into their work and bring joy to all the people from all over the world on their buses. Nice company and nice employees!
Had a wonderful tour of Carrig-a-Rede rope bridge and the Giant Causeway. Very enjoyable full day with other stops along the way. Our driver, John Kelly, was really nice and and provided lots of information of the local area and the areas that we were visiting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast.
The Cliffs of Moher are awsome and we visited a few places very cute and beautiful.
The tour was incredible. Our guide explains everything very well, he was very funny.
We did the 2 day tour of Belfast and the Giant Causeway, leaving from Dublin. I can t say enough good things about James, our first day driver. He was very professional and so very knowledgeable about the history of the country and places we visited; a gentleman and a proud Irishman. We had Richard on the second day and he was also very good in his own way, with jokes and knowledge of the areas. Overall two fantastic touring days despite a bit of rain on the second day. Bus was spotless each day and the B&B and lunch arranged for us through them was great. Would book with them again. Thanks !
Very impressed. Tiernan was a rockstar and really made sure we enjoyed it, took good care of us.
DO NOT CONTRACT FOR SPANISH. The trip went well and the places were magnificent because of Wicklow, but we hired the trip in Spanish and in the end we got an Irish guide with a closed accent. We did not understand anything about the trip and we had already paid for a service in Spanish. A fraud.
I loved the guided tour by Mr. Valentine O'Brien and would strongly recommend him to be tour guide.
Ring of Kerry from Killarney on 14 April 2017. The driver Freddy made my day! Despite rainy weather, he entertained us all way long, told interesting stories, joked, sang.. Thank you Freddy!
Very informative and entertaining. The stops along the way on the Cliffs of Moher tour were breathtaking! Really an experience to do. Would definitely recommend
If I could leave less than one star I would; My partner booked a tour for us from Belfast to Giant's Causeway. We received a booking confirmation and an itinerary that said we'd be picked up from the meeting point at 09:45. We got there early and waited for over an hour but the coach never turned up. It's impossible to get hold of Paddywagon Tours no matter if you call, email or message them on social media. Same goes for whichever office you try to contact.
Peter and I went on the Giants Causeway trip on 21st Oct. Desmond was an absolute star with his knowledge and was very funny. Even provided a couple of fiddle tunes and songs.
First I will say I am not a person to take tours, I prefer to rent a car go places on my own rather than with a tour group. However, The tour was very well put together and our guide Paul was amazing, he definitely kept us entertained the entire time! I would definitely tour with them again and hopefully get Paul as my guide. The day was rainy but he got us to cliffs just before the rain began with enough time to see it all before getting rained out. I suggest bringing a rain coat and some extra gloves if you go on the off season because once you re wet you are extremely cold. The tour all in all was great and I enjoyed every place we visited! I got to see the beautiful cliffs and made some friends, 10/10 would recommend paddy wagon tours.
I had one of the best trips of my life yesterday and it was due to two things. Luckily for us we had excellent weather at the cliffs of Moher but we also had an absolutely amazing tour guide Valentine, or Val as he liked to be called. He was really funny and engaging and made the whole trip awesome!
Can't recommend it enough.
Our tour to the Cliffs of Moher yesterday was amazing. Our driver Paul did his utmost best to give us the best experience possible. Loved every minute of it!
Frank was our driver and he was so funny and nice to us. We had a really comfortable and informative trip.
We could not have had the best experiences in Ireland, we agreed with them to make 4 excursions Wicklow and Kilkenny Mountains, Ring of Kerry, Giant's Causeway and Cliffs of Moher, the latter two in Spanish.
Our experiences were incredible in each excursion there are small stops that allow you to make to enjoy and learn even more.
From the first contact the friendliness and quality of attention were noticed, the guides are very funny and with a lot of knowledge of the history of Ireland they told us everything in detail.
The excursions are very punctual, so it is better to be punctual at the meeting point if you are planning to enjoy Ireland and its landscapes without complications, I recommend doing it with Paddywagon Tours.
I had a great experience with Paddywagon Tours. The cliffs of Moher were awesome! Great view. Despite the weather, the trip was really good and the chubby driver/guide is very funny, he made the tour even more fantastic. Be sure to be well wrapped up because it's pretty windy in the cliffs. I highly recommend Paddywagon.
Great tour. The tour guide had a good sense of humor and was really knowledgable. I really enjoyed it and would even consider doing other tours with this company.
Cheapest and best experience of all the tours we've done out of Dublin. We went to the Cliffs of Moher with Paddywagon and our guide Patrick was great. He was very informed on Irish history and made the trip very fun. The schedule went smoothly and stress free and the day was an overall success. Highly recommend. When returning will only use Paddywagon!
Our tour was great! We had at least an hour at each place we stopped so it wasn't awfully rushed, and our bus driver was excellent.
It was one of the best trips I had in Ireland, Kerry is so Scenic and with the beautiful people along the way with the enthusiastic, humorous and the most helpful Crew members, the experience became more cheerful.
We had a great tour to Blarney Castle with Darren. He had lots of knowledge of the history of the areas we travelled. Would recommend him and that tour 100%
Great tour priced so low I almost felt bad. Only issue would be with bus being way too hot. They parked in sun and the bus heated up like an oven. Took a while after getting going again to cool down at all. Of course you can blame the absolutely perfect weather for that as well.
All in all I would definitely use Paddy Wagon tours again.
Awesome tour! The guide was very friendly and informative and made for a very fun trip
I recommend this agency to those who are interested in short tours to different cities of Ireland. The drivers are real professionals. During the tour you can find out a lot of different information about the country, Irish cities, and you can also hear many local legends.
I've taken two tours with Paddywagon and am booked for a third before my trip in Ireland ends. Solid service. Good busses. Educated and entertaining tour guides. So long as you can use common sense and find your bus, you will have an enjoyable time.
I highly recommend them and thoroughly enjoyed them getting me around Ireland. Hats off to you, Paddywagon.
We did a two day tour and loved it! Our first day we had Aiden as our driver. He was funny and knowledgeable which made the whole day really fun. When it was time to find our B&B he made sure to give us all the information we needed and great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Our B&B in Cork was comfortable and quiet. The owner got up earlier than their scheduled time to make our breakfast so we would be early to the bus. The second day on the bus started off slow because we were late that caused some minor issues but it wasn't a big problem for our party. The first half of the Day we had Julie and DJ to take us out to the cost. It was an ok drive, they were not as entertaining as Aiden. We switched buses at the Cliffs of Moher and had a new driver Val. He was funny and knew so much information. He is also quite the entertainer so that made the long trip go by faster. The only issue we had was that our transfer to our bus back to Dublin was changed so we missed a stop at a smaller site and ended up having twice the time at another. Overall it was still a great experience and we felt the cost was well worth what we got from the experience.
John was a fantastic driver/guide; provided lots of history, information, random facts, and a great sense of humour. After driving independently in Ireland for a week, it was great to sit back and let someone else take the wheel so I could enjoy the sites.
I made the 3 day trip to Northern Ireland, visits to belfast, titanic experience, giant's causeway, galway. Unforgettable! Rory, my guide, was fantastic, he was able to make even the smallest thing interesting. Traveling alone I chose the backpacker option, highly recommended if you look at yourself, I met people I think I will never forget. I'm only sorry about one thing: that those 3 days have passed so quickly.
Amazing is an understatement. I was very pleased with doing the backpacking package. I was so worried of staying in a hostel, but it was just right. The tour guide was the best. He made you laugh and told you a lot of history about each place. Everything was worth the trip and the bus ride wasn't bad either. However, I do recommend bringing a powerbank for you phone to charge. My phone could not keep a charge since I was using it so much for pictures. Other than that, the trip was truly amazing. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully you get the same tour guide I had.
WONDERFUL! Highly Recommend!
We took the "Giant's Causeway Day Tour" from Dublin and had Val as my tour guide. He was, hands down, the best tour guide that I have ever had. Very entertaining, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to keep us on schedule through many different stops without feeling that we were hurried. The tour itself was a great mix of sites, and I highly recommend travelling into Northern Ireland so you can really appreciate the differences and similarities from the Republic of Ireland.
The northern coastline was a spectacular site. The Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and cliffs were breathtaking. The Giant's Causeway was incredible (Finn McCool put a lot of work into it). Plus a few quick Game of Thrones stops and Belfast made the trip much more than just a drive to and from the coast.
Simply the best ~ Gavin was an allstar of a tour guide ~ The Cliffs are EPIC and I loved the tour of the Irish Countryside. Not to be missed with Paddywagon Tours, they know their stuff!
Very organised, very funny and definitely worthwhile!
Here for work so I did a day trip to Giant's Causeway and Northern Ireland. This service was the best among my comparison and I'm so happy with the guide and the sights that I plan to do another this weekend for 2 days.
Barry was a delight as a tour guide -- knowledgeable, extremely concerned for our welfare and comfort, and best of all extremely funny. This was our second tour with him, and we'd do more in a heartbeat.
I did this tour recently and was very glad I did. It packs a lot into the time available and our driver/guide, Rory was as funny as all get out...an excellent story teller as well as being helpful and knowledgable... and.... though he'd hate me saying this, kind and patient.
Perfect tour and definitely value for money where they go out of their way to make the experience a positive one.
I had an excellent experience wth Paddywagon Tours to the Cliffs of Moher.
Nice trip, many things to see. Good atmosphere. Most of the time in the bus but nice stops to take pictures. Respect time is important for them.
Dermot was an excellent host and driver. Not sure the stop at Deep Hedges was worth the stop but I am not a Game of Thrones person.
Very nice experience! The driver was friendly, we got ample time at each stop and the whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Just one issue - I am sure they have tie-ups with places where they stop for lunch. I had some average chips and fried chicken strips and that costed 10 pounds (way more than it deserved). It was not worth it, but well, we were hungry and that is how tourism works I guess.
Our tour guide, Dominic was spectacular! He explained thoroughly the history of Ireland's uprising and the famine and he was super entertaining. Plus his recommendations for the stops we had were spot on. Plus the tour had incredible views.
This trip is a must . The drivers were great and the people on board the bus soon got to know one another because of the interactions. The scenery - well there are few words to do justice to the describing the beauty of the area.
Didn t expect it to be so good, though the weather was bad, but we enjoyed it so much, the tour guide was so funny and awesome!
