To cash in no problem but to be refunded, it's another story. I called several times and I sent emails "we see with our accountancy and we call you back in the stride" blah. I am NEVER RECALLED Why is it so hard to give me a refund confirmation and a date ??
It's a shame because I had no problem with them during my first cooking.
Company not serious at all so SAV so to flee .... Fortunately that I paid via Paypal, I will be able to open a litigation and can be recovered my money.
