I placed an order on 4/04/2018, not seeing the status of my order changed, I contacted you on 16/04/2018 to inquire about delivery. My contact informs me that the deadline announced on your site is 14 WORKING days and not 14 calendar days. I manifest my amazement to him insofar as I did not remember having read "OPEN" when placing my order. He told me that the goods would arrive at your place on 04/19/2018 and that at that time I will be contacted in order to make an appointment for delivery.

Not having been contacted on 04/19/2018, I then called on 04/20/2018 to explain the situation again to my contact and to express my dissatisfaction.

Indeed, after checking in no place you indicate on your site the deadlines are in working days. My reading and understanding of what you indicate on your site is that we are delivered between 48 hours and 14 days, 48 hours being the fastest and 14 days the longest time.

Knowing that the mention (average delay observed) has no value because as a professional you have the obligation to indicate a clear deadline so that the individual can launch a procedure in case this deadline should not be respected.

My contact informs me then that due to a TV broadcast on 03/25/2018 you have encountered a high rate of orders, hence the delays caused. It has therefore been a month since you became aware of this fact and that however you have not changed your GTC. However, you have a duty to inform your customers.

On 04/24/2018, I call again because I have still not been contacted for delivery and I have no response to my email. I am then informed "that there is no problem" that the delivery is scheduled for 04/30/2018 and that in any case the mention "average delay found" legally protects you ....

I myself have a company that sells online via a prestashop, so I know that it does not take more than a minute to change this erroneous information on your site.
