Don't count on them to have a decent kitchen.
They take a huge delay, do not meet the deadlines, do not take the right measures (we had to give up a piece of furniture, which represents a lot of storage in a small apartment kitchen).
They do not know how to install and fix furniture correctly, to justify themselves they say that it is because of the blows that the furniture has taken in the warehouse ...
If you want to get value for your money and your time, definitely don't go there.

Very good experience with Oskab.
Supported by a person who design my kitchen in no time and who gives me advice.
I receive it in time (even a little before, they contacted me by phone to advance the appointment of withdrawal if I wanted) and they lend me a truck.
Aside from the hood that had a little delay.
No big deal, that does not stop me from climbing the kitchen.
I realize that I miss 5 cm of credence. Bad calculation on my part or Oskab? No big deal, they give me a full 3m credence and have it delivered along with the hood.
I finish the editing to realize that there are missing shelves in furniture.
I go to the counter, explains my case, and they immediately give me the missing shelves.
I always had interlocutors in my listening. It's a young and dynamic team that reacts right away.
In the end very nice result for a value for money more than correct.
Thanks to Matthias who took care of managing the little quarrels with unfailing efficiency.

The best advice I can give to people who want to become a client is to flee and go see the professionals! Real ones .... Simply SHAME!
Kitchen project signed in July, installation planned for August 3 initially.
Finally it is September 15th and my kitchen has still not been set up by Oskab following various adventures that Oskab absolutely did not manage (delayed and incomplete delivery, postponement of installation several times etc ...).
Best of all, the installer (who was due to come up the kitchen on Thursday, September 17) just called me to inform me that he was breaking his contracts with Oskab and therefore was not going to set up my kitchen ...
Oskab didn t even bother to inform me and remains unreachable by phone until now.

Preparation and delivery in record time! Delivery impeccable by a serious carrier, the preparation of parcels was remarkable and it lacked nothing! (My order was nevertheless consistent, complete kitchen in L of 2 m x 4 m plus a central island) all very very well packaged and very well protected, and even bigger surprise the quality!
I also dealt with the SAV which was more than the answer height in a few minutes sent the next day !!!
Thanks to Matthias for his responsiveness and professionalism!
And thank you and congratulations to Oskab for this superb cuisine!

I had bought boxes (without the fronts) at Leroy Merlin. Meanwhile LM has changed its entire range and modified the size of its boxes. I was able to find an alternative with Oskab. Well ... there are not all sizes. But at least I have facades for my boxes. In addition, they are pleasant to customer service. And I forgot: I was delivered 24 hours before the scheduled date. So Oskab boxes can be adapted to the old LM range.

The list of disappointments was long during my first purchase with Oskab ...
I knew the sign by their passage on M6 and I said "why not try, a French brand, and that looks serious".
Given the impressive number of positive reviews, I did not expect such an experience!
To put in context my order was on a fully equipped kitchen at 6000 (6 pallets, 950 kg). No worries until payment (obviously), then it gets complicated:

- pay the "home delivery" package when ordering, and learn from the delivery person that everything will be left in the car park (I live on the 2nd floor)
- great difficulty to contact Oskab by phone (it hangs up automatically after 5 minutes waiting)
- learn by the person that I can finally get online that I should have read better the general conditions of delivery that explained "black on white" that home = parking (or sidewalk ...)
- be called by a different interlocutor during a period where I had specified to be absent and unreachable to announce me a surplus of 600 to mount the elements on the 2nd floor, with of course a payment in urgency otherwise the service was not validated
- to report to me during the delivery that it lacks elements (I had to help the deliveryman to unload 2 pallets while waiting for his colleague to arrive ...)
- wait 10 days more for the delivery of the missing elements (and have to postpone the intervention of the installer, the installation being not proposed by Oskab)
- continue the installation but realize that the 3D software miscalculated the length of the work plans
- wait again + 2 weeks to be delivered the missing work plan (a plan of 3 meters, delivered to my parking lot, Oskab had the gall to ask me to pay a surplus of delivery, which I have this time refuse)

In summary, more than 2 months elapsed between the date of payment and delivery in its entirety.
2 months without cooking to heat the kettle and do the dishes in my bathroom, I pass the details even if you get used to it.
I really feel like I have been taken hostage, completely helpless in the face of the situation, forced to pay fees that I had not budgeted, and asked for several days off work.
I have of course sent a claim for a refund on part of the total amount, and Oskab offered me in return a voucher of 200 valid for 1 year on their site.
3% voucher ... I obviously refused this attractive offer, and had no other compensation. By cons I continue to receive emails satisfaction satisfaction questionnaire following my order, just to push the joke a little further.
I hope to be an isolated case that has just accumulated the galleys, as long as I wish that the experiences of other customers are better than mine.
I particularly draw your attention to the conditions of delivery, especially if you place a large order and you live alone, if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises ...
Also be careful to double check the lengths of the work plan calculated by the software, which a priori has trouble taking into account the length of corner furniture ...

I understand the success and visibility generated by a TV pass, however you must be able to be up to then.
Oskab is not.
Huge disappointment.

And there their answer, it is impossible to recover it (us, our car can not transport the plan), then no commercial gesture by repaying it (damage with your figure, 70 it is nothing).
We are therefore very disappointed, and our lack of vigilance due to overconfidence with our interlocutor makes us regret our purchase, which shares the same opportunity has defects if we must be picky like you.

After having applied for the position of "customer service manager" at OSKAB. I am given 4 interviews in 1 month and 1 week (including 3 that were useless), I am given the hours, the salary, the potential start date.
I waited all month because I absolutely wanted this job that exactly matches my old experiences. Then after having passed my 4 interviews, I see that the ad is reposted on indeed even before having given me a feedback then finally: I am not taken because they are reorganizing the position and that "my profile corresponds completely but he is looking for a customer service manager oriented towards logistics and furniture assembly . I was stunned.
I worked in 6 companies + about 40 interviews I have never seen that!
You don't reorganize a position in the middle of a recruiting session.
In short, the foutage of **** this company. If you are looking for a serious and fast post, go your way. No organization and no seriousness in this box advocating values and respect. very disappointed that I am taken for M ****.
