Knowing that each time I was promised to have everything, that I was coming, and that I was told that my delivery was not scheduled in their schedule.
Fortunately I had the emails as proof that my appointments had been confirmed.

Result, a new microwave scratched on its front, and an unusable box because the holes were just attached by the weight of their front since we could not tighten fully.
