The list of disappointments was long during my first purchase with Oskab ...
I knew the sign by their passage on M6 and I said "why not try, a French brand, and that looks serious".
Given the impressive number of positive reviews, I did not expect such an experience!
To put in context my order was on a fully equipped kitchen at 6000 (6 pallets, 950 kg). No worries until payment (obviously), then it gets complicated:
- pay the "home delivery" package when ordering, and learn from the delivery person that everything will be left in the car park (I live on the 2nd floor)
- great difficulty to contact Oskab by phone (it hangs up automatically after 5 minutes waiting)
- learn by the person that I can finally get online that I should have read better the general conditions of delivery that explained "black on white" that home = parking (or sidewalk ...)
- be called by a different interlocutor during a period where I had specified to be absent and unreachable to announce me a surplus of 600 to mount the elements on the 2nd floor, with of course a payment in urgency otherwise the service was not validated
- to report to me during the delivery that it lacks elements (I had to help the deliveryman to unload 2 pallets while waiting for his colleague to arrive ...)
- wait 10 days more for the delivery of the missing elements (and have to postpone the intervention of the installer, the installation being not proposed by Oskab)
- continue the installation but realize that the 3D software miscalculated the length of the work plans
- wait again + 2 weeks to be delivered the missing work plan (a plan of 3 meters, delivered to my parking lot, Oskab had the gall to ask me to pay a surplus of delivery, which I have this time refuse)
In summary, more than 2 months elapsed between the date of payment and delivery in its entirety.
2 months without cooking to heat the kettle and do the dishes in my bathroom, I pass the details even if you get used to it.
I really feel like I have been taken hostage, completely helpless in the face of the situation, forced to pay fees that I had not budgeted, and asked for several days off work.
I have of course sent a claim for a refund on part of the total amount, and Oskab offered me in return a voucher of 200 valid for 1 year on their site.
3% voucher ... I obviously refused this attractive offer, and had no other compensation. By cons I continue to receive emails satisfaction satisfaction questionnaire following my order, just to push the joke a little further.
I hope to be an isolated case that has just accumulated the galleys, as long as I wish that the experiences of other customers are better than mine.
I particularly draw your attention to the conditions of delivery, especially if you place a large order and you live alone, if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises ...
Also be careful to double check the lengths of the work plan calculated by the software, which a priori has trouble taking into account the length of corner furniture ...
I understand the success and visibility generated by a TV pass, however you must be able to be up to then.
Oskab is not.
Huge disappointment.
