Kitchen put ourselves in 2017on was a problem with a piece of furniture for assembly, I went there, the assembly team I explained how and why of problem.There 2 months ago, we had a problem with a drawer slide, we phoned to expose the problems 3 days after we received 2 new slides. Run away! Mass services. Promise of a one-time delivery, in the end I had to go back 5 times in the same week.
Knowing that each time I was promised to have everything, that I was coming, and that I was told that my delivery was not scheduled in their schedule.
Fortunately I had the emails as proof that my appointments had been confirmed.
I'm not talking about the first meeting where I was completely skipped and luckily, I called before. Otherwise I would have come for nothing. (Once again, I'm already more than 300km away to come to their place and have to complain every time.
I have also been scheduled for a delivery on July 20, but still no news ...

I forget to specify that even if you have an advisor who validates your plan, he does not warn you of what is available, in the store we explain the wrong method to assemble the furniture that will support the sink and the plate . Suddenly, obligation to reassemble the piece of furniture that was glued. So it's impossible not to burst ...
And once faced with the problem of cutting you ask the advisor how to do it, and there he answers you that they have aluminum rods in stock and therefore that you have to move again. But it's not your job to plan what it takes to set up a kitchen ?! It's still crazy that in order not to have any worries, you would have to do your work for you !!!

And last thing, the hinges have plastic dowels that are so fragile that they do before they are finished tightening. So you can't fully tighten, it's super practical a door with play. Suddenly you unscrew to screw again, and there, surprise, the ankle completely dislocates. And if the facade is too heavy, well it falls on you.
Result, a new microwave scratched on its front, and an unusable box because the holes were just attached by the weight of their front since we could not tighten fully.

Frankly apart from the after-sales service where they are fast, the rest is 0 ...
I was told to have my kitchen in 3 days, I am more than a month away ... I understand that it is difficult during this period, but in this case we do not announce deadlines that we will not hold, and above all we warn before, rather than learn it once we have made the trip ... There is nothing worse.

The worst experience of my life (commercially), start building in August, dismantling my kitchen. Pose the Oskab kitchen and there! Plant too short work of 60 cm, Oskam replaces me (without delivering it) 1 month later. Surprise the two parties of the new PT are not the same color. Back to the sender, Oskab offers me a new PT for the 16th of November. At J J no news, not an email, not a phone call, no info while I live with a kitchen under construction since mid August.

We took our kitchen at oskab we are very disappointed. They are deceiving our custom table and do not assume their error, then all the doors of our kitchen are veiled, not straight at all. They are supposed to replace all doors for us but so far we have no news that we cannot reach them by phone or email. So we end up with a kitchen without a door and without a table !!!! I do not recommend them at all.

Very pleasant customer service and team, sell you dreams. Don't fall for the trap! We ordered a kitchen, which was supposed to be laid on July 27th. We dismantle our entire kitchen the day before, then we finally learn that the installer will not come on the 27th. We are a large family, and we host a lot, it is inconceivable for us to stay in the kitchen. We receive a new date, the 29th. The installer comes, realizes that there is a problem with the material, leaves to bring what needs to be changed. He comes back the next day. He promises to put all the bottom of the kitchen. And the disappointment, we do not have a work plan, which was nevertheless on the estimate, but which magically disappeared at the time of the invoice. We call Oskab, no work plan in stock we have to wait for the following Monday. Monday, the installer returns with a work plan and oh surprise! It was not at all the one we had chosen (willful error or simple incompetence? I don't know which is the worst). Fortunately, the installer pointed it out to us before installing it. Scandal on the phone with the sav, the installer returns during the day with the right work plan this time. But he leaves before he has finished. He comes back the next day and leaves but it's still not over. He promises to come back on the 5th at 4 p.m. but never came. Today is the 6th, no installer, the kitchen is far from over. It's a scandal I have never seen so much incompetence within the same company. 2 weeks that we are without a kitchen and who knows how long it will last. I specify that it is a very small kitchen, which must be about 2m square, nothing very exceptional nor very tedious. I want to understand that in this period everything is a little more complicated but we must not exaggerate. I do not recommend at all.

The staff has no descent dress.
We confirm that your order is ready we set an appointment for the withdrawal once there we make you wait 30 min to tell you "sorry sir we find it more" result between the outward journey, the wait and the return: 3h lost !!!

I clearly advise you not to go through Oskab for your kitchen. The price is attractive but it is the only positive variable for them. We had paid for a fitted kitchen, the installer did not provide the service because, according to him, the installation was not possible. We therefore went through an independent installer, much cheaper, no problem of installation. When I picked up my order, several items were missing (dishwasher, front, tap ...) and I was not warned. Oskab still owes me more than 2,500 euros and is reluctant to reimburse me, I have been fighting for over a month. My 8 month pregnant wife has moved several times, no consideration of Oskab for her, no empathy, it's shameful and wrong. Every time I returned to Oskab, I saw and heard a crowd of people, like me, complaining about their service, their incompetence ...
