The hotel was very glamorous and beautiful. The room was spacious and we loved the high ceiling. It wasnt claustrophobic at all.

I was so impressed with everything at the Omni San Francisco. The customer service was great, the rooms were beautiful, bed was perfect, rooms spotless...I have no negative comments! Will definitely be checking out other Omnis because of this experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very service oriented and accommodating. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

What an amazing and beautiful hotel! I stayed here on Saturday with my girlfriend for her birthday and it was the perfect location. We were right in the middle of everything. We ubered everywhere for less than 10 bucks each time. The hotel is beautiful on the inside. We stayed on the 5th floor. Everyone was so nice. From front desk to house keeping to concierge. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and a nice little bar. The food was great. The rooms come fully stocked so you don't have to leave your room for anything. Also a CVS located one block away. Definitely coming back, worth the price.

One small annoyance we had during our stay, we loved the in room dining we decided to get takeout from Bob's Chop House downstairs. My wife when downstairs to pick up the food and had a difficult time tracking down someone to help pick up the order. She had to ask the bartender and was directed to the person who was standing there all along. Which irritated my wife, was since she had asked him for help and he didn't acknowledge her. Besides that issue everything was flawless.

Pretty good hotel. They make you sign up for a loyalty program for wifi though. It's about $15 a day if you don't sign up.

Pros: great service, clean rooms, good location. Cons: no free wifi, broken Keurig in the room, expensive

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Hotel. I had signed up for their rewards program online, but my stay wasn't connected with the account yet and the super nice woman at the front desk connected it for me and even gave me my 2 free drink coupons early. I loved having hot tea delivered to my room in the morning! Such a nice perk! Everyone was so nice that I interacted with and my room was clean and quiet. I also loved the bed-super comfortable! I will definitely consider Omni when selecting a hotel in the future!

The class! But it's expensive, very expensive. In the room bottles of mineral water at $ 10, it's a bit of an abuse. And the air conditioning is not silent

It is very well located, in the financial district. It is a very good, classic hotel, it could be a little more renovated

Standard room. Staff was friendly. Great location close to most everything. Chinatown was blocks away, Moscone center and the wharf are short walking distance. One small issue was a dried blood stain on the mattress pad underneath the sheets. Sounds worse than it was.

My family and I decided to spend our New Years here, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the tasteful decor, and comfortable beds, to the top notch staff, I am very satisfied with my experience.My kids loved the Christmas tree and ginger bread house in the lobby. We felt very welcome and comfortable while finding the staff to be very genuine and accommodating.I enjoyed the little touches like milk and cookies for the kids, the quality of the lobby and rooms, and the convenient location. The valet service was easy and the room service was quick. The location and valet parking was convenient. It was overall a pricey hotel after all the fees and price of cocktails or food but by far the best service of anywhere! That s important! I can say this is one of the better hotels I ve ever stayed at.

Super, all the service along with friendly staff is a good way of doing business, which many hotels need to see and be even more critical to learn how to do business.

I came here for a work event. I work in Event Technology and I have to say, the staff here has been amazing. Everyone has been so kind. And the hotel is clean and gorgeous. I would highly recommend the on-site AV staff if you need to schedule and event here.

Great place for a wedding. The reception space was beautiful and the staff was really nice. Only thing was one of the waiters was too quick to take the plates away.

Omni is located at California and Montgomery, center of the Financial District. Bob's, the bar restaurant/bar has very friendly staff, huge windows that look out to the bustling scene and cable cars passing by. There are plenty of visitors to SF but there is also a good local crowd. Also, excellent steak and big, high quality martini's. Wonderful place.

Had a great four-night stay at the Omni in San Francisco. Property is lovely and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Awesome place with super friendly staff who are also very helpful. The smiles they offered did not seem forced and they generally seemed like very nice people. My kind of people.

Our group pulled up at the entrance and the doorman was immediately helping us with small items and various things. We had various requests that were also met with smiles. Like borrowing their fridge to place a cake. Also throwing away a bag of trash that we had brought in. The staff even dug through it and found a reusable container that we didnt mean to toss and had asked us if we still wanted it! Just wow... super impressed. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at with their friendly staff, clean rooms and atmosphere.

Thanks Omni and staff for making the wedding weekend a better experience! Will visit again when we come back to the Bay!

Omni is a great place to stay in San Francisco. Friendly, accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and central location. Our return flight was canceled and they extended our stay for one night with no problem. We highly recommend the hotel.

The room I had originally stayed in (1427) was so dusty that I started to have an allergic reaction. The hotel staff was very cooperative and gave me another room along with some allergy medicine. I would recommend that housekeeping be evaluated, but my overall experience was great.

I was very disappointed after my stay here. I booked two rooms one for my brother and his wife the other for me and my husband. We got here to the hotel and we did not see any parking lot we pulled in front of the hotel to ask where can we park, immediately we were greeted by valet staff. When we got to the lobby to check in I asked gentleman about the valet and he said it was all included in my reservation. I provided my credit card for the $75 per night deposit fee that would be refunded. Well it turns out that I have to pay $173.42 x 2 cars =$346.84 for valet parking for 2 nights. I should ve been notified of those ridiculous parking fees. I had to call and find out afterwards.... wow...

Beautiful hotel in the financial district, yet close to so many fun areas like North Beach, China Town, and Union Square. We got the valet package which really reduces the worry of parking. The room was immaculate, large, and very quiet. They honored our room requests and held the luggage while we had brunch in Bob s downstairs. A+ for our waiter who was very gracious and provided exceptional service. Fantastic stay, and super convenient for our event in North Beach. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful in giving us directions. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location relative to all the touristy stuff you'd want to do in SF.

They lost a star because I paid specifically for the city view room, but our view from our 15th floor room was the Hilton across from us. We could basically look into another person's hotel room, so we kept our curtains closed the entire time. I wasn't very pleased with that considering I paid $40 extra for the room with a view.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Omni San Francisco. Bernard from concierge was able to check us in early which was really appreciated after a long early flight. The room and bathroom was clean. Upon check out they were able to hold on to our bags allowing us to go out an enjoy brunch before leaving the city.

Very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was great. Everyone was polite and well spoken. They remembered us from day to day.
Loved the room layout and design. Not super huge, but we are in the middle of a very big city. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and very well lit. The shower was great and the shower head was high; specifically, high enough that someone over 6 feet tall could actually wash their hair without turning into a pretzel!
Coffee was a bit strong for me, but I like lighter coffee. Wish I'd had more time to explore the hotel and the area, but maybe on our next stay. The valet parking was super smooth; we really liked the call and retrieval notification process.
There were only two small issues: (1) the mini bar hostess knocked and entered almost simultaneously with her knock to check the refrigerator and snack stock after we arrived. Thank goodness I wasn't already changing for our evening event. (2) Our room was near the elevator and at 115 and 230 some really rude and very loud people came onto our floor. This is not the hotel's fault, but is something to be aware of when you book a room.
We will return here in the future.

Spent a night there. Friendly staff, great service, comfortable and clean rooms. We asked for a quiet room and were.given one facing the back (an office building) which was fine as we have been in SF before and didn't care about the view. They were also very accommodating with our request to keep the room for another half day. Only thing that might matter for some is that wifi is not free, I think you have to enroll to their special guest program, otherwise there's a fee. We didn't care as for our short stay we used our cell data plan to connect. While the hotel has more of an old world style and decoration (compared to some more hip / modern ones in the area), it felt luxurious and overall was a great stay.

Terrific hotel in the financial district. I love it because it's across the street from 555 California, an office building a visit regularly. Good food, a good fitness room, and very comfortable rooms.
