This is the third kitchen I buy from Oskab and maybe the last.
The first feedback that I would like to give you and which is undoubtedly a point for improvement: to my surprise and that of my craftsman: Oskab does not provide a technical plan.
Jonathan, my advisor, therefore carried out the plan for me but he made a mistake and placed the faucet behind the dishwasher which posed a problem during the installation. We had to break the wall to move this tap.
The day I received the order by appointment, I was told of a missing piece of furniture. So I postponed the planned installation and lost a day off. Difficult also to validate the entire order within 3 days without being able to install ...
One cheek had been forgotten in the project
An excessively assembled piece of furniture that I had to bring back
Two "pocs" on the dishwasher (which I wanted to keep, however, because not visible)
But above all the most inadmissible for me is the promise twice of a commercial discount to compensate for the points raised, promise by phone and in store and despite reminders no returns: it is inadmissible for me.
Don't promise anything in this case!
