Spent a night there. Friendly staff, great service, comfortable and clean rooms. We asked for a quiet room and were.given one facing the back (an office building) which was fine as we have been in SF before and didn't care about the view. They were also very accommodating with our request to keep the room for another half day. Only thing that might matter for some is that wifi is not free, I think you have to enroll to their special guest program, otherwise there's a fee. We didn't care as for our short stay we used our cell data plan to connect. While the hotel has more of an old world style and decoration (compared to some more hip / modern ones in the area), it felt luxurious and overall was a great stay.
