Good tour and great info from the tour guide! Was exactly 30 seconds late to the departure time for the bus and the driver/guide got a bit testier than I thought was called for. Despite the weather, my group and I still had a good time

There are many tourism companies in Ireland but we did decided to do all our Adventure for Ireland with Paddywagon Tour and we really could not have made a better choice.

From the first contact we noticed the professionalism and the quality of customer service they have, it is a serious company and also has some very fun guides with all the knowledge of the history of the most representative places around Ireland.

We agreed with them to do 4 excursions, Wicklow and Kilkenny Mountains, Ring of Kerry, Giant's Causeway and Belfast, Cliff of Moher these last two in Spanish, all the excursions started on time, the guides very friendly, each of these places is spectacular thousands of thanks to Paddywagon to make our visit to Ireland very fun and great, we can not be more than satisfied with all the excursions.

Definitely if you plan to visit Ireland and do not want to complicate and enjoy, I recommend you to do the excursions with them.

I did a tour of the Cliffs of Moher and was absolutely thrilled with the handling. I had booked the wrong date due to carelessness and only noticed the error at the end of the booked day. This was easily corrected over the phone so that I could ride the next day as originally planned.

Our driver (Gavin) entertained us very well, was able to contribute a lot of funny and interesting information and anecdotes. The bus was comfortable and looked absolutely reliable. We all had a lot of fun.

I can absolutely recommend the provider and would book tours there again. Preferably with Gavin as a driver ;-)

Paddywagon Tours clearly indicates that the price of entrance to the Dover Castle is included (and under the included list on our tickets) and was told by the Viator tour guide that it was not once we were there. She called her manager who agreed it was misleading but nothing he cold do. We also showed up 2 minutes late at the White Cliffs for transfer to the castle (1:07p.m. instead of 1:05p.m.) and bus had left.Had to call office for them to come back and get us. Just didn't feel well taken care of like other tours we've taken this week.

The guide was funny, knew what he was doing (both in terms of driving and knowledge). His name was Mr. T, was very respectful and understood that we needed sleep in the beginning and allowed us to do so! Super informative, fun, and rewarding.

My fiance and I really enjoyed the Cliffs of Moher Day Trip from Dublin. Gavin was a great driver and tour guide. He was funny and entertaining and we are so glad he was driving on those narrow mountain roads instead of us! He also gave us great tips on the best vantage points at the Cliffs. The other stops along the way are very short, but they help break up the trip. There really isn't any way around the short stops if you're trying to make it from Dublin to the Cliffs and back in one day. We had 90 minutes at the Cliffs which was a good amount of time.

I registered online for the Giant's Causeway Tour, there was few minutes delay for departure but not that significant. The bus was clean and comfortable, USB ports available for charging which is a very nice thing considering the long trip we were on (about 12 hrs). Our guide VAL is AMAZING! He made the trip much more enjoyable! I highly recommend them for tours from Dublin.
I removed one star because it was advertised that the bus is wi-fi equipped but the wi-fi never worked during the whole trip

A few days ago, three friends took a trip to Ireland and booked the tours of the cliffs and the giant's causeway. At first I made a mistake and made the same reservation twice with its corresponding charge. I spoke to them and after sending a receipt all arranged and days after refund. They notified me of the change of itinerary with the possibility of canceling and returning the money, we did not care everything was new to us. So after "tormenting" the very patient and friendly English guide, our guide Fran appeared with whom we did our tours in Spanish. A very nice guy and with a good talk of distraction, we make the two trips with him. Admittedly, they are very stressful trips for a short time for everything but it is normal. If we go back to Ireland, I would hire them again but other different tours to see other places. Valuing this type of travel is like going to the fair, each person enjoys it or not. Also apart from the fact that the company fails you in anything, you also find very "screwed up" people who make you and the guide have uncomfortable moments because they do not understand that you have to follow a schedule and a specific itinerary.

I had an amazing day on the Giant's Causeway Tour. Our guide Gavin was absolutely amazing! He shared a lot of histories and infos with the bus and I truly appreciate it. He was truly 5 stars. I am having a solo trip but by the end of the day, I had made friends with 5 amazing people and we are Facebook friends now! (And Gavin did mention about this while we were on the bus) I will totally recommend Paddywagon Tour and I will be back for more tour that is for sure :).

Paddywagon tours made the most of our short time in Dublin. We went to Wicklow and Glendelock on our first day, and had such a good trip we booked Cliffs of Moher for our last day. We had excellent guides, Kevin and Dermot, were so knowledgeable and made our time in Ireland so special. Buses were comfortable and the trips were well planned with stops along the way. When I come back to Ireland again, I will definitely book tours with Paddywagon! Thank you for incredible tours that gave us a taste of Ireland to want to come back! and memories for a lifetime!

One of the best tours I've ever been on. We did the trip to the cliffs of moher and there was so much to see. The bus was comfortable and very relaxing. Our tour guide was by far the best part of our experience. Our guide, Val, gave us so much history about the area. He was just about the funniest person I've ever met. I highly recommend this tour company and if you are ever in Ireland, look them up. "FRENCH CAMPERVAN!!!!"

John our coach driver was a great tour guide. A humourous driver in my books is key. Made the tour more enjoyable for us.
The length of the tour was just right, was able to see everything in good timing. If you are one that loves to gaze at the scenery a bit more (like I do), the possibility of renting a car for the stretch of Ring of Kerry or the Dingle Peninsula would possibly be a good choice. To take it all in at your leisure. Only my opinion though!
Overall, had a blast on the tour!

Our driver was very nice and proud of his country s history. Kept good talking points along the. Way in both directions If I had one criticism about him is that he needs to bone up on the smaller points about the tour locations. Except for the rainstorms which onlyGod has control of it was a great tour. Everyone I spoke with says about the same.

Unfortunately our tour had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 so we requested a refund. This company didn't hesitate to give us our money back unlike many other businesses on our planned European/Ireland trip. Thank you Paddywagon tours. We will be coming to join you on tour once this worldwide pandemic ends. Stand-up company who will get my business going forward.

We just have been left over in Belfast 140 km from home at the cold. I am really disappointed with this . We have been told to be at pickup point at the time has been written at the board. We show up at the place and time outside exactly. No sign of a bus and driver. I can't discribe how upsetting experience it was for me and my partner after all beautiful tour we had from a start. Highly disrespectful, leave us and drove away just to suite himself. I have never been in situation like this i wish i cud give you zero star for this what you done to us in fact that its a "Hospitality" business . How can you treat customers like this. Shame

We recently completed the 6-day all Ireland tour and can not say enough good things! Our tour guide Brian was the absolute best. He was super knowledgeable, had great stories to tell, was always very considerate of the group, and made the entire experience an unforgettable one. We miss him already! If you want to see as much as Ireland as possible in a few short days, this is the trip for you!

We recently did the tour to the Cliffs of Moher an...

We recently did the tour to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway from Dublin (married with two daughters, one of them minor) The guide / driver, named Francisco, made a 15 minute technical stop at a service station after about 190 km . When we got back to the bus, we were stunned to see that he had left without us, and we were just 3 minutes late. He did not give any warning despite the fact that the cafeteria was not large, that is, he left us lying in the middle of nowhere conscientiously.
I called Paddiwagon and they tell me that there is nothing they can do, that we go back on our own, that the guide does not answer the phone (a lie because even there he received several calls and answered them all). They also refused to give me the guide's phone number. .
We were fortunate that two police officers arrived at the gas station, to whom I related what had just happened to us. Thanks to them, who were formidable, we got this guy to come back for us (they called Paddywagon, spoke to the driver and ordered him to come back)
I have been reading opinions of other travelers and I have verified that we are not the first to be left behind by these people (to call them in any way) In my case they went wrong because I could not imagine this person who was going to call the police, But I don't want to imagine the same situation that a family could live that for example does not speak English ...
I can't think of anything more irresponsible and less professional for a company and a tour guide than to purposely leave a family with children abroad, almost 200 km from their hotel, with their belongings on the bus. They do not care about the people who at that time depend on them, they did not worry if that delay (three minutes, please!) Could be because something had happened to some of us, major causes ... anyway, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT DO ANY EXCURSION WITH THIS PEOPLE

We chose the Cliffs of Moher expedition for our trip to Dublin in July 2017. We left in the morning after finding our bus at a meeting point. We made 2 stops in the morning then another for lunch around 1:00 pm. We arrived at the cliffs around 2:20 pm and left around 4:00 pm. We stopped once on the way back.

The guides are very pleasant, they tell us anecdotes about the landscape we are going through (in English of course, no audio guide or that kind of thing). We had 1.5 hours to visit the cliffs, which is just what you need. I note only 2 negative points: the time for lunch (40 minutes). We stopped in a small village with a few restaurants but they are quite busy and the best thing is to bring your meal. The second negative point is that you spend your day on the bus for the time spent on site: about 3 hours 30 minutes for the outward journey Dublin - Cliffs.

But it allows you to see the true face of Ireland: remote villages in the mountains with the sea beside and fields stretching as far as the eye can see. Very pleasant

These guys were great. We stayed in their Hostel. We paid for a private room one night and rooms with up to a dozen people other nights to get the cheapest rates. They put us in a room with two bunk beds the whole time and it was private. We were staying in other Hostels so we could see as much of Ireland as possible and they let us keep our luggage in the luggage room the whole time, even when we weren't staying there. We took the free tour that came with the stay and they let us get off in Kilkenny and hitch a ride on a different tour bus on the way back because we wanted to see more of the area. The staff gave us all kinds helpful hints on cool things to do on the cheap. The tour guide was hilarious. But here's the thing. Paddywagon tours is a company owed by a down to earth guy. I actually met him watching a soccer game in the lobby. They are not going to kiss up to you. They have gaudy green tour buses with leprechauns on them, even the Irish got a bit offended by the buses when they launched (the articles are proudly portrayed on the wall.) There are other ritzy hostels that feel like Euro-chic hotels. There are other tours that tell you all the boring stuff you can read in a tour-book. These tours were very informative but they also had great little tidbits of info you wont find in a book. The driver sang and told jokes. At the end of my week in Ireland I wanted to illegally immigrate and adopt the whole staff as my best friends. I think it all depends on what you are looking for.

It s the most amazing thing I ve ever seen.

This is probably the 10th paddy wagon tour that I've been on. Most of them are fantastic but there seems to be a common theme. On the way to the destination the tour guides are accommodating and full of energy. But on the return they seem to lose that enthusiasm and are only concerned about returning back. Sitting on the bus from a nearly 3hr journey from Cork to Dublin and no restroom on board. Sitting in the back of the bus it's impossible to hear the driver, it was mentioned earlier in the trip, and when I walked up to ask about a restroom break a snarky comment and attitude was presented saying that he mentioned bathroom breaks. Unfortunately he's only speaking to the front of the bus. Restroom breaks should be automatic on journies of 2+hrs without anyone having to ask.

It was good going to the cliffs of moher. The guide on the bus was very friendly. About the people on the reception of the Paddy Palace, they could be more friendly dealing with tourists and, at the time the Tours are leaving, all of the staff should call out loud more CLEARLY since not everybody are Irish Native speakers that will understand 100% of what they are saying fast and low with strong accent... Remember, you work for tourists from all over the world, be clear, want them to understand what you are saying, otherwise look for a job where you will not need to deal with tourists.

The Giant's Causeway Tour locations were incredible and although we probably could have spent longer at each location (especially Giant's Causeway), I felt like the tour did provide enough time to enjoy each spot. It was a wonderful day trip to Northern Ireland from Dublin. The restaurant for lunch was delicious and had some great photo spots. My only complaint was while the tour guide was friendly and informative, it seemed like he was reading from a provided script while on the bus.

Amazing tour! The one we took Leaves from Cork City straight to Blarney Castle. There you turn in your Paddywagon ticket as your Blarney ticket for entry. You get a couple hours there to enjoy the views, the stone and the shops. Afterward you're taken to the last port of call of the Titanic, which has a few restaurants in the area just in time for lunch with a view.

Finally you're off to the Jameson Distillery in Cork, where the Whiskey is actually made. This is self-pay, but you get a few options on which experience you want here. Even for non-drinkers (we had a few in our group) it's a great experience! You see the art and science of how the whiskey is made, the history of the company over the past 200+ years and a voucher for a free tasting at the end. This is their basic tour. And, even if you're not a drinker, the voucher can get you a nice ginger ale or you can give it to a friend to enjoy for you.

Little tip if you do enjoy whiskey, when the tour guide asks for volunteers, do be sure and put your hand up! I won't ruin the fun, but there's a little extra for you in it if you do!

The tour guide, Colin (not sure spelling, sorry) was great, as well. Very knowledgeable and quite a few jokes throughout. Some just to see if you're paying attention, and he was grand.

Paddywagon Tours did a great job with this tour. My only criticism would be to not have stayed in Belfast for 1 hour at the end of the tour after dropping off some of the passengers. It was not enough time to see or do anything in Belfast. It might have been better for all passengers to have stayed 1 extra hour at Giant's Causeway instead.

Highly recommend this tour! It superseceded expectations and compacted the highlights of West Ireland in 1 day. Our bus driver's name was Lee and he was amazing - personable, hilarious, and a good driver. All his stories were relevant to Irelands history. He also helped us beat the crowds. The buses are brand, spanking new, clean and complete with USB outlets for phone charging.

He has an uncanny way of providing loads of interesting details and keeping us all interested and laughing. Every single recommendation he made was spot on! He knows how to get his group to the different sites with the least amount of queuing. No waiting in line means more time enjoying the location. On August 8th we had a half day tour in Glendalough / Wicklow from 08:00 am to 13:30 pm. Well, it was 10:30 and we had not yet left Dublin (08:00 being the departure time), since the driver had to pick up the rest of the group members throughout the city, which took us more two hours due to traffic. Once we got to Glendalough, and since it was 11:30, we only had time to spend about 15 minutes on a lake, as the bus had to be back in Dublin before 13:30.
We sent an email to the company saying that we had only been an hour in the town, and we still had to see much of Wicklow, to which they reply saying that they can not do anything because "we were already on the bus and we were doing the tour". My experience with the company has been deplorable, and we are very upset to have paid for an excursion that we have not been able to enjoy due to a lousy organization. We have paid for things we have not seen.
I certainly would not repeat.

An excellent tour altogether! It would have been nice if we had more time in Belfast. Even 30 more minutes would do! Of the two hours, one is spent on the excellent black taxi tour, 20 minutes spent on walking towards a place to eat and this leaves only 40 minutes for lunch which isn't much because at the end of the day, all you see of Belfast is a restaurant. Other than that, we had an excellent bus driver, very comfy bus, and we would definitely recommend this tour to friends! You should all go!
