Excellent service by great staff, only garage I would trust with my car

Excellent service today, called in to ask if they would do a tyre safety check. On the way also got a puncher. They repaired my puncher and checked all other tyres including air pressure. No pushy sales and trying to force me to buy something I did not need. Very pleased would would certainly recommend the service.

Was sat there for 2 and a half hours for two tyres I was freezing they did make a brew but I had been there for 2 hours.

Excellent service and were able to squeeze me in with very short notice.

Excellent service from the staff. Had a screw in my tyre, the technician although very busy checked, ordered and arranged a time to suit me to replace the tyre. Straight in the following morning and repaired. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Popped my tyre as leaving work, found HiQ number on google, called.. was there within 5 minutes and sorted my tyre out within another 5 minutes. Simple and efficient. What more could you want in this situations! Thanks guys :)!

While on our way to pick up our son from university, our car tyre was punctured. We were especially anxious since all the nearest tyre repairs shops were closed due to COVID-19. We eventually came across HiQ Tyre in Lancaster ( 116 Scotforth Rd); we dialed the number of the person in charge of the shop. He decided to come out and open just for us! We greatly appreciate this incredible customer service and the kindness of the staff at HiQ. He did a very good job and we were able to drive back to London safety.

Thank you very much HAYDEN! Since he recognised that my spouse and I were NHS frontliners, he didn t charge us for the repair as a way to say thank you for our service. God bless you more and your family.

Very good garage which is big enough to accommodate lots of customers so it's easy to get an appointment. Good work and customer service. Will not try to rip you off. Today they helped me out of a pickle, at a moment's notice, when I had smoke coming out of the car.

Excellent service on the occasion when I had a problem with a tyre valve, sorted the problem out right away and did not charge too much, either. However, their tyre pressure gauge was quite inaccurate!

From puncture repairs to new tyres and your car sorted what a good bunch of staff at hi q tyres

Not good! Ordered specific tyre and gave all spec but when I collected they had fitted a different tyre with different tread and therefore no good for a quattro. Didnt tell me...luckily I noticed and returned. They then did order the correct tyre and fitted it. Very upsetting that they tried to fob me off especially as I am NHS and doing my bit. I will not return or recommend.

Had a puncture and they sorted it at extremely short notice. Very friendly, helpful and professional. They also advised me another tyre was close to the limit of being bald... went back later in the day as I didn't have time in the morning. Again, they fitted me in and sorted it without hesitation. Great service at short notice. Guys were exceptional at helping with getting our van fixed, arranged uplift out of hours and pointed us in the right direction to hire temp transport. Recommended to anyone in the area .

I ordered 2 tyres via blackcircles, booked slot for 9am, arrived 5 mins early and HiQ promptly fitted 2 tyres whilst I waited. No fuss, all good, signed paperwork and I was on my way after about 25 mins max. Superb service.

I had to take my Honda CRV 2002 in for a new clutch. I have to say the customer service was excellent they called me gave me a fixed price which was fare. They completed the work in a day I will go back again as I need some more work to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and helpful garage, was on a long journey and needed diagnostics of the car because of an error that was popping up and did it for free.

Had a burst runflat tyre on the M6, was the closest garage to me so I thought I'd pop in. Although they didn't have my tyre size, the staff were extremely resourceful and called other garages around town to source, collect & fit one.

Great place, helpful staff, would recommend to anyone.

Car repair and service garage on the main road through Lancaster. They have facilities for larger vans. When quoting a price it s a fixed price, so the nasty shock can come up front rather than later. I have not had any problems with the work done here.

Brilliant superfast service.went above and beyond to help us out when we needed a new tyre after a blow out on the m6. Cannot thank them enough for collecting a new tyre very quickly so that we could continue our journey to aberdeen.cannot recommend highly enough for such a friendly and efficient service.they deserve more than 5 stars.

Left work and noticed I had a flat tyre. since I wasn t local I needed it sorting out pretty quick. Not only did they manage to fit me in at short notice they were also able to repair the tyre so I didn t have to fork out for a new tyre. Excellent service defy recommend for all your tyre needs
