I express my dissatisfaction and extreme annoyance with your services.
With my husband we went home on 04/08/2018 to order our kitchen, we wanted to take advantage of the offer of the moment on the electro house. Until all went well, we told the counselor that we did not have the exact measurements that all remained approximate for the furniture and that we will come back to him to modify if necessary.
We returned to your services at the end of September to modify our kitchen after having taken the measures of this one. I am told that following the changes and the addition of some furniture I can not have the final bill. I am told that we will come back to me to clarify what remains to be resolved.
I must continue to contact your services until 17/11/2018 to finally have the final amount of my order.
You realize that it is unacceptable to have to fight so much with your services to have a bill, I can understand that it takes a little time but at this point ...
After my protest letter I finally got my bill on 20/11/2018.
However, I was surprised that my order is not complete, I missed a work plan! I had to ask for it to be added and SURPRISE it will not be delivered at the same time as the rest of my kitchen ... I do not find it acceptable. The order was only made on 21/11/2018 ... it's totally ridiculous, why I order furniture without worktop ????? !!!!!
I have received part of my kitchen (I say a part because I have many missing items ...).
However, I did not receive it on the right day, I had to call back your services because the delivery requested on 26/11/2018 was not made. I had my furniture on 27/11/2018 and my appliances on 28/11/2018. And I was surprised that my order was not complete indeed, I miss my work plan in L which had been ordered from my first visit we had just asked to cut a few centimeters more than what had was originally said (the change was requested end SEPTEMBER)!
During my call last week on 26/11/2018 I am told that it will be delivered for 30/11/2018 or 01/12/2018. And you know what ? NOTHING !!!!
I remind, I am told an error so another delivery for Thursday 06/12/2018 at the reception of it, I have no choice but to accept, during my call this morning the 03/12/2018 I am told reception on Thursday but not a delivery before Friday 07/12/2018. They're making fun of me ? Or ????
In addition, during my call to know the progress of my delivery plan I ask what he has the other plan that we had to order urgently and expedite the delivery after the error of your services and I was told a week apart between the two deliveries. It seems to me that if my initial plan in L is to be delivered on 07/12/2018 I should have all of my plans and well no seems it still leads me IN BOAT.
The person I got this morning told me that since the order was made on 21/11/2018 they are on time ... or is the urgency of my order ?? The answer "we are on time" in this case is not acceptable you will understand it.
Do you realize that I have to come back to your services again this day on 03/12/2018? !!!!
We moved the weekend end of December 1st and 2nd, 2018, and we find ourselves without kitchen it is unacceptable knowing that we took it in time to order and ask for any necessary modifications.
Thank you for taking stock of this issue, and to do what is necessary for us to have our kitchen COMPLETE, as quickly as possible, I can not wait for the holidays or even that they are spent to have it.

Run away before you get ripped off and disappointed! As long as you haven't placed an order, they're onion but once you've ordered, be prepared to wait 6 months to have your kitchen finished! Their watchwords: disorganization and incapable! Forget to order the delivery, missing handles in the order, the wrong size worktop then loss of the new order ... Impossible to reach them by phone, forcing them to go there to move the file forward. Their only commercial gesture? A voucher of 100 to spend at home of course ... And in the end: the finishes are not top (apparent white on a black kitchen), dishwasher which is already messing, furniture which is easily stained. .. go elsewhere you will save time!

The minuses: very difficult to reach by phone or email, prefer to travel. And very important: use the QR codes to identify what the boxes correspond to, otherwise it is misery, nothing written on it.

Very welcome for the design of the kitchen project, the advisor is really listening and we are won over!
Not in a hurry, we schedule delivery on March 3, having ordered in mid January.
On March 2, the delivery person confirms delivery for the next day. Then an adviser calls us to warn us that the delivery cannot be made because the furniture is not yet assembled.
Okay, we are rescheduling a March 14 delivery. Like the first time, the delivery person confirms the delivery. Then our advisor calls us to tell us that the order is incomplete.
I therefore refuse delivery.
Although we said not to be in a hurry, we are starting to be disillusioned and understand the attractive prices !!
Hopefully the next delivery will be good and the products will be waiting for us.
We also wanted to take the bathroom furniture, finally we will look elsewhere!

Order placed in June 2 suspended wc supposedly in stock .... Delivery appointment on July 13 .... people except the craftsmen who are waiting for the equipment for installation. !!!
I contact my advisor and cancel my order which must be refunded within the week.
2 weeks and still nothing .... I send an email and I am told that the reimbursement will take place in mid August !!!!!!!!!!

When making an appointment for delivery, no one informed us that the delivery would be incomplete. We read on the delivery note that it misses the dresser while it is present. However, it lacks the low furniture for the oven and we have, among other things, a black handle and a board shelf 80 cm wide that are not included in the order. After calling the SAV, our counselor seems to doubt our word and told me that she will contact me the next day or Monday at the latest. I had to call her back on Tuesday. I finally got the return of a box at their expense.
We took the option "assembled furniture" but had to dismantle the subframe cabinet and oven to assemble properly.

We ordered our kitchen on July 9, 2018 with payment confirmation on July 17th.
In your email of July 12, you specify that:

"As indicated on our site, we are suffering the effects of a strong temporary overload of activity.
Consequently, contrary to what is indicated in our GTCS, our current delivery times are of the order of 3 to 4 weeks upon receipt of your payment. "

After one month, I decided to call to have a phone advisor who told us that he was missing a high element and a spinner, but that she took care of shipping our kitchen in the following days and we send the rest by another delivery.

At the end of August, still not seeing anything, I remind OSKAB to ask where the delivery is. Answer of my interlocutor: I make the necessary so that she leaves the same evening.

I call again on September 4th to report that the kitchen still has not arrived and that I will be away until September 13th. OSKAB response: we prepare your order and we send you an email so that you can contact the carrier as soon as you return.

On the 14th of September another phone call in the morning to find out what is happening and that I wanted to talk to a manager. Counselor's response: I will take your order this morning at 11 am or this afternoon at 5 pm and the managers are (obviously) in a meeting. To contact one I had to call this afternoon and ask Alexis or Wilfried. After many unsuccessful attempts until 18:00, I still have no cooking and no answers.

I BELIEVE AT OSKAB, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME VALUE OF TIME AS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD.

At OSKAB, customer satisfaction is NOT their priority. They do not care about customers, despite the cost of the purchase (4 000 ).
Going on television does not explain everything.

You must put a star, it's a shame, if I could put less than 10 stars it will be perfect!

The first feedback that I would like to give you and which is undoubtedly a point for improvement: to my surprise and that of my craftsman: Oskab does not provide a technical plan.
Jonathan, my advisor, therefore carried out the plan for me but he made a mistake and placed the faucet behind the dishwasher which posed a problem during the installation. We had to break the wall to move this tap.
The day I received the order by appointment, I was told of a missing piece of furniture. So I postponed the planned installation and lost a day off. Difficult also to validate the entire order within 3 days without being able to install ...
One cheek had been forgotten in the project
An excessively assembled piece of furniture that I had to bring back
Two "pocs" on the dishwasher (which I wanted to keep, however, because not visible)

Advisors do not know their products, you sell things that can not go into your home!
Telephone customer service? There is simply no! You can call all day that hangs in your nose after 6min.

Finally the best, I'm sold a dishwasher that does not go deep when I made it clear to the order that there were pipes all along my kitchen (the advisers have never put a foot in a kitchen I think). So here I am with a new dishwasher that does not fit deep and great goodness they take me back with 30% of hacking. I have never seen a service so little competent!

To avoid any after-sales service, all they are interested in is selling and receiving money by transfer (order placed in December and received 4 emails to pay to confirm the order) delivery scheduled for April given the context delayed to August 24. Installed on August 28, the fridge does not work and it cannot be repaired. The bathtub has a manufacturing defect, it must be replaced and the oven is not delivered. I placed an order on 4/04/2018, not seeing the status of my order changed, I contacted you on 16/04/2018 to inquire about delivery. My contact informs me that the deadline announced on your site is 14 WORKING days and not 14 calendar days. I manifest my amazement to him insofar as I did not remember having read "OPEN" when placing my order. He told me that the goods would arrive at your place on 04/19/2018 and that at that time I will be contacted in order to make an appointment for delivery.

Not having been contacted on 04/19/2018, I then called on 04/20/2018 to explain the situation again to my contact and to express my dissatisfaction.

Indeed, after checking in no place you indicate on your site the deadlines are in working days. My reading and understanding of what you indicate on your site is that we are delivered between 48 hours and 14 days, 48 hours being the fastest and 14 days the longest time.

Knowing that the mention (average delay observed) has no value because as a professional you have the obligation to indicate a clear deadline so that the individual can launch a procedure in case this deadline should not be respected.

My contact informs me then that due to a TV broadcast on 03/25/2018 you have encountered a high rate of orders, hence the delays caused. It has therefore been a month since you became aware of this fact and that however you have not changed your GTC. However, you have a duty to inform your customers.

On 04/24/2018, I call again because I have still not been contacted for delivery and I have no response to my email. I am then informed "that there is no problem" that the delivery is scheduled for 04/30/2018 and that in any case the mention "average delay found" legally protects you ....

I myself have a company that sells online via a prestashop, so I know that it does not take more than a minute to change this erroneous information on your site.

my son ordered his kitchen in 2017 with the same quality of service that I had known.
I asked for a furniture replenishment but the model of my kitchen was not done anymore. Anais had the patience to look in the remaining stocks and found me all the parts I needed.
It saved me from changing all my cooking.

It's a shame because I had no problem with them during my first cooking.

On the other hand at the order preparation level: ZERO! For a small kitchen we lacked either a part of the work plans, a box, or other parts ... round trips and a considerable delay for our site with paid craftsmen!
And when the supposedly responsible Jean-Clement Rolin took over it was worse with noncommercial and a series of mistakes!

We asked the delivery of the remainder with the errors of this manager, the latter replied to Lucile: it was not agreed!
Following this, I will look for the umpteenth time the missing pieces, Jean-Clement who has followed our file so well had added work plans already delivered! We must review your copy Mr. Manager because you are a danger to your Company! When the carrier calls a technician to ask for an assembly tip we have heard: that the customer is getting off the hook!
The products are quality, however the explanatory notes are very vague where even a professional is struggling. Too bad to have some of your employees also incompetent because your quality-trust capital is pulled down.

- preparation of an order where 2/3 of the kitchen is missing on delivery (2 worktops, plinth dishwasher ......) and therefore a loss of 30 'on the load.
- more than average assembly instructions
- furniture doors mounted upside down while we have paid almost 400 to be sure that the furniture is delivered assembled and WELL assembled !!!!!!!
- an oven delivered 15 days after the rest of the kitchen by an employee because the necessary had not been done once again for a home delivery .....
- a function call me back or I am still waiting for the call back .....

And for all these adventures, only a cutlery tray of 14 offered as a commercial gesture ......... on an order of more than 2000

Friendly welcome, but 10 weeks of waiting, with dubious excuses about the delay of order (they still admit half word that they had given our furniture to other customers) to have finally an error on the order delivered.
Result: we are sorry, we go back the order. I do not know how long I have to wait.
I put 2 stars because despite all the furniture that I received without error are good value for money.

What annoys me the most about oskab is to answer each time we called them they had the items in stock and they ordered the order tomorrow at the latest. Same answers for 5 weeks with 2 calls per week.
We preferred to cancel the order of the sink to make us refund.
