Lots of waiting before finding an available counselor. They are all on the phone. Aside from that ... great. The counselor was efficient and corrected my plan and edited the quote for me. Pleasant Show Room.

We stayed last week and were quickly directed to a counselor (Florence S) who took the time to listen to our project. She provided us in record time with a detailed and costed estimate + a metered plan + several 3D views in order to take ownership of the project. We are delighted on the one hand by his listening, his reactivity, his kindness but also by the quality of the work provided: the plan is more than consistent with the idea that we had of the kitchen of our dreams. She is very caring, smiling and does not hesitate to be honest and transparent (directs us to a more or less expensive product depending on what is best in relation to our needs and the use we will make of it). Oskab was the first kitchen designer we did and we were delighted with quotes and samples. It feels good to come across competent people.
After visiting the competition, we are all the more satisfied with Oskab (received elsewhere like dogs, advisers not at all attentive and who spit on the competitor, refusal to provide us with quotes and 3d views).
In short, we will be back in a few weeks to sign at oskab !!!!! Thank you Florence :)

In store the reception is going very well, quickly recommended with a nice 3D version ... and when ordering this idyll is spoiled ...
A poser must pass within 2 days after the order ... 1 week ... 15 days without news despite our multiple calls.
Response of the advisors .. "I remind you" ... "your adviser is absent" ... "we have sent the message to your advisor" ...
No return .. no call ... on top of that the interlocutor is of a disconcerting arrogance.
finally this company does not need any order or money ... we totally advise against it !!!
we signed with a competitor more expensive certainly but more reactive.

Order of 4 bathroom worktops mid-December 2019.
Mid-February I receive 3 work plans including 1 with the wrong dimensions.
On the phone they apologize and restart the production of the missing work plan + the one with the wrong dimensions.
Confinement requires, I wait and call them a few days after deconfinement. A very haughty person on the phone made me understand that he has no information about my order and that we have to wait as long as it takes.
Inflated all the same, for an order placed mid December.
And surprise, this morning I receive the 2 missing work plans including one with the wrong dimensions .....
It must be complicated to cut a wooden board I imagine.

I have been without a bathroom since mid-December thanks to Oskab's incompetence.
Avoid this site, or cross your fingers for the chance that your order will be fulfilled without errors.

At your peril.

Order error for 2 facades. Returned by Colissimo a...

Order error for 2 facades. Returned by Colissimo at 27.80 euros original packed facades plus scotch tape. Contact person on the phone told me that the facades are well received and offers me a refund with my rib between March 26 and 28. In the meantime no news of course. After multiple reminders by email or phone I am then told by email that the facades are damaged. Total amazement !!! No reimbursement or 2 facades at almost 170 euros postage included. No manager, no justification other than email, obviously insisting. I have already put a notice that does not appear. After supposedly I should receive the delivery slip proving that it is Colissimo responsible for the deterioration of the facades. And in the end I am told that it is Colissimo which has this famous voucher .... Still not reimbursed while I returned the new facades in the original packaging a fortune 27.80 euros. I don't understand if the facades were damaged why the logistics service received them normally they should have refused?
First version: If they have been damaged during return transport and they are no longer marketable, we will send you the signed delivery note so that you can return to the transporter. The products will then be available to you for a period of 30 days. So there will be no refund.

Remember to take insurance beforehand to avoid any problem of this kind.

Why different versions without stops?
Where is this famous good? Normally we refuse a damaged package?
Do you have to go through its legal protection to be reimbursed?
Anyway, still waiting for the refund I will never order on this site again or the after-sales service is not up to the task unfortunately if you have to return a facade made 800 kms with your car otherwise the refund will be complicated
PS: the advisers on the phone do not even know the products they sell and I realize that there are quite a few positive opinions on the site unlike here ...

Friday evening, I see a shower screen in stock on the site but impossible to be able to remove it the next day while driving to the Wasquehal store. I call a super nice counselor who finds a solution to allow this withdrawal the next day.
Saturday noon, I arrive to collect my shower screen. Time passes so that we end up telling me that the chosen wall is stopped and that there is more in stock (there was a stock error or it was sold in the meantime ...). Also working in e-commerce I know these things happen and I can understand it.
I am therefore offered another shower screen but 50 more expensive. I ask if I can benefit from a commercial gesture and there they answer me that they can give me 10 maximum discount, but no more. I ask that we share the difference, 25 discount and there I am told that it is absolutely not possible, that it is like that and not otherwise. No excuse for the stock error, and when I ask if they prefer to make a dissatisfied customer rather than making a commercial gesture that admits that they made a mistake initially, nothing! So they won a dissatisfied customer who shares his experience here.
I needed this shower screen and found myself with nothing! I was bragged about the merits of this company ... in the end, I am just outraged by the way customers are treated.

Order 2 single kitchen doors AVAILABLE according to the site, and I am made to choose a delivery date 18 days later (already long for the available) and here we are at this famous day, it is not obviously long enough , the order is always blocked in being prepared since the beginning ... emails remained unanswered, customer service not reachable by telephone, they are all busy (not to answer my emails in any case) and do not call back.
assessment I will wait 3 leads my doors (if they end up arriving) and 0 customer follow-up ...
I hope at least that I would not have any bad surprise on the quality because for the moment it is a failed experiment and not to reproduce.

Update 6:08 p.m .:
Obviously, more than customer satisfaction, it is your image that is important to you because following this opinion I have an immediate response (1h) below while my emails are still unanswered .... my order is the number VNFTIIOST and no I cannot pick them up being on the IDF, I also paid 10 delivery costs for that.

MAJ 06 June: it is now 22 days, the order is still blocked in preparation and NO ONE HAS RECALLED me despite X reminders .... just received a standardized email selling me the same false propaganda as the answer below: "our priority is customer satisfaction blablabla ... "
but no info on my order which is supposedly IN STOCK but still not out of their house ...
So do not blame the carriers because the only culprit is the deplorable service of Oskab !! By cons I receive mailings from Oskab ads, I take this opportunity to inform you that you can forever remove me from your mailing list.

I can feel the next excuse coming "oh yes but now the May bridges are coming ..." short not ready to arrive my 2 poor cupboard doors!

For a complete kitchen block, impeccable delivery, against product quality is very very average .... I was assured by such a manufacturing "European" quality and not on the other side of the world ... .I doubt.
Everything is done at a minimum, stainless hyper end sink, piping not suit very well, not very plastic adjusted plywood boards to keep the bad thick furniture, etc. I have a doubt about the longevity of the product ...
I have found better elsewhere ???? I'll come back anyway ...

After many adventures, the end result is here! Quality cuisine. A customer service that is attentive and sympathetic and does its best to satisfy its customers! This catches up with some misunderstandings.
I am happy to have been able to reconcile my projects with OSKAB.

I imposed in my email and phone exchanges to always have the same person, the one with the first contact of the project, the name of Mathias who remains an excellent advisor he remains fast in the executions, quickly understands the wishes and customer demand and he follows very well the files and makes all for a satisfaction customers I recommend this manufacturer and this advisor no Mathias

Nothing to say about the quality of the furniture, solid and easy to assemble. But once you've made your purchase, pray you won't have any problem, Oskab doesn't seem to know what "know" or "warranty" means. 1 month that no longer have hot water because of a defective mixer (under warranty). Oskab not reachable by phone, 2 weeks to answer my email (they do not announce a guaranteed response in 48 hours on their voice message! And that their customer's satisfaction is a priority !!) and after a month still no resolution of my problem. Morality: go to Leroy Merlin !!

Very bad experience! Really disappointed with oskab services there is always something missing or fault in the appliances. Seller unreachable, invisible after-sales service! A piece of advice run away !!
