Unable to be at home during the week to be able to design a kitchen with them by phone using the web tools they offer, I lost 3 Saturday to wait for their calls that did not take place. it is inadmissible when one is a potential customer to have to run as much after a quote.
Obviously they have too much work so don't ask them too much.
