I express my dissatisfaction and extreme annoyance with your services.
With my husband we went home on 04/08/2018 to order our kitchen, we wanted to take advantage of the offer of the moment on the electro house. Until all went well, we told the counselor that we did not have the exact measurements that all remained approximate for the furniture and that we will come back to him to modify if necessary.
We returned to your services at the end of September to modify our kitchen after having taken the measures of this one. I am told that following the changes and the addition of some furniture I can not have the final bill. I am told that we will come back to me to clarify what remains to be resolved.
I must continue to contact your services until 17/11/2018 to finally have the final amount of my order.
You realize that it is unacceptable to have to fight so much with your services to have a bill, I can understand that it takes a little time but at this point ...
After my protest letter I finally got my bill on 20/11/2018.
However, I was surprised that my order is not complete, I missed a work plan! I had to ask for it to be added and SURPRISE it will not be delivered at the same time as the rest of my kitchen ... I do not find it acceptable. The order was only made on 21/11/2018 ... it's totally ridiculous, why I order furniture without worktop ????? !!!!!
I have received part of my kitchen (I say a part because I have many missing items ...).
However, I did not receive it on the right day, I had to call back your services because the delivery requested on 26/11/2018 was not made. I had my furniture on 27/11/2018 and my appliances on 28/11/2018. And I was surprised that my order was not complete indeed, I miss my work plan in L which had been ordered from my first visit we had just asked to cut a few centimeters more than what had was originally said (the change was requested end SEPTEMBER)!
During my call last week on 26/11/2018 I am told that it will be delivered for 30/11/2018 or 01/12/2018. And you know what ? NOTHING !!!!
I remind, I am told an error so another delivery for Thursday 06/12/2018 at the reception of it, I have no choice but to accept, during my call this morning the 03/12/2018 I am told reception on Thursday but not a delivery before Friday 07/12/2018. They're making fun of me ? Or ????
In addition, during my call to know the progress of my delivery plan I ask what he has the other plan that we had to order urgently and expedite the delivery after the error of your services and I was told a week apart between the two deliveries. It seems to me that if my initial plan in L is to be delivered on 07/12/2018 I should have all of my plans and well no seems it still leads me IN BOAT.
The person I got this morning told me that since the order was made on 21/11/2018 they are on time ... or is the urgency of my order ?? The answer "we are on time" in this case is not acceptable you will understand it.
Do you realize that I have to come back to your services again this day on 03/12/2018? !!!!
We moved the weekend end of December 1st and 2nd, 2018, and we find ourselves without kitchen it is unacceptable knowing that we took it in time to order and ask for any necessary modifications.
Thank you for taking stock of this issue, and to do what is necessary for us to have our kitchen COMPLETE, as quickly as possible, I can not wait for the holidays or even that they are spent to have it.
