My family and I decided to spend our New Years here, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the tasteful decor, and comfortable beds, to the top notch staff, I am very satisfied with my experience.My kids loved the Christmas tree and ginger bread house in the lobby. We felt very welcome and comfortable while finding the staff to be very genuine and accommodating.I enjoyed the little touches like milk and cookies for the kids, the quality of the lobby and rooms, and the convenient location. The valet service was easy and the room service was quick. The location and valet parking was convenient. It was overall a pricey hotel after all the fees and price of cocktails or food but by far the best service of anywhere! That s important! I can say this is one of the better hotels I ve ever stayed at.
